good hotel, good service and you can charge your car for free! (although the charger is slow and you need to leave the car for a night if you need to charge from 20% to 100%). Elevator a bit slow because old. But otherwise everything was great.

The hotel service is great so is their eating options. The only issue I found was with their parking accommodations if u are driving a large vehicle you will have difficulty moving around. Aside from that the hotel is great.

Good property nice facilities. Its a good 20-30 minute walk to the old quarter where the tourist attractions are. Its not easy to get to and from so you go out for the day. Parking in the basement is convenient but tight to manoeuvre on the ramp. Staff were very helpful and were relaxed to be flexible.

A well situated hotel right outside city center, great breakfast-buffet, kind staff, metro station within 100 m. Unfortunately there are only two elevators, meaning you can have to wait for some minutes in rush time.

Hotel in schöner Lage direkt an den Turia-Parks. Extrem gutes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Abendessen in Buffetform war excellent! Dazu eine sichere Parkgarage. Einziges minus:leider keine Minibars in den Zimmern - das wäre gerade im heißen Sommer eine Bereicherung. Ansonsten: sehr gutes Hotel, ich komme gerne wieder.

This hotel is nice one for handy place of transportation, shopping and walking. Hotel is quiet and have fantastic breakfast and meal. Staff are kind and helpful. The room we stayed need more detail clean in washroom because blood spots on wall were not cleaned and sink marble surface are not cleanly wiped. Overall we like this hotel so we still give 5 stars comments.

Hotel was nice, good breakfast options, bed was comfy, close to metro links within the city. I was on the 10th floor, wifi kept crashing and was pretty slow up there, hotel/room was expensive for what it was, no fridge in room, basic rooms. I have paid far less for more. There was previous guests long hair strands in the bath tub.

The breakfast area was calm and you were seated. Good selection of food and drinks. The room was a good size and clean. The elevator was a bit busy at times. I miss body wash sopa. I could only find schampo and conditioner. It was labelled schampo.

I was very pleased with the overall structure of the property. I completed the online check-in in order to facilitate the staff’s work. I had paid for half board, but as I arrived after midnight—having informed the property by phone in advance—I was provided with nothing more than a very disappointing salad consisting of onions and unpleasant-smelling tuna, a 500 ml bottle of water, and a small portion of fruit. The room was extremely dusty: under the bed I found various items, including plastic beads from a broken bracelet. The amount of dust was considerable, and unfortunately, as I am allergic to dust mites, I was unable to breathe comfortably. Moreover, the bedsheets were stained with spots of blood, which is entirely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. Even the bedside lamps were covered in dust. This morning I noticed no vacuum cleaners in use; the cleaning appeared to be done only with a broom and a dust cloth. Additionally, the staff initially refused to allow me to use the bathtub for bathing, and I had to argue in order to obtain the bathtub plug.

The staff was great. The breakfast was great as well. I enjoyed the freshly squeezed oj every morning. The rooms were spacious and clean. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the rooms tidy. Location was great. A mall next door with a Mercadona and a Corte Ingles.

The room was not sound isolated at all. Especially from the upstairs room. I could hear every footsteps, every door, every drawer opened. Terrible. The sound from the cars from the street outside was also very loud since the balcony door was not isolated. And sound from neighbors through the wall. Impossible to get a solid night's sleep.

The hotel is right by the train so anyone traveling by train can walk over. The parking was limited but available when we got there. The area around hotel didn’t look very safe at night due to being close to station. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious but definitely needs updating. They don’t even have a small fridge in rooms or even safe and the Furnitire and bathroom need updating.

El hotel necesita una renovación, los cuartos son muy ruidosos realmente se escucha todo. Los colchones están muy usados y se sienten vencidos. La ducha tiene cortina y no vidrio, el botón para llenar la Bañera no trababa ósea solo ducha. En resumen el Hotel está a la altura de un 3 estrellas no de 4. Lo positivo el desayuno realmente muy bueno! Y la limpieza muy bien.

