We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is amazing - right by the cathedral and close to many bars, restaurants, and plazas. The rooms are comfy with effective air conditioning. The amenities were lovely - you can sit in the room the roman ruins beneath your feet or sit by the pool and look out at the cathedral, which is only about 15 feet away across. Also, all the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. 10/10

This was really one of the best hotels we stayed at. From start to finish, the staff is what makes this place. Nothing is too big or small - they go out of their way. Alberto, who met us on first occasion to get out car - EXCELLENT - really appreciated him throughout our stay for tips as well. Angela at check in - lovely and friendliest arrival. And the Spa - Maria was incredible - just a super experience and no doubts we will stay there again if back in Granada. The facilities are top notch - junior suites particularly nice. Highly recommend.

One of the nicest hotels we have visited in Europe. Excellent staff, two great restaurants (one being phenomenal), pool, spa, gym ..,, top of that, the city is lovely. We extended our stay!
