Really disappointing stay. The office is under renovation so keys are in a lock box - you need to move scaffolding aside to locate the lock box. The room was nice and clean and suitable for 5 of us, however, there was no hot water so we were unable to shower. We were told to wait 40 minutes as the hot water had probably run out. Very disappointing. I had also planned on paying on arrival and was sent a text message that I had to pay by credit card and the check in details would not be sent to me until I paid via credit card (probably because there is no office due to renovations). Vivien was very lovely and apologetic about our stay but not being able to shower for 2 days was terrible, especially as we had done lots of activities.
