It was just right. The only thing I did have an issue with was the remote control was missing some buttons, but overall everything else was fine. Air conditioning was perfect. Mini fridge was excellent. The room was nice and clean, no complaints there. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Forget this place. Room 218 Dresser was broken, window blinds broken did not close, someone punch a fist thru the bathroom door, missing bulbs on the lamps, no hangers in the closet walls all scratched missing paint. A complete disgrace

I am always traveling for work but I have never come across a hotel this bad before. Filthy rooms, busted microwave, headboards were stained, hole in bathroom door, black mildew on drywall in shower, beds were harder than the floor your standing on, the walls had what looked like boogers smeared, toilets hardly flushed, electronic key scanner for entry was burned on both sides of door. The smell in stairwell was very nasty, not that I would have eaten breakfast anyways but no bk was out in mornings, the pool was closed looked like for health issues, switch plates busted and I’d hate to see a toddler around those, the rooms we got had 2 beds but we were given 2 towels, 1 washcloth and surprise surprise, no soap anywhere. We were booked for 2 nights for work. We checked out the next morning and went and checked in at another hotel. I wasted company money but I could not ask my crew to stay another night nor was I going to. The parking lot had trash everywhere and homeless were sleeping in their vehicles in the hotel property. This place should be shut down or at very least, not offered on hotels.com. DN NEVER AGAIN

First(Form), filling out certain information again when I already filled out the form online. It does not make sense to me. Second(Room), we arrived around 3:20 pm and you can tell that the room is newly mopped or cleaned because the floor is still wet and my concern is what if my kid is very hyperactive he/she might slip or fall and injured themselves badly. Light in the entrance of the room did not work. There is a tall mirror in the room that is not fully attached to the wall one bump or hit it will fall down. No handsoap in the sink and the toilet holder is far from the toilet tmi I have to stand up to reach it. There's a residue of a green stuff beside the telephone and a screw that my kid found. Some chairs and sheets have stains and you can hear people talking outside. Third (Safety), If you are parents be very careful because the door of the hotel is direct to the pool, no fence installed.
