Convenient to Washington University and St. Louis. Clean rooms. We are not told at check-in that housekeeping was only by request so we’re disappointed in our room was not complete. Also, we were supposed to have been offered an upgrade ant check in and we’re not. But will definitely stay again.

The desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Just don't get a room by the elevator. You'll hear it going up and down constantly. It is a great place if you're seeing a show at the Pageant. A head's up if want to eat after a show. Most places close or stop serving food at 10:00. I thought that was odd for a Friday night. Even the hotel bar stopped serving food at 10. My husband finally find a little place around the corner for a sandwich.
