Quality Inn & Suites Middletown - Franklin

I got the king size suite came in for the weekend, there was no streaming services on the TV so we can watch any of our Netflix or any of our apps when I talk to the front desk they said they don’t have another room to switch me to, but there were several windows open with their curtains open and dark grooms come to find out the whole entire hotel isn’t wireless to where you can stream your services on their TVs. None of the TVs are smart TVs, and they put me in a room that was not the king size suite it was a basic king size, but I was charged for that. I will definitely be getting my money back. The Night Shift manager knew nothing he kept saying it’s not up to me. Didn’t give me an option to call a manager or anyone the bathroom light flickered. It did not come all the way on the exhaust fan was so loud and noisy. It was a big disappointment to stay there when we work around the corner at the army reserves place in Trenton, Ohio and we thought this would be a good place to go to definitely do not recommend!

Staff was never at desk. You would have to call and call and call to get them to come to desk. Over charged me for a late check out. Paid in cash for that. Got receipt. Still charged my card for the late check out as well

There were massive potholes when we first pulled into the parking lot and that should’ve been my first sign not to stay there. They only gave us one key card for two people. Someone tried to get into our room twice the one night we were there so we only slept a couple hours throughout the night. The wifi connected but didn’t have service. There wasn’t even an elevator to get to our room, we had to use the stairs. The breakfast didn’t have anything to drink other than hot water and coffee so we had to stop at a gas station after we checked out just to get some juice. I woke up with two big red bumps on my face that looked like bug bites. This place was horrible and I won’t be back.
