I wish they had a little more parking but other than that it’s a really nice place. The surrounding neighborhood is not a very good one but the parking area is well lit. The staff inside were amazing the entire time.

Nice place, very clean room, friendly staff, no problem whatsoever. We got in the pool, water was cold, but as soon as they found out we were in the pool water started warming up. Great experience for us. Thank you

There's a reason why I stayed here again. It's comfortable, clean, and staff is friendly. The suites are great & clean, but the breakfast is top notch! Get there early because it gets packed. The parking lot is spacious and well lit at night. I felt safe walking my dogs at night. It's a decent place and I recommend it.

We had a very comfortable 2 nights stay. 1. Upon check-in, the staff was very polite and nice and accommodated our request to get room closed to my sister-in-law’s room. 2. The room was clean, pretty enough for its price and I love that it has big fridge, microwave and coffee maker and sink in the pantry. 3. Wifi is good and has cable TV and we were able to watch movie. 4. Breakfast is commendable given that it was only 78 dollars a night. Breakfast buffet has enough food. There are two waffle makers, scrambled egg, sausage, oatmeal, muffins and other breads. You can also toast your bread and there are jams and butter. There are cereals and milk is available for the cereal. Lastly, there’s juice, water and coffee. I don’t think there’s a reason to complain about food. This is more than I expected because I only paid 78 dollars a night. 5. They clean the room everyday. We only stay 2 nights but the next day, the room was clean and has new towels after we come back from our sight seeing. 6. The location is quiet and safe. It is just a few minutes from the tourist spots in downtown. No homeless around the area. 7. My kids were able to swim in their pool. However, the water in the pool already needs to be filtered as it is quite green already.

We stayed here to go to a concert at Frost Bank Center. The location was very convienet for the venue, but the hotel grossed me out. It smells really bad. It hits you right when you walk in. The rooms look ok at a glance, but a lot of things were dirty. The tub was gross. They covered the brown stains with a white cover, that didn’t cover the hotel. When we got back from the concert, we seen a cockroach. Parking is free. I would stay somewhere else next time.

Absolutely disappointed. Room smelled, bathroom showed black dots of growing mold, rust all over bathroom. Hair on bed and dusty. Overall very sad and mad we didn’t look into this place a bit more. Very unsanitary feeling. We had never booked at a Days in before and stayed for a group basketball tournament over the weekend. Never again!

Booked here based on the overall ratings. It wasn't that clean. Hair in the sink. German roaches in the bathroom. Weird brown leaky stains on the side of the mattress cover. And it smelled really rotten.

My time in San Antonio, Texas was enjoyable despite a distinct, unidentifiable "water smell" in the rooms that made me feel the need to purchase and use my own linens, which I ultimately left behind due to the lingering feeling of uncleanliness. On the positive side, the local people were very nice. While it might be a good room if you're just visiting someone due to its affordability, its low price is definitely for a reason.

Stayed in King suite which was a good size, but smelled really moldy. A/c made noise like a tractor. Pillows hard and lumpy. No safe in room - ok -, minimal toiletries (just soap and shampoo), no coffee/tea maker, Wyndham has removed them. Well, if minimalism is Wyndham‘s new policy we will not stay in any of their hotels again. On the good side: receptionist Walter is a gem and has a great attitude towards customers. The neighborhood is not the best, shady creatures hanging out after dark.

This was the perfect for a family with small children. The room was spacious enough for our little one to run around, they didn’t get bored while we were at the hotel. The beds were so comfortable and the overall experience in the room was amazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly, it is near an HEB, which came in handy when we forgot some essentials. Definitely would recommend it!

Beds were soft, comfortable and room was very clean. But that’s it, fridge was broken, I need to put my insulin in the fridge and was unable to, the room was colder than the fridge. The microwave didn’t warm up the food had to put it for 3x t amount of time in order to have my food warm, the bathtub was very slippery, and when it was my turn to shower, which I chose in the morning, everyone else showered the night before, there wasn’t any hot water. Then the door to the bathroom on the inside was broken and was painted over. The breakfast was okay, the potatoes on the eggs were not cooked, everything else was good. LOVE HOW CLEAN EVERYTHING WAS & the staff was VERY NICE! But I feel like I should get a free night at another Days Inn & Suites, I feel like I got cheated and robbed.

