What a fantastic motel. The room was gorgeous and clean with a great spa. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. And they gave us a late check out for no extra cost. Thank you! Will definitely stay again.

Second time staying here and would return again when in the area. We find the Vegas Motel handy to all our needs. The room (25) was a good size and everything in it was in working order. Parking is at the front door and you have a Bowling club across the road for meals. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Just an overnight stay as we saw a show at Twin Towns. Easy 14 min walk to the show. Perfect position. The room was clean and tidy and even though it sounds like a sleazy motel on the Vegas strip it certainly wasn’t the case. The room we had was a jetted tub room with King bed. It was very comfortable. The bed super comfortable and decorated lovely in pink! The check in and check out very easy with no contact with staff however if needed there is a phone number to call but we didnt need it. Cute pool area and bbq available but with the selection of restaurants in the area there was no need to even consider the bbq. 10/10 we will be back

The best thing about this property was the spacious room with a comfortable bed and every amenity we hope to find within a room. I also liked the early notice that our room was ready, delivered via text. Check in with the key press code was extremely quick and easy. I'd happily stay here again.

There were no reception staff. Spoke to someone on an intercom to get our room key Also a note in our room to say the spa was clean however I found black hairs in the spa and on the bedroom bench Needed more milk but was told no, they can’t provide everything was the response given And what happens if something goes wrong in the room like a water leak etc. There are no reception staff so who do you contact?

We enjoyed the seamless check-in experience. The room 26 had a very loose toilet seat and the shower surrounds may need some attention. However the bed linen was clean but the mattress on this bed felt unstable with 2 people turning over during the night.

Spacious and clean in room, large refrigerator, comfortable bed with ample pillows, conveniently located to shops, club and other amenities, and in a lovely location. Only fault was the shower was a little small and not screened. We had a late reservation; management were wonderful ensuring we could have our room without any inconvenience, considering we had travelled over 1000kms that day.

I honestly cannot even begin to describe how awful our experience was with Tweed Heads Las Vegas Motel. We had a booking with them, but our plane was cancelled, so we arrived a day later. Little did we know, they had canceled our booking without informing us! We checked in thinking everything was fine, only to have the manager come pounding on our door at 10:30 PM, demanding that we leave because they had re-booked the room. This was not our fault, but apparently, we were the ones who had to suffer. No prior notice, no communication — just rude and unprofessional behavior. We were forced to scramble and find somewhere else to stay at the last minute with the Aussie Surf Championships in town, making it nearly impossible to find an available room. This completely ruined our trip and tainted our experience of the Gold Coast. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. If you want a relaxing stay, look somewhere else because this motel will only add stress and frustration to your holiday. I would never recommend it to anyone! Absolutely terrible service and management.

Convenient location to Clubs, beach and Coolangatta. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable bed. The only thing I wasn't keen on was the way the room key was dispensed from a machine... No manned reception if you have a problem, but a ph number in case of emergencies. I suppose this is the new way forward, DIY reception!

80s style motel. Got inside to the cleanest tightest room. Nicely decorated. Lower score on staff as it was all done via texts. Pleasantly surprised convenient to where we needed to go

Surprising big room with the most comfortable four poster king bed we have ever slept in. Has the pink Las Vegas look with a huge bathroom double shower and spa. Would definitely stay again. Great text service informing us we could have booked in early. Well located across from the bowling club to eat.
