MainStay Suites Grantville - Hershey North

Jacuzzi room above us leaked water into our king suite. Very disappointed. No other rooms available.

Breakfast was good - a nice variety and everything was good on temp. Only issue was logging onto the internet. Was very difficult and ended up having the desk person log in for me. I asked her if she could show me how to log on so my wife could access the internet on her phone. The desk person said it was too difficult to show and that my wife should bring her phone to the desk to do. Seems the system needs an upgrade!

Great stay in nice, clean friendly hotel. Breakfast was great and all for a great price. Nothing to complain about and would go back again.

Room dated and not so clean. Hotel seemed old. Staff at reception not terribly friendly.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. It is very clean, the staff is amazing, and they offer a wide variety of items for breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.
