Pool var gennemkold og meget lille. Ingen brugte den i den uge vi var der. Køkkenet havde nok service til at man kunne få morgenmad 1 dag, og så sætte opvasker over. Lejligheden var meget lille.. Dejligt med rengøring midtvejs på ugen. Værelset var så småt at sengen ikke kunne være udslået OG vi kunne benytte “spiseområdet” hvor min mand, i øvrigt, næsten ikke kunne sidde. Dejligt tæt på alt, så på den måde fungerede det godt!

The room was small and in need of maintenance. There were several holes in the bed mattress with a dangerous bedspring wire poking up through the mattress. We notified the front desk and they replaced the mattress but failed to make the bed. The staff seemed nice. The location was great. The pool was tiny and unheated. Etablissement convenable avec malgré tout quelques imperfections : - logement trés sombre, donnant sur terrasse fermée avec peu de lumière - literie moyenne et canapé peu confortable - Peu d'insonorisation (descente eaux usées des autres logements trés bruyante) - espace de vie étroit pour logement de 5 personnes, mais 2 salles de bains trés appréciable -piscine non conforme au descriptif (plutôt une grande baignoire !!!) mal placée juste devant notre terrasse nous laissant peu d'intimité. Côté positif, résidence bien située avec commerces à proximité et place catalugna à 10 mn à pied bien pratique.

Reception staff are polite and friendly. Very noisy on the street, day and night so you cannot open the window. Noise from adjacent apartments also. The swimming pool, is a joke. Its about the size of a large fish pond, dirty, and in an awful position in the shade at the back.

Likes: 1. Location: near many restaurants and cafés, walking distance to La Rambla, and access to excellent transit 2. Kitchenette: it was very nice to have a kettle, sink, fridge, and microwave. There was even a washing machine but no dryer and a rule against drying clothes in the window. 3. Dining nook: a very cute little (and I do mean little) table and 4 chairs set with a view into the courtyard. Dislikes: 1. Size: the superior room was small for 4 people (2 adults, one 13-year-old and one 10-year-old in our case). The double bed and the double fold-out couch take up most of the floor space, making it difficult to move around. 2. Swimming pool: the pool was a big factor in booking for us because we were worried Barcelona might be very hot and we wanted to be able to cool down. We were disappointed when we checked in and learned that the Aramunt pool was closed… until we saw the pool. It would have been just as disappointing open, because it is the smallest pool I have ever seen; more like three bathtubs connected lengthwise. 3. Beds: too small for our family. The pull-out couch was uncomfortable for two people because it moved and squeaked with every shift. 4. Power outage: we arrived on an overnight flight and needed a nap. The room was too hot to sleep and we thought the AC was broken, but it turned there was a power outage. Once the power was back on, the AC worked great.

Pros- Good location, clean room, decent size, complementary cleaning and cooking items like washingup liquid, scrubber, salt and pepper is a very good policy, but could give more tea and coffee sachets on as needed basis, because they are a bit tricky to get outside in the stores.. Cons - it would have been really helpful if the instructions of how to use the safe were put on the safe itself. The so called swimming pool is really small, can accommodate 1 or 2 people max. The place was in a very good location, lots of food and close to La Rambla. The bathroom was dirty, lots of mold but good enough to use. The only thing we didn’t appreciate was we booked 2 twin beds and a sofa bed but we ended up with 2 twin beds and an L-shaped sofa so our 2 kids had to sleep on the hard sofa mattress. We asked the front desk about it and they said it was a sofa bed. It was not a sofa bed (see photos). My parents stayed in another apartment and they had a sofa bed.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The AC was either full blast directly to the bed or off, no way to control it. I stayed for 4 nights with my family and only got a small shampoo and shower gel, not enough for 1 day. The floor was full of dirt. You must take the garbage out or they charge you EUR 50. The bed and sofa bed where very uncomfortable.

The floor was dirty upon arrival—our 18-month-old’s feet were black within five minutes. Although we reported this and a cleaner was sent, the floor remained unclean as it was only vacuumed, not properly washed. The apartment itself was very small, more like a studio than a proper one-bedroom unit, with no separate living area. I paid high price for three nights, and I can confidently say it was not worth the cost.

La struttura è abbastanza centrale e le camere sono belle e confortevoli, con molti servizi. Un problema è però dato dalla pulizia: come scritto fra i servizi in fase di prenotazione, le pulizie non vengono fatte durante il soggiorno, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato qualche macchietta sulle lenzuola , un po’ di polvere e, nel corso del soggiorno, qualche insetto. Lo staff è cortese ma potrebbe sorridere di più.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, tout est à proximité pas mal de restos la Rambla a10 min à pied … les appartements sont grands, la literie des lits est bien par contre le ménage est à revoir salle de bain pas super propre des cheveux dans le lit le sol pas terrible le canapé tache de partout! Nous avons demandé 4 couchages il y avait deux lits simple et un canapé d’angle qui servait de deux couchages. Dernier point c’est très mal insonorisé et le week end c’est super bruyant !!! Du bon et du mauvais mais pour 4 jours c’était suffisant

However, the room was clean yet dirty. We used the pullout bed and a dirty sock flew out. It was gross. Also, they charge for extra towels. We stayed for 4 days and we were expected to use the same ones… It was 15 euros so we ended up paying bc we needed them as it rained in Barcelona.

El espacio es reducido aunque hallamos pedido una habitación para 4 personas, sabiendo esto la cantidad de insumos fue limitada, nunca tuvimos un cambio de toallas ni servicio a la habitación. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and if we had wanted to cook, we had that ability. They provided with a cleaning packet and a coffee/tea packet. You also had to pick up all the trash and remove it from room and throw it out at the bin outside the building if you wanted to avoid fees. Also, no cleaning services to the room which was okay since we only stayed three days.

We really liked this neighbourhood of Barcelona, first of all. It was in a lovely location with a terrific atmosphere, only a 15 minute walk away from Las Ramblas. Lots of nice eateries and shops close by. As for the apartment, couldn't really ask for much more. The staff were great in getting in touch prior to arrival, and friendly when checked in. Clean and spacious room. Ample facilities. Recommend.

We love our stay in this appartement. It is close to everything! Aldi supermarket is really nice and we find everything we need. We loved the neighborhood. The ice-cream at DeLaCrem worth the wait. 15 min from La Ramblas. The apartment is quiet and nice. The little pool was appreciated by the kids. The only thing that we can complain is the moisture in the shower. Nora was really nice at the front desk! Thanks!
