There were a couple of badly dented cars in the parking spaces, half empty, and 2 nice twenty something girals parked next to my nicer Highlander to “keep their car safer,” . A patron was outside and down one room each night hacking his lungs out and smoking. The office has a full plexiglass window facing the street, but inset 100 ft by a large unused parking lot, that you have to talk through. Although the Contra Costa Fairgrounds are across the street, the area immediately surrounding the property is semi-industrial. I was in a fishing tournament and did not spend daylight time there but i was able to sleep well at night. I did not have breakfast there but it omly consisted of two types of dry cereal and a broken orange juice machine My room was clean and comfortable and the bed was comfortable and well maintained and the shower was spacious and nice looking. Since i stored excess fishing equipment in my room, i left a do not disturb sign on my sign all 4 days of my stay. The staff was nice but sometimes had trouble understanding me partly owing to plexiglass. The reviews were 3.9 of 5 despite a nice low price and i generally agree but i probably would stay somewhere else next time.

Industrial area. Nearby 7-11. Perfect for overnight before continuing drive to Los Angeles. Respectful, patient staff. Parked in front of my ground floor room door. Door opens to parking lot. Desk manned for 5AM checkout.

Clean, quiet and felt safe. Remodeled and Nice new bedspreads. However not enough towels fo 2 without request and no tissue in the bathroom. Also have to pay for Ice.

While the property is clean, basics would be more accommodating. Only one set of towels is given for two guests always having to ask for extra. No tissue, no bag for dirty laundry or in the ice bucket and you have to pay for ice, also no hangers in the closets ????

I stayed over the Labor Day weekend and felt comfortable and safe. Parking is available right in front of your door. It was quiet. Everything was renovated with updated floors, bathrooms and furniture. I was walking around Saturday morning and found a flea market half a block down the street. Very chill weekend getaway.

For the price it was ok. They really don't clean that well. The floor while it was mopped, it was still very dirty as i found out wiping up spilled water. They don't dust either. I also was irritated that they never mentioned there is a 30 early check in fee, found that out when i saw my bank account.

We have stayed at this property multiple times overall it has always been clean and felt well kept but on this visit, there was hair in the shower and on every visit there has never been soap or conditioner in the shower dispensers or hand soap except for the bar soap Also, I’ve pointed out on my last review that if we have a closet, it would be nice to have hangers as most of us do not travel with our own hanger. Our coffee maker was dirty and had an old cake cup still in it.

Very dirty. Sticky material on doors, tabes, and the floor. Gross smoke odor, hair and stains on bedding. Toilet seat had human product on it. It seems like they don't have any routine housekeeping. The parking lot was empty so people seem to know, yet the reviews don't reflect the reality. Appears to be astroturfing, paid actors on most review sites. I don't get it. But we got the heck out of there fast.

Property was okay. But, coffee maker was very dirty, bathroom had mold. Convenient location and very affordable. Having to provide additional deposit after already paying. All a bit disappointing. Next time, I would probably be willing to spend a little more for a nicer hotel.

1/4 roll og cheap toilet paper... i had to go get another roll from the office. 1 kuerig pod of coffee .. zero coffee cups.. only one water glass.. room card kept having to be reset... the people in the office are really rude.. in that look down their nose at you and dont say a word... there is a reason most rooms are left empty.. i really don't expect much for $109.00 but i expected a little bit. It feels like they think the reason they dont have more customers, is because the *damn customers * they do have... are the problem... Three small pillows... im glad i was alone, because the 3 stacked up sort of made a pillow for 1 person

My only issue was that my morning shower was ice cold. When i checked out i informed. Manger went to the room with me, however at that time the hot water was working, that was 3 hours after i took my cold shower. Stuff happens and it wasn't the worst thing in the world, i just didn't like how the manager assumed i lied about the hot water issue. Otherwise my stay was pleasant.

It was a lil of everything you had crackheads out screaming really bad words,the walls are supper thin so the couple next door was heard most of the night and is not ok when you have a 9year old with you and than the front desk person says what do you want me to do about it. I will not go back was not worth the money

The rooms look upgraded. Check - in was quick and friendly, but we couldn't change the channel on the TV. Only 3 small pillows for a King-Size bed and only 2 cheap towels. We didn't settel in till after 10 pm so I never contacted the front desk about the TV issue unfortunately. We stayed in room 123.

They could have informed us there was an alert or warning of floating due to the rain and the river proximity to the property. We arrived there at night and did not see how close we were to the river. We stayed at a handicap unit on the first floor due to my disable son. We had to ER evacuate immediately at 5:00 am. The Hotel owner had been told two days ago to Mandatory evacuate but fail to follow the orders. Horrible experience for me and my family.

I had an extended stay here as I was in between houses and although the price was a little high compared to other hotels around but I feel it was worth it. They were very accommodating whenever I needed something and patient when I had to renew my room for the week. they have a no pet policy however I didn't know that until after I signed the paperwork but they still allowed my dog to stay with me which was very accommodating.

The housekeeping lady/made took it upon herself to walk into my room while I was still there she didn't knock or anything she just helped herself and came right into my room and lied then said that I opened the door for her so I stayed there until the property owner was able to get there which he never did and I also asked him to pull the camera footage so they could see that she was lying I'm still waiting I'm very upset and invaded my privacy what if I was sleeping what if I was in the shower what if I was naked it is not okay for somebody to walk into somebody's room check out time is 11 she did this around 9:15 a.m. I will never return there and I will make sure she gets fired and I'm going to have to report it to BBB and also call the cops and make a police report

The young man at the check in window was kind. No problems at all. As I was making my way back in to the property, I almost had a head on collision with a car that was speeding and going the wrong direction. Secondly, I pulled up to the front of my hotel room door and to my left a couple was arguing outside on the pavement. I felt very uncomfortable. I took a few minutes to decide if I even felt safe enough to stay at this establishment. I got a gut feeling that this was not a place I would feel safe. I turned around, checked out and left the area.

Surprised of how underrated this little family runned business is, love the place so clean and quiet, family so attentive, small Breakfast is offered which consists of coffee, pastries, juice, a small microwave, a coffee maker in your room which is a plus along a small refrigerator, great comfortable Nee Beds a Plus, besides all a Great Stay Awesome Underrated little GEM 💎
