Hôtel propre en cours de rénovation pour la climatisation. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre rénovée avec une climatisation performante mais ce n'était pas le cas pour un ami. Très pratique et bien balisé pour un accès entre l'hôtel et le NEC en 5 mins à pied.

The room was great, clean and comfortable. Had a good sleep each night. However the restaurant was a shambles, they couldn’t cope will all the guests. Delays in ordering, delays in folks receiving food, no cutlery given, the wrong food coming out. Badly organised, it felt like no one was in charge and most of the staff had no idea about how to deal with customers. The first two nights we tried the restaurant, one of those we ended up order food from deliveroo instead. I would happily stay in the rooms again but would organise to eat elsewhere. I spoke with other guests who felt the same. Shut the evening restaurant for a few nights and focus on team training. Or hire more kitchen staff. I didn’t ever have these issues when the hotel was an ibis.
