I did not stay. I got my money back and drove home. I can not walk stairs and asked for 1st floor. The elevator was broken and i could not walk up to the 2nd floor. It was dirty and smelled. I needed a bathroom after the long drive. The only one was out by the pool. The door was locked and then they showed me the broken key. I walked a long hall way to get there to find this out. The girl at the desk was amazing and got me in touch with hotels.com and i got a refund. I do not recommend this place.

Don't stay at this hotel. 1. They tried to steal my security deposit. It took three weeks and multiple phone calls to get it back. 2. They barricaded an emergency exit. That's dangerous and likely illegal. 3. The "gym" picture is a lie. Most of the equipment is broken and pushed into a corner. 4. I'm not sure what goes on at this hotel, but I found someone sleeping on the stairs, saw a lot of young people going in and out after midnight on weekends, and heard noises from a room that made me wonder as well. Why is this hotel listed on Expedia? We expect better.

On their website it says there is a restaurant inside the hotel. There is not. Homeless all around. Elevator stopped working and we were on the 3rd floor with my brother who has a walker. We had to carry it up and 3 flights of stairs. My mom is elderly and had to walk the steps also.

I have been to worse, but there was a lot of random people walking in and out. Lots of people in parking lot. Pool was heated. Room was ok, floor was sticky. I used towel to mop. This was not the worst hotel but it definite is giving motel 6 vibes. Nice location. Just old and needs better cleaning.

It was obvious people were smoking marijuana on the property and in the rooms having smaller children it did make it a little inconvenient. The hallways smelled like urine maybe because of the carpet not sure but the whole hotel smelled like this. The rules to the pool are a little weird I had to leave my son at the pool to get him dry clothes to go back into the hotel. Breakfast was good my son loved the waffles, the juice machine did not taste like juice it was very watered down.

Tent city in back of facility. party at pool, with very loud music people camped out in parking lot mostly loud drunk and obnoxious . I am grateful for Expedia getting me all my money back. I would strongly suggest they be removed from the web site. I was in fear at this establishment and the owners did nothing. Not safe at all

It was just ok. Reserved a room with a king bed, was told they didn’t have any rooms with a king bed when I got there. Was given a room with two doubles, which we did not want. Also, the parking lot was almost full and there were several vehicles with trailer taking up about a third of the lot. Didn’t like where I had to park.

I didn’t stay. One look at the room and I left. A strong foul smell hit me at the door. Room was not well maintained. Big hole in the roof in the hallway. Just horrible first experience. Will not go back to this location. I’m requesting a full refund.

COCKROACHES!!!!! dirty all over, parking lot, elevator, room - DIRTY and when I saw a cockroach, I left. I told the girl at the front desk that I want a refund, (I had just got there, did not unpack or touch anything, other than stomping a cockroach with my shoe.) she said "Of course!" and no refund yet. I left and had to find another place to stay. GROSS. spend $4000 + and hire some cleaners!!!!!

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Filthy, people off street walking into use the ice machine with their filthy hands. Room had holes in drapes and bedspread, filthy floor that turned white socks black just walking to bathroom, bugs in room. Carpet in hallways should have been replaced 15 years ago. Best advise, find a different hotel to stay at.

Don’t bother going out at night there are a bunch of homeless people and drug addicts around the property arguing and roaming the parking lot. Thought I was okay just for the night as rooms appeared clean but ended up checking out early after discovering bed bugs in both beds. Staff was nice but that’s about the only upside to that stay.

We could put up with almost anything except the bed bugs and cockroaches in our room.. We both suffered bites. After one night, we had to find alternative accommodations. Sadly, the hotel refused to refund any portion of our stay Add to this, at night there is some sketchy looking activity going on in the parking lot. Needless to stay, we won't be going to any more Sleep Inns.

If we hand not had such a long day we would have left. First impression want bad for price point. Room looked very nice. After settling in found German cockroaches. A/c was extremely loud and woke us up multiple times when it ran sounded like someone was doing drywall work then when it turned off sounded like it was being hosed down from the outside. Will never stay there again

We gave been staying at this hotel for a few years and this trip opened our eyes to how bad the area is getting. Parking lot is very sketchy. Hotel is getting run down but rooms are decent size and beds are comfy. Showers are nice. Probably eill be finding a new place to stay when we come up for MLF from now on.

Its not obvious from the pictures but the hotel is on the side of a very noisy strip. Lots of lighting parking lot. The place smells of marijuana from the front desk area and elevators so a lot of smokers in and out. Seems like the hotel is doing its best, as there is ample no smoking signs and contracts signed when checking in to not smoke cigarettes/ medical cigarettes. Reception was professional/ pleasant. My room was clean and smelled fresh. There is a Dennys right next door which i used. A lot of noise in the morning from the cleaners banging on doors around 8.45ish. That makes sense. They want to get on with their job. Rooms are clean and nice shower. A Bottle of water for a guest. Nice touch. Rare these days. Overall on the pricey side but i think that is Florida this time of year. Its an inn (get in/ get out).

Yes room was kept clean.air conditioner worked good. The breakfast menu needs to be updated to maybe have some hot food like biscuits and gravy hot oatmeal maybe some eggs and potatoes. The staff were very nice maybe if they understood more english cleaning staff. Front desk staff very nice.

