Will NEVER stay here again. The pool was closed, which okay cool. The power went out, meaning the elevators were down. My husband had to carry our stuff up 5 flights of stairs with no help from staff. I asked for sheets for the pull out bed & the front desk lady (Felicity? I think) told her coworker “I’m tired of needy guest, this is my last day” while I was still in earshot. So unprofessional & absolutely RUINED our family fun for the weekend. Pretty sure I lost my wallet there & no one is calling me back about it. & they have yet to release my hold for both of my rooms. 0/10 absolutely awful!

The hotel itself was a hot mess. The pool was closed (main reason we chose this hotel to stay at for a cheer competition), there was no cable (they had power outages 2 days in a row). We got sheets for the pullout couch and there were crumbs in it. However, the guy at the front desk was sooo nice. I can’t imagine how mean people were to him with everything not working. But he was very composed, polite, told me I can cancel my room and stay somewhere else and it wouldn’t be a problem. If it wasn’t for him the hotel would definitely be rated a 1 or 2. But he is why I gave it a 3.

We always try to stay at Holiday Inns. This was easily our worst experience at a Holiday Inn. Pool was closed, okay, disappointing, but things happen out of our control. Mold in my shower. Rooms were way smaller than expected. One of our rooms received dirty bedding for fold out couch. We were only allowed 3 towels per room, even though 1 room had 5 and the other room 4. Tvs did not work entire stay. Front staff did not seem to care about our concerns or complaints. Basically just said "sorry". A staff member actually complained about general managements laziness and not caring to correct or make this better. Highly do NOT recommend this hotel. We also got stuck in elevator and hard to find ice machine that worked.

I can't really say that this is an indictment on the hotel as a whole. This is just my personal experience during my visit. There was a plastic wrapper that you peel off the back of a sanitary napkin on the cushion chair in my room. There was only one towel in my room. Apparently from a previous storm several days prior, they lost TV service and it still hadn't been fixed. With not being able to watch TV, I wanted to spend time at the bar, which closed at an early 10 PM on a Saturday night. I am not the kind of person that's always looking for something for free or comps. I've even refused comps in the past for bad meals at restaurants. But I was kind of expecting some kind of discount or good faith gesture after my stay the next morning, when I checked out. I was nothing.
