Property is dated. Definitely needs to be updated. The blow dryer did not work. The AC was extremely loud. Made a banging sound all night.

The entrance to the hotel was a little difficult to find. The driveway to get back to the hotel needed to be repaved. But it was a clean place and the bed was comfortable

Just off of Rt 10. Large room with couch. Quiet in spite of semi truck terminal across the road. Our room was on the first floor facing the pool area. Room was clean but arms of couch and carpet could use some deep cleaning. Bathroom area clean and up dated. Breakfast instant oatmeal, toast, fruit loop cereal, small muffins and juice & coffee .

The sidewalks a walk ways were dirty and stained. The choice of breakfast was disappointing. Same food looked like it had been there for 24 hours. Muffins, bread, etc. I chose the property to sleep at and it was perfect for that. Clean, comfortable and cool.

Front desk staff was amazing. She was kind and friendly to me and my inquisitive girls. The room smelled musty and the couch was visibly dirty. The grounds were overgrown and most things needed a paint job. The front desk staff was so pleasant that her kindness overshadowed the state of the room.

The room smelled damp like mildew. There was a dirty rubber glove on the floor when we arrived. The tub leaked onto the floor. The bed had torn up bedding and only small square pillows to sleep.

The hotel itself was in pretty decent condition. The room was cozy but it did have a slight mildew smell when you first walked in after a little while you couldn't smell it anymore. The bed was clean and the room itself was clean. The ac worked and there was hot water to bathe with. We were staying just one night before our cruise the next day. The pool was running not sure if it was open as we did not get in. The place felt safe and I would stay here again.

I would not stay here it was dirty. I asked to change rooms because of the first one then after finding Urine on the toilet along with Pubic hairs in my sheets no amenities left with slimy floors in the second one I asked for my money back and left. Terrible just Terrible! Puke in the Stairway leading up to our room for at least one to two days without being cleaned DISGUSTIN.

The lady at front desk was very friendly how ever her shirt was dirty. Hair messy. The room smelled like mildew. When the air cut on it was much much worse. Husband woke you with throat issues and when he blew his nose there was blood. The kids and I both woke with snotty noses as well. Which are signs of black mold. The fridge was rusted bad and they just painted over it. Every thing was extremely outdated. Our covers had cigarette burns on them big holes. Overall I wouldn’t recommend. Save your health stay somewhere else

This was a fine place to stay outside of New Orleans. It was easy to get to and very cost effective. Unfortunately the pillows were really tiny and uncomfortable and the room had a very musty odour. It was very clean but the smell wasn't great.

The hotel is pretty dated. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet.The facility caters to workers and trades-people, no partying. Thats good! The breakfast is extremely limited. Did hardly sleep. The mattress is very uncomfortable. I was not special really about the wrong who is Ben ain’t gonna say that it was killing, but there were some spots that were purposely probably overlooked due to the fact that they were hidden dust and roaches.

The lady at the check in (Catherine) was very nice and pleasant to work with. Upon entering the room there were 2 full size beds and not the 2 queens or one king that I had expected. Most of the times when there are 2 beds, they are usually queen. Bathroom wasn’t the best at, maybe change hinges on the door and put in new shower heads. Overall I was terribly disappointed. That night when we returned, there were people at the end sitting f out at a table playing cards

It took the night attendant 2 attempts to come to the checkin window. I realize it was 1:30am, just saying. The morning checkout person was AMAZING. Katherine was her name I think. She was friendly, personable, talked to us is a way that made us feel like we were friends. An asset to this location. Loveseat in room was stained in the cushions

We had 4 different rooms within our family and they all smelled like mold. Also it was around 10 pm and we had no milk for our toddler so we went to the lady at the front desk since we knew they had milk for the breakfasts and she refused to get us any and only kept saying sorry. Terrible customer service on her part.

The location is convenient to the highway. The staff are friendly and it's clean. Breakfast is sparse. A pickup truck with three caged hunting dogs parked outside our room and they barked all night. No one recycles anything.

The workers were very pleasant. The entrance to the location was not very good and the surroundings are suspect. The free breakfast was right up there with the worst I have ever seen. Again, the workers were nice but overall, just not a place I would be interested in staying again.

I reserved a king room, shower only due to mobility issues I have. No such roomwas abailable and no effort was made to accommodate me. Got stuck in a room with tub/show. It was like a skating rink. Very slippery. I had the most stressful shower of my life. Then went for breakfast at 9:15 and they had already closed it down early. Very dissatisfied. Would not recomend this location to anyone. Im glad i booked a different hotel on mu return trip. No happy at all.

I was in room 101, it stunk very badly of mildew or mold. Very stale smelling. Something was going on with the shower. When I stepped out of the shower, the floor was full of water around the toilet, running out to the vanity. Not much to choose from at all for breakfast

The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lacking in many areas. Only a few slices of bread, no sweet rolls. Only 2 bags of oatmeal, no fruit or milk. Very disappointed.