After driving over 7 hours from North Georgia to Florida in the middle of the night, we were exhausted and lookingnfor comfort. We were told before we booked that late check in would not be a problem. Upon arrival it took a long time.fornthe attendent to come to the desk, i gave him my information and asked if i could usenthe bathroom since that was our fist stip in the last 3 hours, he told me it was out of service, no alternative, was not motivated to help. Then took about 30 min to check us in and charged us $50 for the late check in. It was 5 in the morning and we were checking out at 11. I couldn't understand this but i had to pee and just paid it. Got the keys and went to the roommon the 3rd floor. Keys didnt work. Went back down, rang the bell, waited, he told me it was my fault and re activated the keys. The room appeared clean but felt dirty, no hot water for a shower, bed wasn't comfortable and blood stains were on the curtains, elevator was sketchy. It was not a pleasant experience.

The room was decent but the hotel felt more like a glorified motel. There was a disconnect with Expedia and the hotel because they couldn't find my reservation for about ten minutes. No one available at the checkin desk to or me to get my room. I called the hotel twice when I landed. I called the hotel manager once on the premises. Waited for an hour. Decided to get another hotel at an additional expense. I prepaid for my room and did not get it. Frustrated

Good location. Hotel needs a thorough cleaning and deodorizing. Complete renovation wouldn't hurt. Breakfast was a joke. Especially the "coffee" which was terrible. Thank goodness that there is a good Denny's right next door

No hot water, TV did not work and there were transients everywhere. Very un safe. Had to leave I was so scared as people were knocking on my door several time in the middle of the night. Again very unsafe.

1) check in guy didn't ask for id and appeared to not be with it at all - maybe drugged up. 2) Drugged up people hanging out in parking lot and came in and got ice from machine with bare hands and tried to get free pop from machine - several of them while we were checking in. 3) Were nervous our car wouldn't be intact in a.m. 4) water only got to luke warm for shower 5) room was very dirty 6) pictures were hanging crooked on walls 7) can't believe Wyndham's name was on this location 8) would not eat food after everything else we saw

Tent city in back of facility. party at pool, with very loud music people camped out in parking lot mostly loud drunk and obnoxious . I am grateful for Expedia getting me all my money back. I would strongly suggest they be removed from the web site. I was in fear at this establishment and the owners did nothing. Not safe at all

We gave been staying at this hotel for a few years and this trip opened our eyes to how bad the area is getting. Parking lot is very sketchy. Hotel is getting run down but rooms are decent size and beds are comfy. Showers are nice. Probably eill be finding a new place to stay when we come up for MLF from now on.

Its not obvious from the pictures but the hotel is on the side of a very noisy strip. Lots of lighting parking lot. The place smells of marijuana from the front desk area and elevators so a lot of smokers in and out. Seems like the hotel is doing its best, as there is ample no smoking signs and contracts signed when checking in to not smoke cigarettes/ medical cigarettes. Reception was professional/ pleasant. My room was clean and smelled fresh. There is a Dennys right next door which i used. A lot of noise in the morning from the cleaners banging on doors around 8.45ish. That makes sense. They want to get on with their job. Rooms are clean and nice shower. A Bottle of water for a guest. Nice touch. Rare these days. Overall on the pricey side but i think that is Florida this time of year. Its an inn (get in/ get out).

Check in was fine. But there was an alarm going of then it would stop and start again throughout the night. It must of done that about 7 times. Even in the morning. I went down to complain and you could not hear it in the lobby. The woman at the desk was no help. Top it off the coffee maker in the breakfast area did not work either. No understanding or help at all. Sad

It was obvious people were smoking marijuana on the property and in the rooms having smaller children it did make it a little inconvenient. The hallways smelled like urine maybe because of the carpet not sure but the whole hotel smelled like this. The rules to the pool are a little weird I had to leave my son at the pool to get him dry clothes to go back into the hotel. Breakfast was good my son loved the waffles, the juice machine did not taste like juice it was very watered down.

Parking lot had homeless people hanging out.. Saturday went to take a shower and had no water. So waited until Sun morning to take a shower and had no hot water.. breakfast was a joke. We will never stay there again!!!

I would not stay in this motel again.In fact my husband and I didn't even stay the whole night only a few hours because it smelled of mildew and had water damage.Wr checked out after a few hours and they wouldn't even give us a refund

The 5 stars rating really go to the staff, from the front desk to house keepers. Yes the building is under construction, yes the carpet in the hallways definitely needs replacing and yes some of the rooms need some new things... but I feel very welcome here. They really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The free full breakfast really saved me daily. The coffee is decent and that gets my day going. The staff make sure you have what you need throughout your stay.

They are in the middle of renovations and we only found out upon arrival. The rooms are already remodeled however they had us in 2 different ones (because of the remodeling they had to move us around) and they both smelled bad and had other issues. We were only booked for 3 nights however we checked out early due to the smell of mold and visible mold on the walls. I was told we would get a partial refund but never received it. I am not sure if that is because of hotels.com or the place themselves. I would NOT recommend this place!!!
