Harbour Inn

The shower was wonderful, up to date and nice shower head. The lady who checked us in and brought the sheet and extra coffee packets was wonderful! I didn't like having to request a fitted sheet and put it on ourselves. The ice machine was not working and there is nothing in the kitchen, not even a pot or cookie sheet, no use in having the kitchenette. Dead bugs on the floor, but at least they were dead! Towels were very rough on the skin!

Great location. Poor parking. Minor complaint is long black hairs on sheets and blanket with numerous holes.

The room was clean & comfortable & the property within walking distance of the Harbor & downtown shopping. However the property had limited parking & was not well lit. Has potential but needs an updated remodel & staff in premises!

There was no staff present throughout our stay. Not enough parking so we had to park in the street. Room was really small, felt cramped in. Bathroom had a stand alone sink and didn’t have room to put toiletries. Room was warm and liked the location.

Overall was a decent motel. Limited and very tight parking.

I loved how close it was to the harbor and to the beach. Very quaint I hit it off with the property manager as soon as I got there…. She was so nice. Also very easy booking. I did wish the ice machine worked.

the people working the site were great but we had a room at the street side of the property next to the road and we didn't feel safe the room amenities were adequate but minimal and as we returned to the property late parking was all full and nowhere to park.

parking is very very limited, our room light fixtures were either receased or below the ceiling, you could feel the heat just pouring thur, TV was not working when we checked in, no one what there we had to call for someone to come on to the property, toliet had to be the smallest ever and was extreemly low to ground not even close to being a standard hieght, gap in door all the way around door jamb could see thur hear the wind outside,

The property is close to shopping, dining and beach area. Unfortunately management is not on site you have to call for assistance. Staff was nice. Bed was uncomfortable, unable to watch Tv, ice machine did not work.

Older Motel Clean with limited parking

Stained sheets, stained towels, floor was filthy and the hair dryer didn’t work. We were staying here for 3 nights and four days and we were only given a half of roll of toilet paper and 1 towel each for two people. Large cockroach in our room. No batteries in our remote.

This place has gone downhill. They still don’t mop the floors so don’t walk without shoes because your feet will be extremely dirty. There was so much dirt and hook in the corners of the room and shower. And, we got half a roll of toilet paper for the weekend!!!!

The staff was awesome! From the time we checked in to the gentleman that cleaned our room…...completely professional. Very friendly and if you needed anything, just ask! They provided us with anything that we needed. May not be the prettiest but the staff was absolutely the best!!!!!! Clean beds, towels and sheets! Thank you Harbour Inn.

The worst place to stay at. Extremely dirty and unsanitary. Bedsheets stained, tiles broken in shower, refrigerator had bugs, and the room overall was insanely dusty and dirty. The key lock hardly worked, had to call multiple times to get help entering. The lock doesn’t feel secured and anyone can enter. Community service was horrible. Overall an uncomfortable stay.

It was very filthy when we checked in. We rented here because it had decent reviews, but the cleanliness was terrible. Everything was dirty. Everything except maybe the sheets and the sink and the bathroom and the top of toilet.

It is a no frills comfortable clean room. We will continue to stay

I have stay at this motel many time over the past years. It has always been very clean and kept up. This time it was worse than terrible. There was black mold above the door and window. There toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The floors had not been mopped in quite awhile. It did not smell clean like it used to! I will not stay there again and will not refer our friends like we have in the past!

Great walk in shower, bed comfortable, sound on TV nonadjustable and no ice in machine.

Limited parking. Not enough spaces for rooms. Television only had one channel. Tv posted that no one had checked into our room. Telephone was dead which means we had to walk to the office to report our concerns. Night person came to room. Left the door wide open. Could not get TV to work. Said he would call Spectrum but tv or phone never worked. Would not recommend or stay here again. Nice shower but nozzle is a good 6 1/2 feet high so made it very difficult to adjust.

Nice older motel that has been reconditioned. Great location by harbor. Nice kitchenette in room. Great walking shower. Our only issue was that water didn't really get hot, just warm. Will stay there again next year when back in Rockport.

