We're placed on 3 rd floor my parents are senior and the elevator was broken. Only access to ramps to 3 rd floor. The fridge in my parents room sounded like the fan is going out. Whistled both nights we stayed.

Excellent interstate access -- but the 18-wheelers know that too. I know it's inexpensive, but the level of service was minimal -- and no one at the desk when I wanted to check out. And if you want a ground-floor room, there is an extra charge because the property has no elevator. I don't think that was disclosed in any of the booking information.

The amenities are a coffee machine and ice machine. That’s it. No vending, nothing. For 1 night it’s a winner. More than 1 night prepare to need to find a laundry, soda etc. I’m not complaining, just letting future travelers know.

There is no elevator!! We did not know that when we made the reservation, until we were late checking in and they gave us a room on the second floor. My wife has limited mobility and uses a walker. When I asked if we could have a room on the first floor, we were told that all the first floor rooms were booked. The motel did not look full that night, but did later in the week we were there. There is a ramp that can be used to get to the upper floors, but it is steep and does not seem safe for wheel chair or walker use. Later I found mention of the lack of an elevator buried in small print in the description on Expedia. There is an abandoned elevator shaft on the property that has been sealed up, that looks like it has been in disrepair for some time. The rooms themselves are clean and look that they have been remodeled recently. You would think that if a corporation like like Red Rood had the resources for an extensive remodel like that, it would have been able to repair of replace the elevator. I wonder if were they inspected by the appropriate authorities they would be found in violation of ADA standards and be closed down until that is corrected. I think someone should call this to their attention.

Nice, spacious, clean room right off the interstate. There's absolutely no continental breakfast, but there was coffee in the lobby. Even though I had a 3rs floor room, the walkway up was very smooth and easy to navigate

This place is in bad shape every where on the outside areas. No elevator. Ramps are on the steep side and a little slick. Room had bad water stains on the ceiling , shower curtain wouldn't even stay closed, so the floor was really wet after you showed. AC was so loud we had to have the volume on the TV so loud. The AC wasn't even on when we got in the room, so it was miserable in the room. I would never stay there again.

The elevator looked like it hadn't been used in at least 10 years. The doors were jammed open, and it was full of bird poop and debris. Surprisingly, the inside of the room was clean.

Room was clean, but bathroom area was very run down...stains, rust. I wouldn't use the tub/shower, even if I needed to. Mattresses were comfortable, but covers on the beds were stained. Staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient. We've stayed at this location before, but it's been a good 5 years or so. We probably would not stay at this location again.

Just what we needed after a long day of traveling. Room is clean and cool. Desk manager is super friendly & was so helpful when our fire alarm needed a battery replaced! Will definitely be staying here again our next time through the area!

Stay was ok until I got up and prepare for the day. I stepped into the shower, turned the handle (which was very tight) and “NO WATER”. I tried several times but no luck. I did see about 3 or 4 drops come out. So, to clean up, I had to use the sink. Disgusting! When I left, I went by the front desk to check out and report the water situation. There were absolutely no one at the desk or in the lobby. So I didn’t have the opportunity to report my dissatisfaction and let them know they need maintenance. I feel like I should be given a partial refund. I did not get all that I paid for. This was room 222 on May 25, 2024.

Check in was not good. Not the service nor the signage. Red Roof Inn says in their ads let’s stay for free. I was charged 15.00 a night for second dog and 25.00 for third dog. All three dogs are tiny. They’re only in room when I’m in room which is to sleep. There was nothing posted at front desk about all of these charges. The manager was so rude. The room did not have a dead bolt on it. Room smelled like a tanning salon.

I’ve split this review into a couple different areas for review. 1. Other Guests The biggest issue I had with my stay was the Inn’s lack of action toward other loud and disrespectful guests. There was a loud group of guests who were all arguing, yelling, and threatening each other explicit language. It was gang behavior that seriously made me question how safe it was to leave my room especially because the room setup is that of a motel. They started arguing at around 11 PM and it went all the way to 3 AM. The Inn did nothing to intervene or involve law enforcement. 2) Cleanliness The bed itself wasn’t too bad but the shower and bathroom area were pretty gross. Super easy to just clean the place but the bathtub was so dirty I have no words to explain how disgusted I was. The first room we were assigned to was SATURATED in the smell of cigarettes. They moved us to a room that was a little better but the smell of cigarettes still permeated that room. 3) Staff The staff at the front desk was not very friendly and often time they were not even there. There are not a lot of options for hotels on the area but prepare yourself emotionally if you decide to stay here.

This was a pet friendly hotel that is exactly the perfect stopover if you want to get closer to Pigeon Forge an evening before your regular stay starts. Ruby Tuesday you can walk to in 2 minutes and other fast food at same distance.

Shared outlet for TV & microwave. It was one or the other, not both. Broken, leaky iron. Barely soap. Very rough, cheap towels. Bottom of tub may have been clean but sure didn't look like it. Bring shower slippers, soap, shampoo, your own coffee & creamer. Coffee dispenser in lobby was out of order. There was no breakfast at all

Very clean and peaceful, I would have liked if breakfast was included though for 394 dollars for 4 people I’d hope free breakfast would be included but nope, if that’s not a dealbreaker it’s nice and convenient and has ramps instead of stairs, was easier on the knees!

Lots of older men were hanging out smoking on the balconies without shirts. I found that strange while walking with my daughter. My shower rod was broken and needed a new screw. I was worried about the rod falling off and water going on the floor. The front desk person came and quickly fixed it. My shower curtain wouldn't close all the way and I got some water on the floor and slipped a little. I went to get some breakfast and they said they only had drinks. The elevator was broken and I was on the third floor and instead of steps they have a ramp that I slid on a little bit. It was overall fine. I was just worried about my safety while walking and in the bathroom.

The room was not clean. It was so obvious they had not dusted certain areas of the room. The floors were dirty. They allow pets. But wait till after you have paid at check in. To inform you no pets allowed on beds. If too much hair, they can charge you up to $200.00. That should be informed at booking time. Of course we didn’t leave the room a mess or anything. No breakfast or coffee was available like it said at booking.

The check-in was very smooth and the young lady was friendly. The room was decent on the second floor, but the elevator was broken and out of order. I was not happy that there was no type of breakfast whatsoever, not even a continental one. When you're paying $100 per night and there's competition all around, a hotel needs to serve some type of breakfast.