I spent two nights at Turia Hotel. The first night was at a room on the top floor which had a great view but one of the front desk members tried to charge me 50 EUR for upgrading from one on the second floor, upon hearing this, the manager said I could have the upgrade for 25 EUR. Which I agreed to. Was it worth it? The room was certainly comfortable but lacked a refrigerator which I consider a basic necessity, specially at a 4 star hotel. On the second night which was at a single room on the 3 floor and which was also very comfortable I asked if a small mini fridge could be brought to my room and the manager said no, but that I could store things in a fridge at the front desk which I thought was weird… Most of the staff were polite and the buffet breakfast which included champagne was delicious and definitely made up for the inconvenience of not having a fridge in the room. I was also offered a voucher for a welcome Cocktail on my second night which was great! The location is fantastic, overlooking the Turia Park and it’s also conveniently located right next to El Corte Inglés, which is Spains’s version of Harrods. The bus terminal was also right next to the hotel and the bathrooms were very clean and covered in marble. So overall I had a great stay at Hotel Turia but I think they could invest in adding mini fridges to the rooms and also improving the speed of their internet connection.

Good hotel with a friendly staff. The breakfast was good. The wifi was really bad, the attempt to watch a movie was impossible because the film stopped all the time and my Ipad told me that I had no internett connection.

The staff is wonderful. Barkeeps, housekeeping are all so nice and obliging. If they don’t speak English they whip out phones with translator. The front desk gives out local maps and will find city bus for you. Breakfast is all you could ask for. They have Everything! Will stay here again.

Front desk staff was not welcoming and at times short and kind of rude. Not sure this is the spanish way. The bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ramon was outstanding. He was very personable and helpful providing information and restaurant recommendations.

Holla, Hotel is big a lot noises busy street, the area around hotel feels not safe in front of the door a lot homeless people in Valencia, this was not what I expected. The breakfast was perfect!! and only the people in the restaurant was very friendly not on the reception they still have to learn how they have to talk and they dont look even when you ask something. The room was big, only dated. They have to change television for bigger one with more channels, I get bored when the weather was very bad. Metrostation is very close you can come from airport by metro and go back. Busstation is behind the hotel. Greetz from Valencia

The service in all areas was excellent (thank you Paula for your very kind help and attention).The staff were so friendly and attentive and genuinely did all they could to make guests welcome. The room was very spacious with complimentary tea/coffee, comfortable beds and everything was very clean. The food was exceptional. Breakfast choice was vast and such good quality . Everything was well organised and items continually replenished and well presented. We enjoyed our stay very much and would have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Turia for a great stay in Valencia.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Turia Valencia. The location was idea as our bus got in fairly late and it's just steps from the bus station. The location was good with nearby shops and restaurants and easy access to public transit via the bus and metro. The staff in the Gastrobar restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Paula and Mar were so welcoming and took good care of us. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The only negatives were that the rooms are a bit dated and whatever cleaning products they use were very strongly scented so we had to open the window to air the room a bit. Very happy overall with our stay.

We stayed as a large group on a trip to play a veterans football game. The hotel was very good for catering for a large group and very reasonably priced compared to some of the alternatives. The breakfast was excellent. Not sure if any of us were up to the help yourself Cava for breakfast though ! The location was very handy for the airport which a 15 minute cab ride or easy underground trip. It was right next to the river park as well. It was a little bit further out of the centre of town than we would have liked and there was nothing open near the hotel later on. Still only a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre.

Rent og stort rom. Personalet var veldig oppmerksomme. Hotellet ligger rett ved en Metrostasjon og busstasjon. Ligger ellers også rett ved Túria Parken hvor mange jogger (egen løype midt i) eller bare kan rusle rundt og nye alle de vakre trær og blomsterbusker.

Hotel con camere grandi, letti comodi, staff gentilissimo, breakfast abbondante e possibilità di pranzo e cena a prezzi contenuti e a buffet. Proprio accanto ad un vasto Centro Commerciale, offre tutto. Essendo accanto alla Stazione dei Bus, l hotel ha fermate di bus cittadini e di metropolitana a pochi passi. Certamente ci tornerò perché non amo pernottare nei centri storici delle città, ma vicino.
