Hotel was nice and very clean. For the price, I didn’t love that breakfast wad not included. Also didn’t love that the pool closed at 9pm. It’s great if you need a quick place to stay and you can find an online deal, but included amenities are lacking. Very friendly staff though. Loved that.

Area around hotel a little sketchy but the hotel itself seemed safe. Full time security guard kept watch on the property and cars in lot. Good service and reliable 24/7 shuttle to airport was nice

Water was not hot in my room during my stay, airport shuttle has no air conditioning, the computer was down so there was no way of making a key for me to use during check in. Breakfast is not included despite being advertised as included in the stay in various platforms.

We’ve used Hilton Garden Inn for quite a while when flying out of St. Louis and had no issues. However this time was the exception, when we got up to take the shuttle to the airport at 3:30 am we were told the shuttle driver did not show up so we had to take an Uber to the airport. After returning from our vacation after midnight we were told they did not have a shuttle driver luckily someone from another Hilton would be able to pick us up. I really hope this is a one time thing or we will have to find another reliable hotel.

Room was really loud where you could hear traffic all night and all conversations from other rooms. The bed mattress was super used where you could feel the springs. The bed sheets were dirty and old. The bathroom shower had mildew and cleanliness was not great. For Hilton brand, this was a surprise.

The look of the hotel when you come in is great. It’s clean in the lobby and was an easy check in. The rooms looked clean as well with the exception of the bathroom tub that has dirt build up. Everything else was pretty good.

This Hilton hotel is on the more run down side of hotels in the chain we’ve experienced. Not particularly in the building, but the scent. Perhaps it’s the carpeting or the walls. The staff was very friendly. And we definitely saw them cleaning, and we did not see anything soiled or dirty, yet the place has a distinct smell all throughout. It smells of some type of cleaning agent but mixed with Marijuana. Although it says it’s 100% smoke free, someone was definitely smoking or using oils heavily. That made the whole experience feel dampened. We were also disappointed that the pool was closed this day. The breakfast is not free and you have to pay.

The staff was perfectly kind and respectful but the room was extremely dirty with dust all over the outlets, pieces of the bathroom ceiling missing, just an overall uncleanliness. Thankfully I was only there to sleep a few hours before continuing my drive home.

Check in was effortless, the two issues we had were the room itself. The room we were given, did not have drapes that could close, and therefore lights were shining into the room all night. The only other issue was the bathroom did not have any shampoo or shower gel refilled and we provided a head count of three guests, but only two towels were provided in the bathroom. The walls are quite thin as we heard children, jumping consistently above us, but thankfully, there were no issues during sleeping hours. Staying one night didn’t bother us but probably would not stay another night in that particular room itself.

Hotel has dated decor in the rooms although lobby area is beautifully updated. Room furniture is worn on the edges and corners. But it is sufficient and homey. We had dinner and breakfast - both were excellent! Would def stay there again.

I checked into my room and found out that my toilet wouldn’t flush staff wouldn’t do anything about it. They couldn’t put me in another room. They sent maintenance upstairs to fix my toilet. My toilet still does not flush the ladies at the front desk. Told me there’s nothing they can do about it, this was one of the most horrible I’ve ever had in my life

The property was good until we realized there was no hot water. I could shave but it was to cold to shower. Absolutely no hot water. The desk girl was aware of the issue. How can you rent a room knowing there was no hot water. I am not accepting this! No apology! Just a full charge? I will have to say I can never use this property or chain again. I earned my money. I don't like being taken advantage of by Hilton Garden!

We had an issue with our air conditioner at 1030pm. It went in to freeze protection and would only blow heat. Then we had to have a tech in our room at 11pm after our kids were already asleep to fix it. We then had breakfast there and the food was all burnt and stale and cost 48$! It was not a good experience and I will not be staying at a Hilton again.

The stuff made my stay amazing! The shuttle driver who they called Bishop was friendly and quickly got me to the hotel. Terrence (dining) was super friendly and gave me much needed advice about navigating the city. The breakfast was amazing! Brielle (front desk) was so patient and accommodating as I needed early check in . It was not as early as I hoped for but she did everything she could to get me as soon as she could. Housekeeping (I think her name was Tina) was the real rockstar! She got my room together pretty quick and again was so very friendly.

Staff was impolite and condescending. Put me in the wrong room and then acted like it was a big inconvenience for him to move me to the suite that I reserved and paid for. They wouldn’t send up blankets or sheets for the pullout sofa. They told me to come down and pick up a comforter and that it was all they had. The room was dirty (in the drawers was disgusting). I asked if a late checkout was available and he said “No! I need you out of that room.” This was all we’ll before checkout time too.

Staff. I arrived early and there was no availability. I left my number at the front desk and went for food. As i finished my meal, I was called and told my room was ready. The room was freezing cold. Housekeeping responded quickly and brought me extra blankets.

The property itself was AMAZING, the staff not so much. The guy who checked me in gave me the room cards to a room that was already occupied. Luckily the occupants weren’t in the room at that time, that situation could’ve been REALLY BAD. The guy at the desk when told didn’t really care of the importance of the problem that could’ve accrued if the occupants were in their room.

I paid for my rooms in advance and when I arrived to the hotel I was told that they had overbooked and I didn’t have my rooms anymore. The front desk attendant was very unprofessional and unapologetic. She said that she didn’t make the mistake and that I wasn’t the only person who didn’t have rooms for the night. The hotel was also short staff and there was no breakfast for the guests that morning due to the cooks not showing up to work. I couldn’t get my refund back because no manager was on duty for the entire weekend. I had to seek accommodation elsewhere which took three hours of searching because it was the weekend. I finally found accommodation in Caseyville, IL which was a 28 minute drive.

The hotel was well out of the way of pretty much everything. You had to drive about 10 miles to get food. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. There were several areas that could have been cleaner in the room. There were stains on the mattress cover. Just a little more and deeper cleaning would help a lot. Overall it was a good stay.

Just off the HWY made for exceptional convenience when arriving and departing. There is also a gas station within 2 blocks which worked out well for us. Overall we had a good stay at this budget friendly hotel

Two employees, Sara at the bar and Jessie at the front desk both very nice. Our shower had water leaking from? somewhere higher and dripping out of the wall and from the discoloration on the floor was not a new problem. No food available as the refrigerator in the kitchen wasn’t working.

The room we where given at first was dirty and hadn't been cleaned and still had the last residents Bathroom break in the toilet. So they moved us rooms and gave us breakfast passes. Breakfast is almost $10 per person and I'll say if we didn't have the passes I would have skipped it as it's bland to say the most about it. The hotel lobby was fine no luggage carts available. The staff members where super kind and very Well dressed. The beds where uncomfortable IMO they where to soft the shower takes a bit to get warm and then when it does it gets scalding fast so be careful and check the temp before you get in. Shampoo conditioner and body wash are all provided and theirs a coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room

The overall stay was pleasant. Polite people. Room could use some touch ups but appeared clean. Dining area was often dirty. Over 1 hour wait for soup and salad and only 1 other customer in area. Free breakfast was very limited and poor quality. COFFEE FLAT OUT SUCKED POND SCUM!!!
