Great hotel, very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Hot tub wasn’t working entirely and pool ran out of towels but a huge group had just gone through so not entirely their fault. Breakfast was good and nice variety but very short window to eat. The alarm clock in our room went off at 6am and it was hard to shut off. It was also set to go off just before check out which made us feel rushed. Overall nice hotel, friendly staff, would stay again.

Front desk was great. Jan was just the best hostess. Got the pool going for us. She was just the best.

I was charged on two cards two different prices in check in. The pool had so much chlorine in the water my eyes burned, my child had trouble breathing and my husbands black shirt turned from black to brown in 30 minutes. The air conditioning in the room was not cold so I sweated all night

The room was clean and comfortable. The kids liked the indoor pool area but the hot tub had so much chlorine in it that it burned skin and eyes. We had to open doors to patio to air out pool area so you could sit around pool. We went to get breakfast the next morning around 8:30 am and there was nothing left and never was restocked.

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites for a work trip, and the highlight was definitely the staff. Everyone—from the front desk to the breakfast attendant and housekeeping—was genuinely kind and made me feel like family. Excellent service all around. The hotel is in a safe area with plenty of food options within a 5-minute drive. The property is very clean, with fresh-smelling rooms and common areas. Beds were comfortable, and everything felt tidy and well-maintained. Now the downsides: The hotel is clearly dated. Doors, elevators, and especially the shower tub show signs of wear and tear despite being well-kept. The biggest issue was noise. I was woken up around 2–3 a.m. by a loud garbage truck, and the nearby train was disruptive even from the far side of the building. Lastly, the pool was disappointing—closed the first day, and when reopened, the chlorine smell was overpowering, and the water didn’t look clean. That said, if you're looking for a decent, clean, and friendly place to stay in a safe area, and you don't mind using their pool, this hotel is a solid choice.

This hotel has very helpful staff, nice breakfast, great location, ample free parking. We found the bed to be very comfortable. The public areas always immaculate. However, on longer stays, the rooms go for days without being vacuumed and mopped. Fresh towels are always available on request. The indoor pool, hot tub, and patio are nice. All in all, it's a good value for the money.

I booked this hotel because it was the only one in the area in/around Collierville to have both indoor pool and hot tub. I check in to find they are out of commission.

The service was exceptional....Jam at the desk was amazing. The breakfast was very goodwith many options and the back pato area was a great perk while my family swam in the indoor pool and hot tub which were nice...the pool was colder for indoors than I'd hoped but my boys loved it. Our room was roomy , clean and comfortable.

The staff were all great, and always responded promptly whenever we needed assistance. Loved the whirlpool! Also, it was convenient to bring take-out dinners back to the property to eat in the lobby area. The hotel area was not too busy, but it was easy to get onto the highways to travel to other locations.

I would actually like to give this place a 0 stars rating due to quality of the room. That were not even close to matching the photos. There was pubic hair all over the bathroom, here was a public hair filled wash cloth hanging in the bathroom, pubic hair wash towel in the sink area, the toilet leaked everywhere, there was mold on the caulking around the bottom of the toilet and it was peeling completely away. We are a large family so it was almost impossible to find another place so we limited our time in the place, and we left by 6A to void being in the filth. We did not let the kids walk without shoes on or use the shower. For an almost $200 price tag for 1 night, I would expect better and I would like for management to reach out in this manner.

Bathroom was not clean at check in. Had to call housekeeping. On the 3rd day there was a cockroach in the bathroom. We moved to the 3rd floor where rooms were newer.

Yes the AC was great 👍 The room was ok the carpet needs to be shampoo.

The carpet infront of the elevator was being repaired and our room seemed to have a musty smell.

Property located in a very quiet neighborhood. As an older woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. Front desk staff at check in and out were kind, friendly and efficient. Room was tidy and quiet. Towels were several steps above what I’m used to. Excellent value for my money. Will definitely stay there again.

The outside light was so bright I could not sleep. The curtains didn’t cover the window completely. I could have read a book with all the lights out. Pillows were also uncomfortable. I couldn’t stuff enough towels etc string the curtains to keep the light out.

To close to the railway line. Heard trains all night

The bathroom sink in our room had a very big crack. I specifically asked about housekeeping policy and was told we would have new towels, trash removed and bed made the next day. It never happened. Breakast was adequate. Forgot about the train noise seemingly right outside the window at 7am!

Air did not work and had to buyvour own fan to stay cool

Front desk was wonderful. TV didn't work though and the A/C unit turned on every hour and sounded like a freight train...

Wonderful front desk service. Housekeeping never came in my room for the 3 nights I was there. When I first got there I had to call down to the front desk to get towels. Only bath towels had been provided initially. I also had to notify the front desk to relay to Housekeeping to empty my waste baskets. Of the 2 in the room, only 1 was emptied.

I was greeted by Reggie and he was wonderful. Entire staff friendly. The breakfast was awesome The beds were extremely comfortable. Will stay there again.

Brittany did an excellent job with assisting us and making sure we were taken care of during our stay! We felt at home and were treated like family. She deserves a pay raise! We will be back

I traveled to town for business. I called the location and informed them I would be arriving around 9 AM and would I be able to check in early to prepare for my noon meeting. I was told by a Fairfield representative that they would allow me to check in early. At that point I booked. I arrived after a 5 hour long drive abs was told they were cleaning and they would call me when the room was cleaned. I sat outside in my car waiting and decided to check again 1 hour 30 minutes later. The young lady at the desk told me that they may have cleaned the rooms but house keeping hadn’t entered them yet. I went back in 40 minutes later and asked if they could call the house keeping manager to release at least one room so that I could shower before my meeting. The lady told me she sent all the employees to lunch and it would be another hour. I decided to go to my meeting. I got back close to 2 and it was the same issue they had clean rooms but no one entered the rooms. The lady’s attitude was like well check in isn’t until 3 and we didn’t know we would get a rush last minute stopping you from getting the room. I reminded her that I was told at 9 they had a lot of guest that checked out. Also, I reminded her that housekeeping could have turned in the one room number that they completed. The rooms are cleaned one by one not all at once. I was frustrated because I could have booked a more accommodating hotel. Worst experience ever!

Everyone at Fairfield was super from the minute I stepped in the door until I checked out. Ms Jam went out of her way to ensure my room was right across the hall from my daughter and grandson.

We were in town for a funeral…. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We needed to sleep and requested a room furthest from the elevator and railroad and they obliged. They met every need and helped us find restaurants and a gas station; Gus’s World Famous Hot and Spicy Chicken was delicious!! Brittany was very professional and gave the best service with a smile! We would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!!

Good breakfast, dumb bells in exercise room, and located in a safe area as far as metro Memphis is concerned. Since I am a light sleeper, I asked for a room not located near the elevator or ice machine, but we were put next to the elevator (not a noisy one thankfully). The sink area has a small three foot vanity which is good for only one person to use at a time. This hotel is best suited for business travelers staying less than 3 nights. Note: it is located across the street from railroad tracks so ask for a room on the north end.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. Room was great. Hotel was a bit difficult to find at night off the street a bit in an area with apartments. It was quiet and safe just tricky to see the turn in in the dark.

I have Celiac Disease, and breakfast actually included Udi’s muffins. I travel a fair amount for both work and leisure, and this is the first time I have seen a hotel provide gluten free baked goods. Being included, not having to be content eating later, means more than words can say.
