Hôtel confortable, bon rapport qualité /prix Restauration le soir très correcte et prix abordable. Dommage que le restaurant soit fermé le samedi soir mais nous avons été orienté vers une pizzéria proche avec des plats copieux et de qualité. La personne à l'accueil était très accueillante, chaleureuse , disponible , et prête à répondre à nos demandes

En arrivant on nous a dis que le parking de l'hôtel était complet... Les cadeaux de bienvenus sont toujours agréables par contre on entend tous les bruits la nuit (bruit d'eau,les autres personnes de l'hôtel...). Il est mal insonorisé... Point fort:le petit déjeuner qui est tres bon.

Je ne recommande pas cette Hôtel. Les chambres ne sont pas confortables, la climatisation ne marche pas ou pas bien, l'hôtel est sale et mal entretenu. Bref à éviter.

The room although clean smelt disguisting as if there was a problem with the drains. We were told check-out was mid day yet when my daughter returned after taking myself to hospital to have a coffee and a shower, she found that we had already been evicted from the room as they were already cleaning. This was at 10.30 far earlier than mid -day, this was ironic as permission needed to be obtained to allow us to check-in 5 minutes early. Although the staff were very good the standard of service and the room falls well below a 3 star hotel. Will not be returning to hotel and if i need to stay i will be looking for alternative accomodation. Also, in the next room and the directly above this children were left alone and the noise,shouting out of the window way passed 23hrs was not what i expect and certainly not when i have an operation booked for 8 the net morning

Communs pas propre, surtout rails des portes d’ascenseur, jamais nettoyés. On a mis sur la porte la petite étiquette pour ne pas nettoyer notre chambre entre deux jours, mais elle a quand même été nettoyée. La douche pas pratique du tout, l’eau va par terre Petit déjeuner très bien, il y a du vrai fromage, des bons croissants. Par contre les jus de fruits, plus chimique et cancérigène je pense qu’il n’existe pas. salle petit déjeuner, s’il vous plaît, éteindre les télévisions avec les news, que personne ne regarde sauf les enfants qui sont attirés par les lumières et sont distrait et absent de la famille Écrivez moi en français s’il vous plait

J'ai vite déchanté au sujet du calme dans les chambres. Quasiment tout la nuit du bruits en discontinuité, venant de l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Les portes qui claquent, le mécanisme de l'ascenseur juste à côté de ma chambre, le va et viens infernal. A croire qu'il vous réserve la chambre juste à côté de l'ascenseur pour une nuit étape. Par chance c'était qu'une nuit.

Le personnel est très bien. Je viens régulièrement mais cette fois, j’ai trouvé le séjour compliqué. J’ai pris une chambre premium. Très jolie mais pas d’eau chaude dans la douche. Donc on m’a proposé 3 chambres, 2 n’avaient pas d’eau chaude non plus. La troisième etait beaucoup moins jolie (peinture écaillée, la vmc tombait dans la douche et le lavabo était bouché mais on me l’a débouché dès que je l’ai dit. Et j’ai enfin eu de l’eau chaude.

Best breakfast included! Fresh squeezed orange machine was self serve, so we had several delicious glasses! We are vegan, and there were plenty of options for us to eat at the buffet. Check in and out was very efficient.

Dommage que le restaurant soit fermé le samedi soir mais nous avons été orienté vers une pizzéria proche avec des plats copieux et de qualité. Séjour correct à cet hôtel. La chambre est propre. J'étais au 4e étage et j'ai entendu beaucoup de bruit sur le toit, pendant la nuit, alors que j'ai un sommeil profond. En revanche, je ne recommande pas le restaurant, même si le service est agréable, la nourriture n'est pas du tout à la hauteur des prix. Grande déception sur la taille microscopique du burger savoyard, surtout que j'en mange souvent en Savoie. Un vrai savoyard ne vous l'aurai jamais pardonné ! La sauce poivre en accompagnement semblée avoir trainé toute la journée en ambiant, elle était sèche, j'ai préféré ne pas la gouter de peur d'être malade. Il n'y a que le dessert qui m'a plu et le petit déjeuner est correct, tout ce qu'il faut pour le matin.
