Stayed the night before going to Zoombezi Bay. Perfect for what we needed, clean and comfortable. Pool was small but nice, breakfast was good. Plenty of food options around the area. Would stay here again

Pool heater wasn't working so water was freezing cold which was disappointing. I wish they would have called to let us know so we could have made alternative plans. The bed and room was comfortable. The breakfast was better than average.

Very disappointed: 1. Couldn’t use the business center as nobody knew the login code. 2. Elevator out of service. 3. Room has strange musty smell, an obvious attempt to cover up for a smoker. 4. Worst of all, couldn’t take a shower because there was no hot water! Go to this place at your own risk!

Overall it was a good stay, they were remodeling, room was very clean, staff are polite and friendly, the pool was warm and kids love it, the bed was comfy, breakfast was okay but prefer waffles instead of pancakes (machine was slow and ran out), same breakfast everyday. I don’t know how often they clean the room, we arrived Friday night, no one clean our room Saturday when we were out ( told staff room needed to clean), room wasn’t clean when we came back, had to ask for new towels, told reception on Sunday about room, they cleaned bathroom, changed trash can and made bed but didn’t vacuum.

We specifically stay at Holiday Inn Express everywhere we go because it's always a good experience, until now. We just needed a place to get some rest after a day at the water park with the kids. It was kinda late when we got there and notice mold on the shower walls and water dripping on the toilet/floor. The hotel was booked and kids were tired so we just dealt with it. Middle of the night, bathroom was soaked. Opened the toilet lid to catch some of it. Heard that dripping all night. Couldn't use it without getting rained on by gross water so we had to walk to the bathroom by the front desk each time. It was gross. No toilet paper. Then come morning time the table and everything on it was covered in hundreds ants. Such a disgusting and disappointing experience and couldn't get out of there quick enough. When we talked to the front desk, twice, we were told Oh Sorry We'll put in a work order. We have a couple more weekend trips coming up and planned on using IHG but now I'm not sure. Definitely won't be using the one in Marysville ever again.

Nice overnight staycation. It is in the center of everything but far enough away that you don't have traffic noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool was warm. Breakfast was good, and the kids loved the pancake machine. They are currently under renovation, but it didn't impact our stay at all, and the place could use a little of a freshen-up. Nice having inroom coffee, fridge and microwave. We'll be back

The staff was very friendly. In the bath, I would put the shower curtain rod about 1 inch lower. This would keep the inside curtain inside the tub. I would add another handicap grab bar to make entry into the shower safer. I did not like the air conditioner going on and off throughout the night. It was difficult to sleep.

30 minutes before my arrival i called front desk to make sure everything was ready for me. Personnel was very effective and confirmed everything i needed. When i got there for my check in everything took less than 2 minutes. He was kind and very professional. The staff is what makes a place. And this place deserves a 5 star review because the staff is 5 stars.

A little slow on having booked room available due to temporary staff shortage No notice that when i used my card to pay they would send a charge when i check in and when i check out called about it and was told that one of charges would drop off in a couple of days.For a Holiday Inn Express , I would call it a so so experience. Once i got a room that evening, the room was clean and comfortable

Every time we stay on the weekends ( Saturday and Sunday) we always have to wait on breakfast due to running out. Always the same food. Not much of a variety. No yogurt, jelly, toast etc. Too much to keep up for 1 person. Hear a lot of people complaining.
