Everything was great except for one of the two elevators being out of service (no sign, it just never worked) during the entirety of a busy weekend. It's not a big deal, but did get backed up for several minutes a few times. The room was clean and up to date as was the lobby. Breakfast was good with a decent selection, and all the things that we expect from a Hampton Inn were present, especially a very friendly and helpful staff. We'd stay here again.

Breakfast was okay. Didn't try the pool but it looked clean and inviting. Staff was okay. Room was good, bathroom was fine only wish it had vents because mirror got really steamy. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The pool area was also very clean and well-maintained, my two toddlers enjoyed the kiddie pool , which made our time even better. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff made sure we had all the HCA stuff we needed. Room as reserved (unlike other places!). Nice free breakfast. Good location. HCA pool lift didn't work: oops!

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Rockport-Fulton. The hotel is very clean and modern, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I stay here a lot and never have any problem. This time there was a stain on my botyom sheet. The sheets had obviously been waashed and were clean but the stained sheet should be put out to pasture. Also, the bathroom floors have needed a thorough mopping the last 2 times I stayed. Staff is very nice!!!

It was a good stay except for two issues which were addressed by staff. Our shower was never cleaned before our stay. Someone left razor and hair shavings in tub. Second issue was we were leaving our room for the day and our floor had a heavy scent of marijuana.

Conveniently located right of the highway in Rockport. Super clean and cared for groundskeeping. Parking lot was spotless. The inside of the hotel was very well maintained, modern and fresh. The receptionist quickly checked me in our room, stated the amenities and breakfast times. The room was spotless, comfortable and so clean. All around an excellent stay.

Everyone was very nice. The room was roomy for wheelchair accommodations and clean. The only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. I woke up sore the next morning. Not sure what the mattresses are made of. Also, even though the pillowcases were clean, the pillows in side of them had stains. Like from someone drooling. I know they do not wash there pillows after each visit but I don't think one pillowcase will protect me from that nastiness so I always carry extra pillow protectors. The warm breakfast was okay. On the sides of the building for handicapped parking, they should also have push openers for wheelchairs to get in the side doors.

The floor (third floor) has a little bit of creaking noise. The wall where the TV is located shakes also. Shower head doesn't allow the whole water up (you get half down and half up). Refrigerator door is opposite to the way the door on the cabinet opens. The microwave was hard to plug in.

We loved our stay at the hampton inn everything was great . Only thing that blew my mind was the sink in the bathroom had a facet that was on the top right of the sink right on the corner and you go to wash your hands and you have to try and clean your hands while they are in the corner of the sink barley getting water on them craziest faucet install fails i have ever seen lol

We tried to check in early about an hour. The lady at the front desk asked if we were Hilton reward members. We said yes. She said great let me get your room. Then she couldn’t find our members number. I try giving it to her and she said you can’t use your Hilton Honors because you booked through Expedia. I explained that we have done it before. She said doesn’t matter because now your rooms not available anyway. So at first it was then all of a sudden not. We stayed on the third floor. VERY noisy above us. Like all night!! Husbands a pretty heavy sleeper and it kept him up. Hard to believe it was another guest but who knows. The gentlemen that checked us in when we came back was extremely nice and immediately acknowledged our Hilton Honors. Frustrating that you use it to get points and perks and then when it’s time to get those things you can’t. Room was clean and nice breakfast.

We have children and called ahead 2 days before and asked for 2 rooms next to each other. They promised we would and said they got us right next to each other. And when we checked in we were told we did not have rooms next to each other. We were down one hall and the other room was down the opposite side of the hotel no where near each other.

I arrived at 1:03am after driving 8hrs... systems were down and i waited until 3:01am to finally get my room, the lady called the gm 2hrs later and he said just verify the his license and last 4 of my card, then handed me my room key... could've solved the whole 2hr wait after already being completely exhausted and just verified my information first..i asked for a slight discount or rewards and was told no..absolutely crazy..

The property was quiet, clean and great customer service. Close to the beach about 5min. This is my 2nd stay in 3 weeks. Room was clean, air conditioning was great and breakfast good. Nice outdoor pool as well.

I have stayed there multiple times in the past. Has not changed much since covid. Breakfast is subpar and they can't seem to get cleaning requests strait. I had reserved 3 rooms with expidia, but they only had me for 2. Luckily they did have an extra room available. Compared to Fairmont, thry did not make the grade.

Decent breakfast with eggs, waffles, fried potatoes, fresh fruit, oatmeal, bagels, and several cereals to choose from. Room has a comfortable bed with 4 soft, fluffy pillows. Bathroom has full size shower gel body wash, shampoo, conditioner and even large bottle of body lotion all mounted on the wall. Tte only thing I that I have a small complaint about is the AC unit it was a bit loud not too much that I couldn’t sleep but still a bit annoying. But overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