Staff was really nice, helpful and very accommodating. I pointed out that we were going to stay for six nights and the occupants above my room must have been riding the chair back and forth late at night. They were making so much commotion that I could not get a decent sleep and rest after a very long drive. Staff transferred me to another room on the third floor where my stay went very quiet as if I was sleeping back home again. Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay.

Nice people at the front desk and around the property. The room was fine. The noise throughout the property and directly above us until 3:30am...not fine. We had to be up at 6:40am for a football camp and my son was absolutely wrecked. (so was I) This property DESPERATELY needs to invest in some type of sound proofing or deadening because it's crazy how bad sound travels. We were on the third floor and whatever the heck is between the 3rd & 4th floor might as well be plywood. I've never stayed in a hotel with a worse sound issue than this one. It's brutal. Good water pressure, good hot water, no toiletries of any kind other than a little bar of soap and a little bottle of shampoo. Kitchenette, mini refrigerator, but no coffee maker. Didn't love our stay....

Check in process was horrible. They threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn’t pre authorize one night by 3pm on day of check in, even though I booked through Expedia and picked pay at hotel. Hotel looks nothing like pictures. It is old, rundown, and not super clean. It also smells terrible in lobby and hallway. We will never stay at this property again.

I had a great experience at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio! The General Manager, Shital Patel, and the entire staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly, accommodating, and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, service was top-notch, and the location was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

It was close to the veneue, however when we asked to check in the front desk person told us that will charge extra $30 dollars because it was 2 hours before. I know is a business, but they didn't care about my disabled sibling who was with me. We just wanted to rest fron the 3 hours trip.

The Hotel charged my debit card a pre authorization amount. I paid for my stay with another payment method.At no time was I notified that this charge would be deducted from my checking account.This amount still has not been refunded to my account.I spoke with the front desk attendant and numerous other ppl on the phone. Due to this issue it put me in a financial bind.POOR POOR customer service. Had i been made aware of this prior to my trip i could have prepared accordingly

You get what you pay for. Smells BAD, elevator is OLD and stinky. My room looked like it was under construction. Beds and pillows are so uncomfortable. There’s apartments all around it, felt unsafe. I would never stay there again.

The price was right! The rooms were clean and the Walter (front desk) was awesome!! The only reason that I didnt give it five stars was because the breakfast wasn't that great. The gravy was very watery. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

the only thing i didn't like was what happened during breakfast, ran out of food at 8am. we were on the line and finding out later that only a little bit of eggs remaining, no bacon or sausage, no waffle also. so decided to just go back in our room

We came in town for just the night and choose this hotel based on the reviews. Couldn't be more deceiving! Was charged an additional $40 because we had a dog with us (this was not mentioned anywhere), our shower leaked all night long, the breakfast was below standards. For example, there was ham in the eggs! Which meant none of us could eat the eggs. The only other choices were waffles, toast, an apple, muffins, or cereal. Slim pickings for diabetics and nothing healthy. And the loud music coming from the "neighborhood" nextdoor, definitely didn't help us get a good night's sleep. Just felt as if we were mislead.

Walter at the front desk is an absolute gem, and the other staff are very friendly. The hot items section of the complimentary breakfast is not good. The gravy was the consistency of water. The sausages were not cooked properly, the eggs were an inedible hard texture. Don’t let this be a selling point for you to stay here.

Perfect stay for an event at the Frost Center Bank. Staff was warm and friendly each morning and check in was a breeze! Breakfast was hot and they offered a variety of egg and meat variations daily along with the Texas waffles, yogurt and breakfast pastries. Rooms were clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend a stay in the future.
