Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful.

Booking system did not make clear that room would not be serviced. However this had nothing to do with fact that the condo floor was filthy requiring us to wear flip flops indoors. Whilst property is no pets, the condo opposite had dog that continually barked, encouraged by a human. Young children ran up and down the corridor, late into the evening and early in the morning, waking us every day of our stay. Our room had a mosquito issue as highlighted by the squashed mosquitoes on the curtains, a present from previous guests that has gone unnoticed by housekeeping. When issues were reported the receptionist simply said that our booking didn't include cleaning and how did they know that we didn't create the dirty floor. Effectively accusing us of being the cause. Whilst well located with great beach amenity and bikes on site, the above ruined our experience and we do not recommend to anyone unless the above is what you seek!!

Before arriving in Miami, I read several negative reviews but still decided to give this place a chance. Unfortunately, the reviews were absolutely correct. The apartment was extremely dirty, with hair everywhere, trash left from previous guests, and a complete lack of hygiene. The cleaning was so poor that we chose not to use the housekeeping service and ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the apartment ourselves. When we arrived, there were no towels or toilet paper, and we had to go downstairs to complain and request these basic items. The service was terrible: poorly trained staff, unable to assist with anything, and an extremely rude manager. Another major issue is that no one spoke English, only Spanish, which is unacceptable for a hotel in the United States, especially in Miami. We stayed in the largest apartment (167 m²), which made the experience even more disappointing, as the space has great potential but is completely neglected and poorly maintained. We considered changing hotels, but at the last minute the prices were extremely high. If there had been any reasonably priced option, we would have changed hotels immediately. I do not recommend this hotel. Management clearly does not care about the guest experience, and urgent improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and overall management.

Best location in Bal Harbour for a beach vacation. You can walk to the beach and to the mall. You don’t need a car if you are staying there. The old building needs some love and care. We saw cockroaches.
