Very polite staff. Clean rooms. Size of the rooms are average but not small. Must say it’s a rather old hotel. But has everything it needs. There’s a metro stop at walking distance. Lots of restaurants in the area. I did get upset about one thing. That’s 5 elevators where 1 was broken and they don’t work together. 2 separate systems what made it very long to go up and down.

Rose Rayhann is a tall tower hotel with good views over impressive Sheikh Zayed motorway. It’s a family hotel and a solid 4* The rooftop pool is small & crowded during day but pleasant as night falls & the children go to bed. There is a steam room & sauna I used. The breakfast buffet is really too small for the numbers of guests in the hotel. The Rotana Lounge is however excellent. There is no proper bar lounge as such. Drinks are served at the pool or at the modest Olio restaurant. Best feature of hotel is staff who consistently friendly & helpful. The room I had had a full size fridge & washing machine but no washing powder provided & fridge contained only water. I think it quite expensive for what it offers, but Dubai is expensive at all levels. I would stay again😻

All the staff members were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. From arrival to departure we had no negative experience. Victoria from Reception, Diana and Junaid from Housekeeping, and Eumot from technical service especially stood out, but everyone else was also exceptionally kind and made us feel very welcome. The contact before our trip was great as well, with quick and helpful replies to all our questions. We are a family with two small children aged 5 and 3 and had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent and highly recommended. A late checkout was arranged without any discussion, which we appreciated. The room is a bit older but well maintained and very spacious. The only downside was the long elevator waiting times during peak hours, especially at breakfast. A big plus is the free parking and valet service. The parking garage behind the hotel can be accessed with the room key, or you can hand the car to the valet. Breakfast had a large selection. The only improvement would be a self service option for coffee and tea to reduce waiting times.

Very nice hotel with clean, updated rooms. The best part was the staff. One of the doormen learned my name when I checked in and greeted me by name at least a dozen times the week I was there. Amazing memory and always a smile and helpful attitude. I'd stay there again just for that.

Rummet hade en hög standard, väldigt trevlig och bra personal som städade rummen, speciellt Juniad. Personalen i restarurangen, lobbyn och Security var helt fantastiska! I paid extra For Burj Khalifa view and all i got is dirty windows. Very dirty! And i didn’t stay for couple days . I stayed for 10 nights! Windows was horribly dirty! Cleaning didn’t vacuum or clean the dust. I would never go back to that hotel again’

Staff interaction was very positive, especially Chandan in the ding room where we met him both at breakfast and dinner. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The hotel is in a great spot for transport and the Museum of the Future. Unfortunately we were on the 51st floor and it was frustrating how long we had to wait for the lift when we wanted to go to breakfast or out for the day. The rooms were spotless as was the hotel. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the meal we had at O’lio was also good. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile and ‘hello’. We are going back for one night on 31/12/2025 but I would prefer a room where the stairs are an option to the very slow responding lift.

Hotel is 80meters from Metro red line Financial station, an easy subway ride from airport is 5 Dirhams, truly convenient! Room's furniture is bit old but spacious to Parisian standard. We stayed 7 nights, all good except 2 days without housekeeping cleaning service, we had to call to get the cleaning done. Location is great and I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. The staff are very helpful and professional. They were very quick to respond with any requests. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. The metro is very close- about a 2 minute walk. The room was very nice, with a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for the RTA. Good, large rooms with large fridge and microwave. Good amenities, twin room had two double beds, very clean, great staff. Breakfast was good. Food at restaurant and poolside very good. The two things to consider are the shower is over a very high bath, which for someone of my height was difficult to get into and the lifts took forever to come and sometimes they were already full.

We had a very spacious room on the 26th floor. Bathroom facilities were clean and modern and there was a small kitchenette with large fridge, sink and microwave. Financial Centre train stop is very close by. You can easily walk down to the Museum of the Future. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are only one stop away. Plenty of cafes and cheap eats as well as quality restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

I had an amazing stay at Rose by Rayhaan. From concierge service to breakfast in the morning everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and special thanks to Karim for cleaning the room on time and keeping everything tidy and organized. I do want to mention that my WC was broken and the staff that came to fix it just barged into the room without knocking. This happened on both two occasions which was uncomfortable as I was in the bathroom. The staff must ring the bell and stay at the entrance till they are welcomed inside the room. If they do not get response they must try giving a shout and state their concern at the entrance. Thank you.

This was my 3rd time at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana and me and my Husband absolutely loved it. We were welcomed by Siddiq at the reception very helpful and easy to check in. Bedroom was excellent it had Burj Khalifa views and the housekeeping were outstanding Maidul,Sirajuddin made our room clean and were very helpful if we needed anything. Breakfast was a feast Mohammed was spreading positive vides in the restaurant and always there for you with a smile. Deniz was exceptional manager always there for us and spreading happiness to everyone. Overall everyone at Rose were brilliant I will definitely be coming back .

The check on process was beyond exhausting. It took over 1.5 hrs to check in, as the front desk staff could not find the reservation. We shared our passports, the Expedia booking number, emails, etc, yet it took forever to finally be granted a room. It was a despicable experience. While the hotel is overall ok, the expediency and efficiency of the staff really matters. This must be brought to their attendtion.

I stayed at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana in Oct 2024 and it was excellent. The staff at reception are super helpful by allowing me to check in earlier as I landed at 5am. They helped me with using Careem to book taxis. Breakfast was delicious and varied each day. Rooms were v clean and very comfortable. I loved the location. Highly recommend anyone staying here. I will most definitely be back and stay here again. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay.

Very good hotel, the lift is a little bit slow if you are on the higher floors. The best thing is the location, near metro station "Finance Center", the dubai mall/Burj Khalifa is just one station from there and you can travel for only 6 AED in Gold class. Supermarkets and pharmacy near by.

A localização é boa para o Downtown Dubai. O atendimento simpático e as instalações bem cuidadas e limpas. O quarto é bom, com cama e amenidades boas. O café da manhã e o jantar são bons. O que não gostei: chuveiro dentro da banheira com cortina, fica apertado e desconfortável. Elevador, dependendo do horário, é muito demorado (estou falando de 20 minutos) e eles demoram muito para repor os itens do buffet, tanto no café da manhã quanto no jantar.
