The hotel is clean and very welcoming. Very comfortable room with great linens and comfy bed. Great location - right off the highway, gas, restaurants and Outlet Mall right there. Service was excellent. We were surprised at the quality of the restaurant - dinner was excellent (we had steak and salmon) and the breakfast buffet was fabulous and reasonably priced. Lots of parking too.

The breakfast staff were rude to hotel patrons. They charged or tried to charge me for breakfast when I had already paid it. They were trying to pick up my plate while I was eating. They would not allow me to eat at the tables with food from a local restaurant. There was a menu but no room service. The floors in my room were dirty. The room was dated but supposedly they had been renovated.

Definitely will recommend this Hotel to everyone. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out the staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel was VERY clean, the staff was very friendly, I would rate the whole experience a 10 out of 10! Very impressed.

The only issue i had with my visit was the fact that my window in my room must not be sealed well. Everytime the wind blew, it made a high pitch whistling sound in the room. And the wind blew all night long. Smh

Front desk employee (older male) was very friendly and informative. Right to the point but in a professional and courteous way. One of the best check in experiences I’ve had. Parking is easy, rooms are clean, and lots of amenities. Would definitely return and recommended.

Witnessed a near drowning in the pool after a child held a baby under water. The pool was filled with more than 30 kids and drunk adults. I went to the front desk to notify them of the unsafe conditions and he Awful staffing, leaving one man to run the desk in the evening is unsafe.

The room was great but the breakfast staff and food are always the top show here. Worth coming to just for breakfast even if you don’t get a room. And the ladies that work in the breakfast area and the people making the omelets and waffles are wonderful. Kids 13 under eat free so double our rating for the value.

My only complaint is that breakfast costs money. I feel like it should be included in the price but adults were 14$ each. We went next door to cracker barrel for breakfast and saved $. Otherwise, very clean place. Staff were nice. Beds were verrry comfy and the comforters are weighted feeling but super soft. Slept like a baby!

We had a great stay. It was our first time.Very Friendly staff. The only 2 downsides. First, containers of sugar in the rooms instead of those little packets that don't have much in them. I had to go down to the lobby to get more. Second, bigger towels for the pool. They are so small that by the time you dry one leg the towel is soaked and you need another one. Overall it was a great time. We will definitely stay there again!
