The hotel was easily accessible and convenient. The downside is they have very limited parking. I had a rental car and wasn’t able to park on the premises due to their lack of parking spaces. I later learned that they share parking with. Neighboring property. When I asked where I could park from the front seat, the associate told me she had no idea! I had to park half a mile away (2 of my 3 nights), and walk to and from the property.

Property is near Harry Reid International Airport and offers long term parking for travelers. We have used rooms there specifically for the parking. The rooms are generally clean but the hall carpets and walls look old and worn. The hotel advertises a pool and hot tub but they have been broken for over a year. Staff says they are waiting for parts but after a year it seems like a lie.

The pool does not have maintenance, it was dirty and so that my daughter could get in I had to clean it. I removed plastic bags, paper and many crickets inside the pool and apart from that, they do not have shades for the tables

Very good location near airport. Entrance doorway really in need of cleaning, ie. carpets. Shuttle van is very unclean, old and has external damage. Hampton Inn needs to upgrade this.

This hotel was nice and conveniently right near the airport. Bed was comfy, the fitness center was really nice and had a good variety of equipment. I’d give this 10 stars but the airport shuttle was a bit frustrating. They advertised it and that was a selling point for me but it was pretty tough to coordinate. Leaving the airport it took about 15mins of calling and being on a hold to get the shuttle. When I caught the shuttle from the hotel the front desk woman forgot to call it at the agreed upon time and it came 15 mins late (glad I built in a buffer just in case)

Very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Minutes from the airport and car rental return. Returned car the night before flight and took shuttle to airport. Saved a lot of time. Would definitely recommend this place to others passing through.

The room was okay irish restraunt next door, or delivery pizza. The pool was drained of water and looked like it had been for a while nobody working on it.it was 109 when I was there it would have been nice to knoe the pool was closed CHANGE YOUR ADON EXPEDIA!!!

We got into our first room and unloaded alll of our stuff only to be overcome with a noxious smell. The room was filthy too. a white powder everywhere. zit had definitely not been cleaned wel They moved us to another room / no smell / but still felt dirty. Bathroom was not clean, hair and other debris on the floor. Towels were horrible. )Picture of towels. These were the washcloths - the towels were just as dingy. There was actually hair on one of them. .

The front desk staff were wonderful, especially Barb. Nena in the dining room at breakfast was wonderful. My room was spacious and comfortable. My ride to the airport on the shuttle was very enjoyable. My room #236 faced the flight path and aircraft were constantly flying by. I turned on the air conditioning and left the fan on all night to help drown out the noise, but nothing could reduce the vibration. Perhaps better noise-reducing windows could be installed?

Disappointed the remote control blinds didn’t work. Would have enjoyed natural light. Had to call twice for maintenance to show. By then, it was too late to recharge the blinds so I could enjoy the daylight. Maintenance said recharging would be slow.

Everything was wonderful except for the non-existent WiFi. It was not working at all. I was going to work last night and then watch a movie. I could not do either. The Hampton Inn needs to permanently repair or replace their Internet service. It is unacceptable for me to pay a higher amount to stay in this hotel if I cannot even use the WiFi.

This hotel was more than I’d expected it to be. I was close to the Strip and I was close to all the conveniences around me. The room was huge and remodeled very tastefully. I’d definitely recommend it!

We have stayed here and parked here many times, mostly because of the wonderful shuttle service. We were very disappointed this time, as we were left at the airport at midnight for nearly an hour before pickup. When I called back after 35min, the desk clerk said the driver was in bad traffic (at 11:58pm?). Raymond then told us he had a flat tire, but there were groceries bags on the front passenger seat. That didn’t feel like the truth. I totally understand that traffic and flat tires happen (even grocery runs). If so, the clerk should be calling us to recalibrate our expectations so we don’t sit on the cement bench in the cold air. We were tired and ready for bed at the hotel, and felt like we were not a priority. It’s not the standard of excellence we’ve come to expect from Hampton Inn LV Airport

Don't use the shuttle. The front desk person was short and snippy when we first called to request the shuttle. The shuttle driver came to get us but happened to come at the busiest time when all the short term parking was filled up next to #8 and the spot was blocked by the Ace Rent-a-car bus. This meant that the Hampton Inn van was not visible from Taxi lane #8 sign which we stood beside literally touching it while waiting. The driver never got out of the van to come to the lane (like all other shuttles/buses did) since he couldn't see the area. He knew the last name of those and the number he was supposed to pick up but went back to the hotel without us. It took 4 more calls to the hotel to get picked up. The rental car return is only 8 minutes from the hotel. We had to wait 65 minutes in 110 degree weather. Needless to say, we won't be returning to this hotel in the future.

I’m very disappointed with how my booking was handled. I was not able to complete my trip due to a family emergency, and the hotel refused to change the date or offer a credit for later use. Horrible service. they only care about taking the money. Zero customer service. Horrible experience.

My flight cancelled leaving LAS, and THE BEST SHUTTLE DRIVER picked me up from the hotel! His name was Clark! Clark instantly made me feel like everything was going to be fine! From there, my experience was wonderful. Clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast! Definitely recommend!

I was told the shuttle to the airport was every 30 minutes. I needed a 3 am shuttle, was scheduled for 2:30 am. They said I “missed” my ride and had to wait for an hour for the next one. They don’t run every 30 minutes. I had to risk missing my flight for his “break”. No customer service. They didn’t care. Horrible night staff.

The manager at Hampton Inn was very professional and helped me out. After a very long and hard day of traveling. Front desk Agent Bailey gave excellent customer service, with a very friendly smile. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Overall experience was good. Other than one shuttle driver at the end of the night.

The stay at this hotel was terrific. 5 stars all around to the staff from the front desk friendliness and courtesy to the cleanliness of the room and property. The only issue that keeps this hotel from being top-notch is the surrounding properties. In particular, the 7-11 two doors down has a constant homeless presence with drunk/high persons begging for change. Witnessed 3 fights there in the 3 nights we were at the hotel. Definitely not a safe family environment outside the hotel. Again, inside the hotel was great, but you’re not going to be spending your entire vacation inside the hotel.

From check-in to check out, my experience was good. The quietness of the area was good except for airplanes leaving, but it was manageable. And it wasn’t all during the night. The room doors slams really hard when you’re leaving out of your room but manageable. The breakfast to me wasn’t good. They didn’t have a lot of meat choices. I was there for two mornings of breakfast first morning. They only had pork sausages and the second morning. They only had chicken sausages. The cook was really nice, but they did have a lot of other food choices if you’re not a meat eater. The pool was under construction, so it was closed. the drivers that pick you up From the airport were really really nice. My overall stay was good and I will stay again if I ever came back to Las Vegas.

The room was very clean and being near the airport was convenient for returning our rental car. Even though planes were taking off and landing our room was not impacted by loud sounds. The hotel staff was very friendly. Hampton Inns usually have a few more food options for breakfast than some hotel chains. This was true for this hotel.

Room was clean, staff very helpful and airport shuttle great! Our room air conditioner was not working. The repair person came and got it to run but it never got cool. We had gone out so when we came back to room we expected it to be cooler but it was the same. By that time the repair person was gone for evening so we made the best of a warm room. Everything else was excellent including the staff who tried to help us resolve the issue. We reported that it still wasn't working when we checked out.
