The lobby was large and inviting. The pool is really small.

The pool is about the size of most hot tubs so don’t count on much “swimming”. Like the last time I was in the area, the water pressure and shower heads are not very good. But the hotel is priced right, staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and quiet. All in all, not bad.

Snacks to high priced abd pool was cold

The stay was awesome! Very clean! Pool was a great temperature. Front desk was very friendly and prompt to bring us what we needed. We would definitely stay again!

This was my second time staying at this location. I come to visit my grandchildren who live in the area. The rooms are very comfortable. I feel very safe and there is plenty of options for restaurants. It's right off the freeway. Staff was very helpful, I had an auto repair need and they were able to recommend a shop in the area. I was so grateful. They're swimming pool was perfect. I was visiting my grandchildren and I was able to allow them to come and go for a little swim with me. Truly a blessing. Breakfast bar area was very nice and clean. And coffee was hot!

Great 1 night stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was nice.

Altough the rest of the room was clean, the bathroom was discusting with feces on the toilet seat. I tried communicating with the management, but they never answer me back

The staff was friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in gave excellent dinner recommendations. The free breakfast is a plus. The orange juice was very good. The only complaint is that when I closed the toilet seat, the area behind the seat was not clean. Otherwise, the room and bath were clean. Overall, it was a good experience.

The value for my money was terrible but we prepaid in advance so we had no choice but to stay there. We had NO maid service for the 4 days we were there, that includes emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, replacing towels, making the beds, changing the sheets.

Very clean comfortable hotel. Room was spotless, breakfast was above average. Really nice place.

There are many positives about this hotel. 24/7 coffee and hot water, very comfortable bed, ample parking. But the furniture was very low! My wife has difficulty with low furniture (and toilets), and the furniture in our room -- notably the sofa -- was very low, making it difficult for her to get up and down. Otherwise, it was great!

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was ok. AC was noisey, bathroom could have been cleaner.

We stayed one night. The accommodations were clean, staff friendly, but the TV did not work and there was no shampoo or conditioner. We went down and got some, but the TV was a lost cause. Also, there were no available outlets near the bed for chargers or charging ports.

Very nice and clean, only issue was the heater was very loud. It was cold but we had to turn it off to sleep.

Internet service was intermittent. Satelite TV was intermittent due to foul weather in the area. The elevator was stuck on the 4th floor, so I walked up there to take care of it. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I think it was just a little pricey considering the area.

Everything good except shower

This hotel is very nice and the beds were super comfortable- not too firm and worn down like other hotels. I slept great! Everything was great with the exception being the Wi-Fi; it hardly worked at all. Not the end of the world. I'd stay here again. If the Wi-Fi had worked, I would've give 5 stars.

nice enough but the are no outlets to charge phones or plug in laptops. even at the desk. no outlet by the nightstand for a cpap. had to unplug the light. terrible design. especially for the outrageous price

Overall the stay was great. My only complaint was the lack of water pressure and the inability to take a decent shower because of it.

Did not receive maid service for my entire stay. At checkout, the lady at the desk told me that the person who checked me in should have asked if I wanted maid service and if that question was not asked the system defaulted to no maid service required. It seems the system is programmed backwards.

Friendly staff Excellent breakfast. Found our stuffed dog and returned to my husband.

When looking for hotels cleanliness and comfortable beds are priority. Our Bedford hotel met those requirements. I was disappointed regarding room service. Another perk in traveling is no housework,. Coming back to a changed and made bed, clean room is something I look forward to and feel I earned . But here I was told no room service since I was only staying 2 nights. Not a deal breaker but disappointing.

All in all the facility was nice, However I had to ask 3 days in a ROW to get my room cleaned and clean Towels (NEVER GOT THEM on Saturday or Sunday)!!! This is Unacceptable for the Price of the room. When a guest asks for a service, there should be NO Issues with it being provided. Additionally the pillow/ bed were not very comfortable.

It was very nice at the hotel but our bedroom view was a cemetery! And it is hard to walk to restaurants nearby- no sidewalks. We were stranded without a car, there. There is only one uber in tbe county.

Liked that it was easy to get to from the main highway but not so close to hat the traffic could be hard so it was quiet. My adult family and I arrived very late and the first night we had a room where the climate control was not adjustable and was too cold but neither the wall unit worked when we changed it to off, nor did the controls on the air conditioner/heater, which did not work at all. We piled some clothing on the air vent to cut down on the noise and try to make the room a bit warmer. On our way back from or trip a few days later we had a different room which was quiet and perfectly comfortable. Both times our stay was otherwise pleasant. The staff is friendly and they keep it clean and well maintained. Eggs and sausage were freshly made buffet style at breakfast, good coffee, plus oatmeal with a good selection of toppings, cereals, a fridge case with milk and juices. Fresh fruit was banana and oranges. There are a few restaurants close by that mainly serve American style foods mostly fried and high in carbs, no healthy food places, but nothing close enough to comfortably walk to unless you can manage rough terrain since the sidewalks are limited and there's lots of traffic. Nice place to stay for a stopover on a long trip. I tried out the pool early so I had it all to myself and it was clean and comfortable, not too warm and not cold, with a handicap access seat and steps. It was a small shallow pool no deeper than 4 ft. Too small for more than 3 or 4 people at a t

On long trips north from central Virginia, it's nice having a convenient stop along the way. We've stay at this property several times, and it's been five stars every time. Lots of options from this point on, in either direction and the Turnpike is right at the doorstep,

The hot breakfast was delicious, cage free scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, breakfast sandwiches, plus cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit and juices.

We were greeted by friendly staff, the room was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was really good as they had a little bit of everything! Also convenient to restaurants. We'll definitely choose this hotel again!

Check-in was fast. King Suite was AWESOME! Spacious and great layout. Big counter in bathroom. Breakfast was very good and the two staff ladies were on top of everything! Tables cleaned promptly, food restocked, etc . We will be back.

Easy access off the turnpike. Clean hotel that seems recently updated. Delicious free breakfast in the morning with breakfast sandwiches and waffles that are a step up from usual free breakfast fare.

Very well planned out rooms, especially for a couple who tend to keep different hours. Just little problems. No tissues in room. Went down for breakfast around 7:00 am, very picked over, didn't look like it had been replenished.
