Room clean, bed comfortable, staff ok but not much else positive. Closet useable, phone not working, no elevator so had to drag luggage upstairs, no water in pool, old carpet, exterior deplorable, area appeared unsafe.

Breakfast was ok. The fitness center was a joke. No heat, scanty dumbbells, and unserviced equipment. The room smelled like air freshener but was not well maintained and the edges of things were poorly kept up and no attention to detail. The sheets were appeared clean.

Pet friendly and had a nice area to walk your pet. Rooms were nice and clean, staff was very helpful. Area was safe and plenty of eating establishments available within walking distance.

The only down side to the stay was the vending machine for drinks was out or order on the second floor and on the first floor it was completely sold out! Did not appear that they had restocked the machine in a few days. Asked front desk if they had complimentary bottles of water and said no.

I found this property good value for the money. It is located conveniently to the highway and restaurants. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The wifi and tv were good. The breakfast buffet was good, included hot items. We traveled early June. I would have liked to use the pool but it wasn't open. The staff were courteous. The only negative I had was the hotel was a bit isolated.

The room was not cleaned well. We had a handicap room and the removable bench for the tub was filthy to the point of being unusable. Ceiling drywall was broken and falling in in the bathroom. Exterior of the building was in disrepair. The amount of weed being smoked in one of the rooms must have been impressive as it traveled the entire hallway and into the lobby. The one staff person must not have minded as Moncton was take . Breakfast options were very limited, which we expected but not appetizing at all.

The smell in the hotel was not fresh there was old blood on the wall and curtain. The chair in the hallway looked like the found it in the garbage the chair in the room was also disgusting. The staff were friendly. There was no soap. You had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Won’t go back.

the room smelled musty and mildewy, and we had an 18-month-old baby with us. My son had to sleep on top of the covers as when he pulled the blankets back the sheets were stained. We had to check out 2 days early as the conditions were not satisfactory. we were afraid to touch anything. I would like some kind of compensation as in a refund for the two days we did not stay there. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent for what we expected for the rate. Unfortunately the lobby and hallways smelled like smoke and weed in the evening. The smell was gone in the morning, but it was not a good first impression. Construction going on right next door made a mess in the hotel parking lot too.

The smell of the building was not good. Had to run the A/C to help keep smell down. The first floor flooded while we were there and had to drive through a monster puddle to get to the hotel. There was chunks of mold or something in the apple juice my son was drinking. Definitely not staying here again.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. The outside needs tlc. Upon walking inside it initially look inviting until you look at the couch and loveseat which are both peeling and need replacing. The entire place smells like cigarettes even the non-smoking rooms. The first room appeared clean but the toilet was leaking terribly around the base we immediately switched to the room next door. When we returned to the room after dinner a small roach walked across the bedroom counter. All in we killed 3 roaches and after complaining were refunded $22 of the 125.00 for that night. Will never stay there again.

Check in with Tiffany was easy who was very polite no concerns with anything at the hotel bed was very comfortable easy access to highway downside was the highway noise if you are a light sleeper fortunately it did not affect me.

Parking lot and front of building not good. Walked into lobby and the floor was nothing but concrete. New tile floor was being installed. Staff was nice. We were unsure about staying after we saw the condition of the entrance. Room appeared to have new carpet and nice furniture. Slidingwindow (on ground floor) had no lock and only had a piece of wood in window tract to keep someone from sliding the window and entering room. Moral of the story “ you get what you pay for”. We would never stay there again.

It's a minor detail for many but when I check into a hotel, I prefer to be greeted with a warm & sincere welcome. You know, sort of like I'm a valued customer and my business is appreciated. I didn't get that here. The bed was amazing and was ideal for my sleeping preferences. Not too soft or firm. The only complaint I have regarding the room is a major one for me. The pillows. Lumpy & without any cushion is the best way I can describe them. After a short period of time, it was as if my head was resting on a block of wood. This fact alone caused me to wake up countless times throughout the night. The second disappointment was with the breakfast offering. The hot foods (eggs, sausage & hash browns) were well below the safe zone storage temperature. Describing the the food as warm would be generous. I elected to toss my plate and opt for a toasted bagel with cream cheese instead. The orange juice was excellent though. With a some staff training about customer relations & upgrades to a few items within the hotel from the owner, this could easily have been a five star review.

There was a nice hot breakfast available which was great. I wish it would have been open later than 9am. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. A little musty smelling but overall perfect for a quick overnight stay! We were in a King suite.

The hotel was good and the place was clean but I was very disappointed when I specifically reserved and paid for a king size bed but was given 2 queen size beds. I was told they over booked. Ok, find but I ordered a paid extra for a king! Nonetheless, the queen bed was fine. The hot breakfast was generally scrambled eggs. The rest of the breakfast was cold but still...free breakfast is ok.

All of the staff was great. From check in/out to the staff in the breakfast area. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It is winter time in Ohio, so a little hard to rate the outside (snowy, gray?), but the inside was in great shape. The best thing? The free "make them yourself" waffles, scrambled eggs, and especially the biscuits and gravy. Food was perfect! We will stay here every time we are in this area.

The Housekeeper Tiffany like me because she didn’t read the morning Books to know that I had a late check out. Was calling my phone way before checkout time. Call me a B word then called the police on me. They took money off my card if they weren’t supposed to let’s just say I wouldn’t request for not want to go there. Needs to be updated! Bathroom ceiling coming down, mold in the corners of bathroom. Outside door did not lock. Room locked only if you messed with it. Outside the building was dirty. Staff came in without knocking.

The price was great for the amazing room . However 2 main things the musty,mildewy,wet smell was strong in room and was very distracting. And the area is having work done but at 545a contractors crunk either a concrete mixer or generator right outside my window i mean within 15ft. And i woken instantly. I get construction your at it early but this was a little excessive and uncalled for. Breakfast was less than mediocre.
