Purposely got this hotel for the pool and once we got there the pool was closed. I checked the website and nothing was on there. I would have went somewhere else if I had known. I had some very upset children. Also the room wasn’t that nice. The toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall and there was mold/mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. Had some random drips going down the wall.

They did not provide shuttle as previously stated. Additional $40 for a taxi from airport which was less expensive than Uber. Management didn’t offer any refund for issues. Although they said they would provide some recompense. Will never stay there again.

The woman at the front desk was wonderful. She helped accomadte a few request I had with no issues. The facilities itself were a little less then desirable. the indoor pool had horrible odor, my children were in it for about 5 minutes before they came out totally disgusted by the smell. The one elevator was broken and the other had a horrible jolt every time it landed at a floor. the breakfast was misleading on the website as we thought we could order food and it was just not contential. The continetal breakfast wasn't great and there was no staff to help or even replacing food. We arrived back from a day at Hershey around midnight and the bar area was so loud, while i get its a bar maybe enclosing it a bit more would be an idea. Rooms were not the best smelling, shower turn on took a great deal to figure out. But for the rate we paid i didnt expect too much but it cold use a little tlc

The property was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large. The pool was a decent size but freezing! Only complaint I have is that it took a little while for the water to get hot in the shower.

Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately that’s probably the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. Very run down in my opinion. Not worth the money they charge for one night stay. Elevators weren’t working. Pool was gross. The rooms were old and not kept up with. (For example: paint was missing or peeling off walls. Furniture wasn’t clean. Bathroom ceiling was cracked and no fan in bathroom) Just overall not a clean place. Tolerated it for one night since it was already paid for. But the cost of the stay is not even close to being worth it. Reminds me of an old run down motel. But like I said, staff was friendly.

Upon checking into our room, our bathroom was covered in black mold. There was “wall cut outs” to expose the mold and when I took a photo down to the desk their response was “oh yes, they are doing repairs to that specific room. Do you want to be moved?.” I asked to be moved to another floor completely because it was very late and they insisted we could only be moved 2 doors down. That room was “newer looking” but had a strong chemical smell. Then I couldn’t reach anyone via phone or even at the front desk. I left my keys on the front desk and my daughter and I left. Mold was in room 308.

The first room I reserved was not cleaned food and cards left and bed was not done. . Another room was provided . We stayed in the room for 29 minutes and went to a concert. Upon returning around 11 pm. We went to bed and found socks and a hair tide in the comforter. The white sheets had stains also. We decided to take the 3 hr drive home.

The property itself is convenient location. Our group had 4 rooms. 2 of the rooms were dirty. Toothpaste residue, dust on the chairs, hair in the shower, refrigerator didn’t work, fold out couch had dirty sheets, bathroom doors hard to close, safe didn’t work, stain on sofa, headboards had grease residue& 2 towels Fire door in stairwell was broken and left leaning to side. Pool was closed. Restaurant was understaffed and hardly a restaurant. 20 orders of Food and it all came out cold, dripping in grease or microwaved well done burgers. One elevator was done and the other working one was very shaking and questionable. Overall every poor experience Would not recommend

The first room we were given was dirty—the toilet wasn’t working upon arrival, there were spider webs on the ceiling and curtains, and the bathroom appeared unclean. We requested a different room, but it was even worse, with stains on the pillow, an unclean bathroom, and a dead fly on the bed. Due to the poor conditions, we chose not to stay the night. We were told that management would call us the next morning, but we have yet to receive any follow-up.

You get what you pay for. It was reasonably priced and I only needed to sleep and shower for a concert. I didn’t need a lavish room, however they need to address the chipped paint, molded lamp shade, and stained grout in bathroom. Bed was awful hard, bar staff was great, room was average and cool but it was humid in the room. The hallway on 2nd floor has an awful diaper smell the entire time we stayed- (1 night stay) If it had smelled like that in the room we never would’ve stayed. The room needs more lighting near bathrooms. And interior hall in room. Was hard to do makeup and get ready. The bathroom had no sink!! That’s extremely unhealthy and gross. So when done using the toilet you have to touch the door handle to go wash your hands outside the bathroom?!?!??How is this not a health violation?!?!? So nasty. Didn’t use the pool can’t comment but check in was easy. Close to highways which was convenient.

I stayed in this hotel for business trip. Stayed for 5nights. And with super slow wifi i couldnt work properly. The upload and download speed is only 10mbps or less. They dont have any other wifi connections for business travelers like me. Another thing, the housekeepers will keep on knocking early in the morning like before 8AM to ask for housekeeping. Why would you guys do that? I put the sign that say DO NOT DISTURB , and yet they will keep on knocking and wakes me up on my sleep.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a convenient location, close to shoppes, food options and about 20 minutes from Hersey Park. My room was clean and had the necessary essentials. Overall, the stay was good. It's not the freshest hotel (could use an updating), and the parking lot could be better but it served its purpose.

Perfect for a night stay for an early flight out of Harrisburg Airport. $5 parking per day with a free shuttle to and from airport. Kids eat free and if you buy breakfast tickets ahead of time it adults are only $5. Hotel is clean, staff is helpful, pool and breakfast are average.

Right off all the highways. There is a Wendy's right there in the same parking lot. My room was immaculate, and they have name brand soap and body wash which is a nice touch. Has a pool...but I didn't check it out. Type of place you stay when your middling soccer team advances to regionals.

Checked in at 8pm on Friday...opened the door to the room and the room was completely a mess. The beds were off the frames, pillows on the floor, no sheets or bedding. The bed was still pulled out from the couch with cushions on floor. Bathroom not cleaned. We were given a new room, but it was a smaller room then what we booked and paid for. In the restaurant the tables were still dirty from the night before well into the afternoon. The breakfast options were few choices and the food was not fresh. The only good thing was the staff. The staff was incredibly nice and kind.

We were there for 2 nights…We were not aware that breakfast was not included in our booking, and when asked if we wanted to charge it to the room we said yes, but we’re never told a price. When we went to select food, the French toast was cold, there was no oatmeal, there was a dirty coffee mug next to the coffee pot, and other trash and dirty items on the tables next to the food. My husband picked up some “napkins” and they were tissues! In our room the toilet paper roll was falling off of the wall, and the tv remote barely worked. The floors were extremely “sticky” in the elevator, not sure if it was from a recent spill or what, but it was kind of gross. Convenience to the turnpike did not make up for these items.

The hotel was very clean, but the breakfast they offer in the price they want it was so basic. It was a basic free buffet they were charging for the elevators were scary. They made the craziest noise. I thought every time I got on it I was gonna get stuck. The facility was OK but half of the doors were broken. I will stay there again, but I think they charged too much.

We checked in and everything seemed great, however the in room Kuerig gave us issues the second morning. At night my husband found cold coffee in the lobby carafes. Absolutely disgusting bathroom. It was filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned before we checked in. On top of that, there was no hot water, so we couldn’t even take a proper shower. When we brought it to the staff’s attention, they were completely unhelpful. For what you pay for a hotel room, a clean bathroom and hot water are the bare minimum. Would absolutely not stay here again.

During my stay the pool was closed the entire time, the ice machine on my floor was broken, only one elevator worked and even it was malfunctioning. There was an onsite “restaurant” that charged $14 for a breakfast which consisted of the standard items you’d find at a free continental breakfast. I’ve stayed at motel 6’s that were significantly nicer.