The bathroom is too small nice shower. The WiFi lousy. Have too call staff to check in. Wrong number on the door.

Booked last min & there were no issues. Prime location if you're going to the beach. Big comfortable bed, ac is cold, water is hot for shower. Everything we needed & would definitely stay again!

Surprised by the inside. Outside kinda old but when I got inside I was like dang this is nice and clean . A/c was cold.

If you're looking for a place to just sleep and shower, with no frills, bell and whistles, this place is for you. Great location, close to beach and downtown area. Basic room. Extremely small bathroom. Weird toilet placement, an inch from the shower. No on site staff.

So-So hotel. We wanted clean, bayfront, with a kitchen. It does have all these. However, no ice machine, the bathroom with a hole in the wall, light bulbs that needed replacing. We were promised that while no one was on duty, they would be there in two minutes…it took ten. Not bad, but we will probably stay somewhere else next trip.

There is no staff. You call, someone shows up on a scooter and checks you in. It was way over rated. I give it a 3.

Stayed here while coming in for Market Days. Pics online look great but definitely not what you see when you get into room. First issue was at check in. Had to call a number on the office door took 3 times before someone answered. Then had to wait about 10 mins for someone to show up and check me in. I booked a room with kitchen but when the first room they assign door wouldn’t open I was lucky enough to catch them before they left again. They gave me a different room without the kitchen. Tiny room and everything in the room that was metal was rusted! We actually stayed out a little longer than we normally would have just so we would be ready to shower and sleep and not spend too much time in that tiny room. Pros- AC worked great. That’s it. So a good place for a place to sleep if you don’t expect to spend any time lounging or relaxing in your room. Pics look great but don’t be deceived by them.

There is no one at the office at this motel , You have to call for someone to check you in. Young Lady that came to check us in was nice enough, But when I call for extra towels and wash rags one one came and lady was very rude. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We always have a lovely time at Harbor Inn. Clean simple accomodations right near the water. My husband had a bought of Vertigo and we needed to stay an extra night. It was a Friday and they worked with us on a very reasonable rate. It was a blessing because he was so sick he couldn't open his eyes much less drive 3 hours home. Great customer service.

It was convenient to where we needed to be. There was no one at the front desk when we were ready to check out.

I booked my room through Hotels.com. I arrived at the location a little after midnight. Upon arrival the office door was locked and there was a note taped to the door asking customers to call a number and they would get help within 2 minutes. I tried calling the number NUMEROUS of times and my calls kept being forwarded. I also texted the number as well and received no response. I then messaged them through Hotels.com and received no response. After sitting in the parking lot for almost 30 minutes and without any notice, I received a notification from my bank stating that my payment had been refunded.

Staff has always been courteous. Room is just what is needed. No thrills but agreat price right in walking distance to downtown shops and art museum.

We asked for a refund. There was no one on site. You had to call a phone number and wait 10 minutes for a person to show up on site to check you in. You also had to call the same number if you need any services. Even when asking for our refund to leave, we had to call the phone number and wait 15 minutes for the refund check out. There was no one on site for any services. The place felt like it was abandoned. There was also no Motel Sign stating this was the place.

The stay was nice. Near the water and many points of interest.

The motel location was very convenient. It was close to everything we were going to do, and the shops were all in walking distance. The rooms were nice and cold at night, making it very comfortable from being out all day. Nice and quiet at night.

It was a nice place, affordable and in proximity to the bayside.

I loved how close it was to the harbor and to the beach. Very quaint I hit it off with the property manager as soon as I got there…. She was so nice. Also very easy booking. I did wish the ice machine worked.

Hotel is good for price, location is great. However, parking was tight (we parked on the street). We had a room with a kitchen and brought our own food to cook. Much to our chagrin, there were no pots or pans, no plates, silverware, or glasses. I sent a message ahead of time asking about these items and got no response. Office is always closed. For what we spent, it was doable. We would not have brought meal stuff if we had known kitchen was not fully stocked. Location great, rest just fair
