Hôtel propre en cours de rénovation pour la climatisation. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre rénovée avec une climatisation performante mais ce n'était pas le cas pour un ami. Très pratique et bien balisé pour un accès entre l'hôtel et le NEC en 5 mins à pied.

My honest review. 4th time staying here in business 1st time since rebranding Was placed into a disabled room was told when queried I had booked it. Showed the booking and why would I request when very able bodied - fully booked had no choice. Despite booking some time ago. As a single female travelling was placed on the ground floor so unable to open windows safely as right on path. Every morning asked for payment for breakfast despite on first morning clearly showing my booking that it was included This was the same for family members who joined me for a 3 night stay. Door latch keep getting stuck reported. Toilet system kept running water All above advised to reception but kept happening. Ate in hotel twice in evenings food nicely presented and staff lovely Parking is 16£ for 24 hours even if staying at hotel so add that to any stay Would I stay again maybe nir definitely which is a shame as for business my go to for the NEC.
