Gutes Hotel am Strand von North Durban. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr umfangreich, aber auch stark frequentiert! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sehr gut, Parkplatz sollte vorab reserviert werden!

The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the beach and near other amenities. Security is good and everything is top notch. The elevators are a bit smallish and the private parking is at additional cost and not covered but is secure. Overall an excellent hotel in every way and included breakfast is amazing! Great pool area as well. Highly recommend and we will likely stay there again.

Beautiful property right across the street from the ocean beach (weather wasn't really beachy when I happen to be there, which sounds like doesnt happen often). But theres a great pool area to lounge. And the breakfast buffet is outstanding!

We stayed a few nights at Belaire. It is was good value. The breakfast selection was very good and the size of the rooms were good too. Rooms have a table, fridge, sink and microwave so is suitable for eating in. Pool was nice but is not heated. Real shame there is no gym or spa. Hotel has many floors but only two lifts, which are often used by staff, so inconvenient waits during busy times like Breakfast. Area looks nice with great views from hotel of seafront and prominade. It looked safe, with many joggers early morning and late evening. But locals advised much caution, so we ended up taking Uber everywhere. The area behind the hotel does seem quite deprived compared the the seafront area. If you dont want to think about safety, stay in Umhlanga area instead as that seemed really safe

Belaire Suites was beautiful. I had a corner room beach side with a wonderful view. My room was nice and big. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was wonderful. Had both, a nice tub to relax in and a beautiful shower. It was easy to find, had parking in front, and everyone was very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall very comfortable. Did not know about the parking that had to be prebooked and that was a problem, but otherwise everything was great. Friendly staff, comfortable room and breakfast was excellent!

My stay was exceptional. My daughter enjoyed the pool area . The hotel is situated closer to a lot of entertainment , shops and restaurants . The breakfast buffet was spot on. Service from the door was amazing.

This property is good. Room sizes are great. The bar and restaurant on the ground floor is like a bar/pub and so partying, drinking etc goes on which can spill over into the hotel and make it noisy. The suites themselves are really nice. The pool area is really small and the pool is cold. Outside it is great walking direct by the beach but obviously you have to be cautious still although it is a well populated area

Here and there we could recognize, that the hotel has already some years under its belt, but our rooms were clean and well equipped. Renovation works are in progress. We liked the parket flooring in the rooms, the large selection of different pillows and the good breakfast. A big thanks to the great front desk staff, especially the lady who checked us in - she literally went the extra mile for us.

Service staff were very good and rooms were cleaned daily. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great shower and lovely views. Very convenient for the beach. It can get noisy outside the hotel at night which is disturbing. Overall a nice stay.

This is a really nice place, especially at the price point. The rooms are comfortable, though they could use a bit of updating. The breakfast is outstanding, and you get greats views from the 11th floor while eating. The staff are excellent…very attentive. The location is very convenient to the promenade and beaches. All in all a great option.

Good value. Well located. Only issues are service 1) breakfast is great BUT coffee never arrives. For gods sake install self service coffee machines 2) the cafe bar has terriblecservice and the staff even joke about delaying serving you. They think you cant understand them but i understand zulu. It is terrible.

Stayed here several times. Good vslue and good location. Only problem is breakfast service when in all my stays here i have NEVER received my coffee before the end of my breakfast. Fir heavens sake install self service coffee machines

Had a great stay. The bile and the other staff are always so helpful which is why we bring our tours here every year. They helped with restaurant choices, rooming changes and even a van to the airport one time. And, um, THEY'RE ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH!
