I wanted to love this place, but couldn’t. You can tell they are trying to update and upgrade, but it’s in poor condition. Upon arrival, the bathroom sink was full of hair and bugs and the water would stop up. The fridge didn’t work, the AC was hot. Told the office and they said they would come check it, they never did. Pool was dirty and beat up. Beds are rock hard, Blinds are tore up. Hairs all over our towels. And when I mentioned anything to the office, I wasn’t offered any kind of room change, clean up, discount or anything. I will not be coming back and would not recommend.

We arrived at 9:50pm as front desk was closing at 10pm. Lady was pleasant however was rushing to check us in. Failed to return my driver license on her scanner. Had to wait until morning to retrieve it. CONS: No second key available for the room. The lights on the outside porch area were not on and it was very dark. Felt unsafe not being from the area No tissues. No blow dryer, iron or ironing board which they advertise as amenities. Barhrooms are very small and there werent any toiletries except a small bar of hand soap. Other guests on porch smoking weed which we could smell even with door closed. No curtain just blinds. You could slightly see into the rooms even with them closed as tight as we could crank them. Wouldn't be so bad if they would have housekeeping inventory the rooms to be sure the amenities they advised they offered were actually there. PRO's Room was clean and AC was working well. Great location close to Casino and other activities. It was fine for a 1 night stop, wouldnt reccomend if stay 2 or more nights as there is no closet or rack or hangers to put clothing. The only thing offered was a small luggage rack.

The property is located directly across from Beavers Bend State Park. The swimming pool was sparkling clean as well as the sitting areas outside. The room and linens were cleaned each day. The staff was very friendly. I will go back.

When I booked, complimentary breakfast was listed as an amenity. This was not true. Also the ice machine was broken with no explanation or compensation. Pool was not clean. Almost all outdoor seating was unusable due to extremely poor or broken condition.

The room was very clean and smelled great!!! The beds were comfy! All the plugs seemed to work. The ice machine wasn't working outside by the pool so we ended up having to drive in to town for ice because we weren't able to get into the lobby area. It was late at night but i had no idea it would be a problem.There is no breakfast just so you are aware. I would stay again!!!

The room was one that had recently been remodeled. Obviously the punch list had not been completed… wires hanging from the ceiling, telephone didn’t work, Queen bed mounted to a king frame so the bed frame stuck out injuring when tripped over it, toilet wasn’t mounted it wobbled severely, and the blinds were not the correct size so anyone could see in the window. Had to use a car shade to block the view. Also the pool was closed due to chemical imbalance which was one of the main reasons we chose this facility.

The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold and a lot of dust on light fixtures for a person as myself with allergies made it hard to breathe. Fixtures are coming of walls . Other then that it was quiet and beds were super comfy.

Probably worst hotel stay I’ve ever had: every piece of linen in that room had a stain and was worn out and yellowed; if anything was supposed to be attached it was hanging off (towel racks, tP holder, shelves); toilet was so loose I thought it was going to come out of the ground; sink was super backed up and would hardly drain; the bathroom had MOLD caked over every square inch; because of said mold we had allergies the moment we walked in until the moment walked out; hardest and most worn out spring mattress ever; outdoor furniture is all busted and nasty. The only good thing was that beavers bend is literally right across the street and there’s a really nice coffee shop .3 mile down. We should have spent our $94 on a tent and camped outdoors on the ground. We probably will next time.

Leaking water at sink handle all over counter when water was turned on. When refrigerator would go into defrost, it leaked on the floor. Lamp receptacles didn’t work most of the time. A couple of pillowcases were stained yellow. Balcony lights outside door were not operable. Bad driveway and rear parking area needs work.

Room was clean. Only problem the bed sounded like metal cans clanging when you move in it. By the time we went back to the room it was late at night so we didn’t find out about the bed until we got ready for bed. I hope they get another bed for room 103.

Positives: Friendly front desk staff. Easy parking due to almost empty parking lot. Negatives: Dark toilet room (missing light?). Soft squeaky beds. Flickering bed light. When entering room, it was very humid (AC set to 72). We warmed up the room, so it was less humid.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed in room #109 and it was very clean, quiet and there was plenty of towels and pillows provided. Beds were good but one made loud popping noises when moving, sitting or getting up from it. The freezer/fridge came in handy and we really enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening just taking in our surroundings. The lady at check in/out was very friendly and gave us restaurant suggestions. I loved that there wasn’t carpet. My few suggestions: a bigger tv, ours might have been a 32“, the lamp in our room flickered as though it had a short in it (we checked to see if the bulb was loose, it wasn’t) so you probably need a new lamp and the tub/toilet area is tiny but that’s a complete renovation 😁 Thank you for a wonderful visit and we hope to come back again soon!

