My family and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel offers free parking, a spacious room and a surprisingly good breakfast (included in our stay). I was driving but noticed that there is a bus stop right around the corner from where you can get to the Old Town in a few minutes. Good value for money.

We chose this hotel because it is very conveniently located right outside Saltzberg with a beautiful view. The hotel is wonderful, has a very nice restaurant, and helpful friendly staff. It also has free parking and a very convenient drive to Hallstatt (~72km) or Berchtesgaden (18 km). The hotel is also the end of the line bus stop (5 or 25) for quick low-cost access to downtown Saltzberg. We would highly recommend.

The front desk lady receptionist was very friendly and helpful to offer to hold our luggage until check-in at 3 pm. The hotel is unassuming to find out that the dinner was great and our waiter, Lucas was very friendly and personable. Most people were speaking Austrian and/or German but communication with Lucas was transparent because he spoke English so well. Breakfast was very good and clean with very prompt service. The only thing I would ask to improve is to have portable air conditioning units installed. The one in the room was a stand up vertical fan. I would come back and recommend others to this hotel!

Super god beliggenhed, lige ved bjergbanen til Untersbergbahn. En del trafik fra vejen. Der er desværre ikke aircondition på værelserne. Det er varmt på værelset om natten. Vi måtte sove med åbent vindue. Derfor meget støj fra trafikken.

This is a beautiful mountain location. It was very easy to get the bus into Salzburg from the bus terminal beside the hotel. The restaurant food was excellent. The room was comfortable (loved the balcony with view of the mountains) and the staff friendly and helpful.

Great location for visiting Salzburg. Short bus ride on very frequent buses from a two minute walk away. Several good restaurant‘a in the village. The hotel was nicely appointed the room was good and the breakfast was plentiful. The staff performed their duties but didn’t go the extra mile. We expected more service for what we were charged.

Very helpful staff had issue with noise moved to back of hotel . Thankyou for that the breakfast and evening meals were lovely massive portions and lots choice at breakfast buffet . Very near to cable car up mountain never been on one before so that’s an experience . Near to all tourist experiences

The location of this superlative hotel is astounding. The air, the breezes, the sunshine…it’s worth a journey in itself. Lovely staff, great breakfast, and a bus stop 2 minutes away into town. A . Go!!!

Da vi skulle have vores forud bestilt morgen buffe kl. 9 ish var det meste tomt eller rester som ikke var indbydende. Vi spurgte om de kunne fylde op, men det kunne de ikke da morgenmaden var planlagt til at passe. Vi fik dog lavet en tallerken med æg.
