Checked in to find the spa not working again, this would be the third time. Was given a complimentary breakfast only because we complained about not being notified prior to our stay re the spa, as we would of definitely re scheduled our stay as it’s the whole purpose of going there as we enjoy the spa. Breakfast was cold every morning.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great and included a proper barista coffee. I was very disappointed that the spa pool was out of order and it was not mentioned at the time of booking. That was one of the reasons I booked there. The indoor pool temperature was not very warm and would have been nicer if it was a few degrees warmer. The aircon in the room was very noisy. Overall was nice stay.

My car got broken into when parked at the property. The hotel could not retrieve any video footage as no security cameras were installed belonging to the hotel. When asked why, they mentioned that these are the common areas belonging to the Strata. Lodged a police case for the break-in and broken car window, but no video footage was available. To summarise: park your car at your own risk in the hotel parking area with no security cameras and a history of break-ins.

Was a loverly stay Clean rooms and loverly staff . Only down side was spa wasn’t working under Reno , prior notice of this would have been good as one of the main reason we booked was of the spa . Only disappointment

The hotel was well located, and clean when we arrived but the floors were not vacuumed for the 4 days we stayed there and if you didn't throw your towels on the floors they weren't changed. Staff were friendly and were very helpful if asked, however, if you didn't ask it wasn't offered. Both my sister and I are in our 70's and walk with a walking stick, and were struggling with baggage, we were not offered assistance to put our luggage into our vehicle.

Loved our stay, staff were excellent and helpful, Saturday night in the restaurant with 12 members of my family, staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had an excellent night and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the cleanliness...very clean, and the location was perfect. Stayed 3 nights and came away feeling relaxed after our break. Will definitely stay again should the need arise.

The location of room was like being in an industrial freezer even with the heat pump on full, the shower had black mould forming, the shower head had a leak, which sprays the ceiling, the windows in the bathroom and the room itself leaked and flooded the windowsil, the bed was okay but a wee bit to hard not enough comfort... other than that the two girls working the bar restaurant area on Friday evening were amazing and made some awesome recommendations... will be back to Bunbury, however we wont be staying at Bunbury Hotel again

The room was lovely and comfortable. I am not sure who we had above us but it sounded like they were playing a game of rugby constantly banging and thudding throughout the night and the day. We ended up leaving the last night because it was unbearable. There was also a lot of noise from the pub across the road until late. Maybe the rooms on the other side are quieter?

Kudos to the afternoon on-site manager: She calmly and skillfully managed a sold-out hotel during a multi-hour, city-wide power outage. Although she had to deal with so much, she was so patient and kind when we returned to the dark hotel after eating at a nearby restaurant. She personally showed us to the stairway to our room and made sure we were comfortable and safe.

The hotel is located a quick walk from the main street of Bunbury, so it's a 5 minute walk to good pubs and restaurants. The hotel itself is very quirky. It is large, but feels more like an old style B&B. The staff were all very friendly and real. I will stay again.

we were in a deluxe room with kitchenette. all good. Great stay, no complaints re hotel. MINOR. Our breakfast was not included (that's fine too), but we decided to indulge anyway and paid $30 each for it I don't eat much, but my wife enjoys breakfast. However, I thought it was extremely bizarre that they only allowed one cup of coffee in that $30 each, then charged $5 on top for all subsequent ones. Don't get me wrong, staff were great, but there is obviously some very petty scabby owner behind it as they were quite apologetic about it... Seems the sort of foolish decision where it obliterates everything good in one fell swoop... just petty.

Outdated property could do with a makeover. Check in was seamless, was advised by Reception happy hour in the restaurant was at 5pm. Ordered drinks at the Bar by staff assuming drinks would be happy hour prices. Was not informed by Bar Staff when purchased drinks this only applied to Beer and Wine. As ordered spirits was charged full price, disappointed due to lack of communication. Rooms: very outdated, stains on the carpet, on the upside king size bed was very comfortable. Just a bit of advice put a Rubbish Bin in the bedroom area perhaps under the office desk. Only Bin available was in the Bathroom. Restaurant Meal ordered Tempura Pork Belly disappointing very hard to slice into and was very dry. Definitely not a 4 Star Hotel for the the price of $270.00 per night.. Disappointing..
