This was a pleasant surprise place to stay Boston. Yes, you can hear the trains/traffic but you're in Boston. The room was large, bed comfortable, soft sheets and towels. The small kitchenette was a lovely surprise including the dishwasher, the fridge didn't have a freezer.

The hotel is clean, the room was big. I was next to the train so you may want to ask for a room on a higher floor or opposite side but it Durant run throughout the night (thankfully). The parking was a bit challenging to find as there was no signage but I called and they helped me out.

We stayed here 3 nights. The property is beautiful and brand new. It is directly next to the train so it does get quite loud at night when you're trying to sleep. The rooms are spacious and have large TVs and our room had a kitchenette in it which was great. The only downside was we discovered on our second night that water from the heavy rains was coming inside our room and had settled in the carpet making it quite wet but the staff were on it promptly once we mentioned it and put a fan in our room and tried to clean it up as best . They offered to have us switch rooms for one night but we declined. Overall a good experience!

Very good experience overall. If sensitive to noise, there is some of that
