This was a well kept property. The pool was extremely clean. The road noise is an issue because there is traffic on two sides. I would stay again simply because of the convenient location.

Right from Checking in to Vacating the premises... Everything was clean, convenient area for dogs in back and nice little weight room. Breakfast was also delicious unlike Others hotels are Just cereal, muffins coffee. This Hampton Inn had eggs, waffles, sausages, bagels, toast, variety of muffins, juices, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, milk. I Will definitely stay here again!

The nicest hotel I've stayed at in years! The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was immaculately clean (whole hotel was). The hot breakfast had a wide range of options, all of which were delicious. The food was hot, well stocked with attentive Staff to keep it clean and stocked. They were understanding when I asked to review nutrition labels for allergy warnings. Definitely will stay there again when I am in town next time.

Rooms were dark and dingy smell showers were moldy! Staff at front desk we’re very friendly but we wasn’t not very happy with our room. There’s one small window available the rest have closets built over. These rooms could definitely use some fresh air and cleaning. Breakfast is put up with a hurry!

We got to the room with two queen beds. One of the beds had a soiled and wrinkled sheet that was not laundered prior to arrival. There was no hot water and couldn't shower after a long 700 mile drive. Staffbrought a clean sheet and promised "to adjust my charge." They did not

The hotel was clean. Staff was nice. The road noise was unbearable. It’s right next to a highway with the tractor trailers going by all night using their engine brakes. It was tough to sleep. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Room had plenty of room. The bedroom was separate from the rest of suite. The ceiling was low in some places. The shower dripped but didn't really bother except when in the bathroom. Traffic noise from I-81 was constant.

My husband and I visited Tennessee for the first time. He booked a suite for my birthday. The term “suite” is not what we got. We walked into a mostly bare main room with a loveseat (covered in hair) and a table on one side. That is not a suite…that is extra space you called a suite to charge more. The bedroom was separate. We were on the 2nd floor where the window overlooked the entrance to the lobby. There was a large group congregated right in the entrance way that was large and noisy! They were there for hours! The noise was over the top! The beds are horrible! Old, squeaky, springs sticking out and uncomfortable! We went back to the front desk and dealt with “JJ”. Horrible attitude with this one. Seemed completely put out when we were just checking in. When we wanted to move rooms she said there were no other suites. Basically…go pound sand. We persisted and got a regular room on the 4th floor. We’re both Honors members but we’re still treated like crap. We have many more trips planned but will stay far away from this place. No one deserves to be treated so poorly. Management needs to do better.

Every staff member we encountered was great and went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was spotless. We have a group of 17 and we all had a great experience in all 6 rooms we had. If we come back to Bristol we will be staying here.
