This location was a very comfortable stay. Clean and presentable with very attentive staffing. The room had everything necessary and the bathroom was well lit with plenty of counter space. Clean bathroom with spare towels, soaps and extras. I didn’t get to spend much time with the hotel amenities such as pool and others since I was here for business but it seemed clean and well kept. All staff were friendly and helpful. Parking lot had plenty of space and was located very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Well placed location in my opinion, you never have to wander far if you ever need anything from the store. I would stay at this location again if I am ever in the area.

Our hotel room was not very clean. I found a penny on the floor, the ac unit had drink stains on it, the bathroom floor had hair in the corners. The hotel looked nice from the outside and the staff was very friendly.

The employees were fantastic & the breakfast were top notch. My biggest complaint is about the lack of cleanliness to the property. The floors everywhere we looked were either dirty or there was debris that should've easily been swept up by routine vacuuming or sweeping, let alone an occasional mopping!! Our room didn't have a hair dryer so that was obviously missed by the staff when (or if) the room was ever cleaned. The crews that did work to room didn't clean up when repairs were made and for sure the housekeeping staff didn't bother!! The hotel is in a good location for our stay but i doubt seriously if I would consider staying there again.

Nice hotel, however after one night, noticed mold on ceiling above the tub. The hotel quickly cleaned up the mold and moved us to a suite. One thing I noticed was there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. This probably contributed to the mold. While the breakfast plentiful, thought it bland and boring. The fact that it was not pet friendly, means I would stay there again!

First of all the staff was very nice. Our room was not so nice. When we walked in the room it felt cold and damp (like the carpet might have been wet). Then we noticed the clock was not set so tried to fix it but it evidently was broke. The carpet was in need of a cleaning. And the next morning there was a bug crawling on the floor. The breakfast was good, but the coffee in the carafe was warm. I like my coffee hot.

When I checked in the front dest receptionist was very kind and had everything in order for a fast check in. After that it went all down hill the shower had no pressure, there were bugs “ants or termites” all over the inside of the window the picture was from this morning after we sprayed them with alcohol. The AC could not keep the room cool, the WiFi did not work so good thing I was not needing to do any work on my computer it would show hooked up then as soon as you got on line it would drop off. All in all would not recommend staying there at all not until they get the there stuff together for the price and the name on the hotel being a reputable company I was highly disappointed.

After a long day at a tournament, we just wanted to relax and put a movie on for the kids. The TV was not working and after calling the front desk several times, I was basically told it is what it is. There was no offer to rectify the situation or even send anyone to our room to look at it. She pretty much said tough luck. So, I paid over $200 for a room with no tv.

The room was ok for a quick stay. The roof had patches that looked like it was about to break back open. It doesn’t have a freezer just a mini fridge. Guest services and all employees are extremely nice and professional. Best of my stay.

This the second time that we have stayed at this property. We came back because the manager and staff were absolutely amazing when we stayed there last year. The manager, Heather, remembered us immediately. That speaks profoundly to me. The service was extraordinary!!! 10/10, we recommend!!!

Surrounding area was being evacuated due to flash flood warning. Because of the rivers and not wanting to risk being stuck there for the flood we decided to leave early we ask if a refund or transfer to another day was possible and they told me yes initially but because I book through a 3rd party they couldn't. I talked to said 3rd party and they communicated with the hotel who then refuse to refund or transfer to another day due to the weather situation. We are down the price of 2 rooms because we choose to not stay there and risk being stuck in the flood.

Everything was great my only complain was that when we check in we were told breakfast was until 1030. So of course when we got there breakfast was done with.