The room was ok but the bed very firm. Bedspread and sheet on bed no blanket. Door to outside did not seal cold comes in. Rooms have connecting roor and at 2 am the neighbors were talking and sounded like they were in the room

Room was very large, plenty of room to move around. Beds were firm but comfortable. AC was very good at keeping it cold, even though we don't turn it down too cold. Fridge worked, freezer compartment refroze our cold packs in no time. Front desk girls were very helpful and checked us in quickly. We would stay again.

The blinds were missing slats. There were no curtains to block out light from outside or keep people seeing in. We clipped towels over the windows. The temp control in the shower came off when it was adjusted. The TV didn't have any local channels and we were under a tornado watch. Smallest bathroom I have ever tried to shower in. But front desk personnel was very nice.

We made our reservation at 9:00 pm and pre-paid. When we arrived at 9:30 pm, there was no one at the desk. There was an emergency number to call, but there was no way to leave a message. Other guests called, also, with the same result. I've tried several time today to call the hotel, and there again is no answer. Very poor service.

We were unaware there would be no one on staff to check in and had to call someone to direct us how to secure the room key from a lock box. We appeared to be the only tenants for the night yet were assigned a room upstairs.???? No lighting outside rooms. Very weird

I was surprised that the front desk closes at 6:00PM on a Friday. Had I arrived just a few minutes later that I did, I fear that I would have spent my money without having a place to stay for the night.

There were no towels & only 1 small bar of soap. We stayed 2 nights & couldn't get them to bring us any bath towels, hand towels or wash rags. There was only 1 small bar of soap to wash our hands with. Very poor service. Will not be going back.

Must be under new management. Some of the employees were rude and lazy. There wasn’t much morning coffee available and front desk clerk didn’t seem very happy to help. Service has seriously deteriorated since last year’s stay.

Lexie was incredibly helpful and kind! We arrived around 11:30 PM and had trouble finding the hotel. Lexie stayed on the phone with us, patiently guiding us to the correct location and making sure we arrived safely. Her calm and professional support turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Once we got there, she ensured everything was ready for check-in, even retrieving the key from the locker for us. Lexie truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. On top of that, she’s a wonderful mom to a 5-week-old baby—yet still managed to provide outstanding service late at night. We’re very grateful and highly recommend her!

Our stay was great. We went for a little getaway, not wanting to spend too much on lodging, and this place was the perfect match. It was priced right and right across the street from the entrance to the park. It is 5mins from Hochatown and 5mins away from Broken Bow. Would definitely stay here again!!!

The lodge could be a really nice place but it needs some care. No coffee in lobby. Was told person coming in may not know how to make coffee. No breakfast. Room needed maintenence. Ceiling patched but not repainted. Coffee pot in room was for pods but coffee supplied were not pods. Ice machines were not working.

We enjoyed our two night stay. The convenience of everything was across the road or right up the road. The lady at the desk was very kind. The beds were comfortable and very clean. Will be coming back again very very soon. I sure do wish they had breakfast though :)

The air conditioner didn't work very well it was until the sun went down when it started to cool. Location was not what I expected. Had to drive everywhere. No morning breakfast. Had you sign a paper Incase you stole anything they would charge you, waiting to see if they charged us. Not the best place to stay for vacation. Probably great for just overnight stay.

Coffee pot in room but no coffee. Front desk couldn't find any. TV remote needed batteries. Room phone didn't work. Couldn't figure out how to operate shower until Jessica came to help. Plus: Jessica at front desk did her best to resolve most issues -- new batteries for the remote, personally came to demonstrate how the shower worked. Room AC worked great. Beds were firm but comfortable enough. Would we stay there again? Not sure, but frankly, there aren't a lot of better options in Hochatown, where the action is. The new casino has a hotel with it that looks nice but didn't realize that when making reservations. Probably a little pricey, too.

Stayed 1 night with family for our weekend getaway. Was nervous because of the mixed reviews. Found nothing but a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean, bathroom and bedding were clean and the floors were not carpet which was nice and they were clean throughout. It was hot outside and we walked in to a nice cool retreat from the heat. Plenty of parking space for my truck and boat. Didn’t try the pool. One negative is the lack of breakfast. We would pay more to have that option.
