There were bed bugs crawling on the floor when we opened the door. Looked under sheets at mattress and bed bugs. Went back to desk told them. They offered another room but at that point the property did not appeal to us. They said to have Hotel. Com contact them and they would refund my room. I did that and they rold hotel com no they would not refund. I would warn you to bypass this hotel.
