We stayed at Tweed Ultima with our two daughters and the apartment was fantastic. Check in after hours was super easy instructions easy to follow, we even got a text before checking in that our apartment was ready along with the instructions for after hours. Apartment was clean, spacious, had everything that we could ever need to feel like home was made available to us. We even saw a slow cooker in the cupboard so you can cook meals with no problems at all. I work from home so whilst at the apartment I had a desk, WIFI so I could work with no problem during our stay. Easy walking distance to everything, shops, restaurants, beach etc. Check out easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Check in was easy and fast. Apartment was clean and well kept however, the shower heads are not positioned for the taller person. Parking was a bit of a nightmare though if you have a large car as lots of the parks are very tight and awkward. Pool was nice although being the time of year (bit cold) and the spa worked great. Close to shops, restuarants and the beach so walked everywhere locally and supermarket just a short drive away

Sensational apartment- very spacious with a fabulous verandah. Family apartments can feel cramped but it was easy to get some space from each other in this one and the en-suite in the main bedroom is a huge win! Great pool was well used by the kids despite the chilly weather! Staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Useful note for those with 4WD vehicle - carpark clearance is only 2m! Laundry inside main bathroom was used almost daily by our family of five and we were able to pop the rollaway bed in an alcove so that teenager felt like they had their own space :) Highly recommended and will return.

Really impressed with our stay. Everything is just right in these apartments. No flaws. Highlights include the large kitchen, 50mbps internet, strong shower pressure and fast lifts, spacious car park. Very quiet and the ultimate location. Bravo!

Overall was ok, good size apartment with a nice view from tweet head bay, however the apartment needed a better cleaning job. Super dusty bed heads, ceiling, ceiling fan, dirty cutleries and oven. Also, old sinking mattress and loose bed heads.

Would definitely stay again, and longer. King sized bed in one room with an ensuite, and a queen and single bed in the other, with a separate bathroom in room 1083. Really large comfortable L-shaped lounge with large TV. Good kitchen. Lovely outlook of both the river and a slight ocean view. The beds were really comfortable with a pillowtop. We had a great nights sleep. A fabulously quiet apartment and very clean. Our front desk host was really lovely and made sure we received instructions for check in.

Really liked our apartment..whilst it was clean and well appointed it could do with some updates. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced and the walls could do with a fresh coat of paint. Other than that it was a really lovely place to stay.

I gave 3 out of 5 because of cleanliness it needed a bit more attention to detail especially the bathrooms. The other star is for the room smelling like cigarette butts eg a smokers apartment. Initially we didn’t smell it on arrival but it was so obvious when we left the room and went shopping and on our return we needed to air out the rooms. However I would like to say that the owners are so lovely and accommodating especially when we booked last minute and arrived at 9pm when our flights home were cancelled. They were also helpful to call a taxi for us when we were transferring to another hotel in surfers paradise. Thank you.

On arrival was treated very professionally and apartment was ready to occupy. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. I have stayed there 3 times now and never had a problem. I can guarantee that I will be back before too long. Most impressed.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I loved the view from our 12th level apartment. (Especially the sunsets). The convenience of having both grocery shopping and eateries nearby. The apartment itself which was so lovely. Will definitely stay there again.

The apartment was roomy, clean, with huge bi-fold doors to a large verandah with great views. It was a very short walk to shops, beach, restaurants, etc...I will definitely be coming back!

I highly highly recommend staying at the Tweed Ultima Apartments, i’ve never been happier with staff, service, and the room and view itself was absolutely amazing and so perfect. The staff on reception were so friendly and so helpful with needing an early check in, leaving our bags in the lobby and taking our bags up to our room. The location of the apartments is fantastic so close to everything. I would 100 percent stay at Tweed Ultima again and most likely every time I need accommodation on the border. Thank you so much to the lovely family who run the apartments :)

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Tweed Ultima. We had a big apartment on the 8. floor with the greatest view and lots of space. I particularly loved the big balcony with sun in the beginning of the day☀️. Everything worked perfectly, and the reception staff was wonderful and very welcoming. They even had our room ready hours before the official check-in-time as I had communicated via email with them prior to arriving. Very great service when arriving with a young child who has trouble waiting☺️ We would definitely recommend Tweed ultima to anyone going to Tweed Heads/Coolangatta. Location was perfect too btw - short walk to beach and city center. Perfect!😀

Condo was clean, well equipped kitchen with weekly linen service. Convenient location, 5 minute walk to mall with 3 grocery stores, clothing stores, medical clinic and a Target department store. 10 minute walk to beach and numerous restaurants. Amazing public bus transportation. Definitely consider a return stay.
