Property was nice. Rooms were recently remodeled. We had a hard time finding where to enter because of major construction going on. Hard to find out how to park. The hotel is very odd the way it is shaped and hard to figure out where to go. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the gym was nice. Close to everything.

The breakfast was top notch with made to order omlettes as well as many other different options. The workout room was ok, clean and had some free weights. Some of the machines were good others sounded like they needed repair. Room was great and beds comfortable. Nice big walk in shower that was updated.

The new upgrade to the place is wonderful! Looks like a whole new building. Staff was wonderful fixing my reservation and getting me settled in. Wish they wouldn't charge for ESA pets but I understand because it's a new upgraded building. . Breakfast was good the gravy was cold and that was kind of bummer but not the end of the world. I would've liked to see a hot tub with the new upgrade but the pool was clean and fun to have . Will be back again!

Great rooms with the remodel, and the restaurant was fantastic. Was not expecting that good of food in Rock Springs and the bartender stayed open late for a few people that were there. The pool was huge and nice. Will definitely stay there every time I’m in Rock Springs.

The entire building was under renovation. I had to go up 2 floors for ice. The pool and fitness area was closed. The restaurant was torn up. My allergies were terrible from the construction dust. None of this was mentioned on Expedia when I booked the room that day. The price was high for such a mess. My room was clean and newly remodeled which was nice and breakfast was wonderful

The hotel is very clean and attractive, and will be even more so when the current renovations are finished. Excellent breakfast, with made-to-order omelettes. Great fitness facility, with lots of machines. There will be a nice bar soon.

They are doing a renovation, however it was clean, and the renovation upgrades are great so far. New pool area looks amazing. However the pool was chilly. Too cold.

Place is under renovation and about a month from completion. Will be great then. They should have disclosed this in advance but they didn’t. First room given to us was not cleaned thoroughly and second room also had issues but we kept it. Neighbors partying but quieted down at curfew.

I thought the rating was exceptional for the price advertised, but that “8.8” was apparently by Rock Springs standards. Although the staff were friendly, the room was awful. Hair in the bed, hair in the shower/ tub, poop stains from last occupant maybe. Below the bathroom sink was crumbling wall and stains ( I’m hoping not mildew). The screaming baby and loud folks in the hallway all night did not help either:(

Hotel was under construction for a remodel, but was very clean/no dust and was very nice inside. Traveling as a single female- felt safe here, the hotel was conveniently on a main road, the parking was right in front of the entrance and was well lit. My room was very clean and this was the most comfortable I’ve ever been in a hotel bed.

Nice spacious room with very comfy bed. Bathroom was immaculate. The hotel is still finishing up some renovations, but it was still perfect in my eyes. Plus, breakfast was great with made to order omelettes. The stay was just "simply perfect".

It was a thin wall between The room so I could not get sleep at all because Someone at the next-door was snoring all night and then the other room they were making noise until 4 AM. The dog was barking. People were slamming the door. It was an awful situation. I did not get asleep at all.

This place was awful. They canceled my reservation 20 minutes before arrival and gave my room to someone else. The girl at the front desk was beyond rude and wouldn’t even put the phone down when I asked about vacancies. to me because she was on the phone with it sounded like a friend. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the best hotel experience we’ve had in a very long time. From the room layout and cleanliness to the comfortable bed with the cozy blanket and duvet (white and freshly laundered) and blackout shades. Everything was nicely done. The bar was a wonderful amenity, the restaurant food was fantastic and the staff - ALL AROUND - absolutely every staff person we came in contact with - were very kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was so delicious. We had a custom order omelette - over the top service!!!! Our truck broke down the Saturday that we arrived. Therefore, we had to stay an additional night for engine service on Monday. We ended up having to book Monday evening as well because we weren’t sure when our truck would be repaired. Thankfully, it was repaired by 3:30pm and we are currently continuing on our journey to CA. The hotel front desk person was able to assist a refund for the night we didn’t have to stay. This is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it. We will return on our future trips out west. Thanks to all of the staff for being so kind and helpful!!!

The only reason I gave 4 stars for the staff section is due to lack of professionalism when I entered the property. They are finishing up renovations and when I walked in to check in around 4pm on a Thursday the person behind a standard unmarked desk (they are using as a check in space during renovations) was a young man in a t-shirt, no property uniform, so it wasn’t clear he actually worked there, and he just looked at me but didn’t greet me so it was a bit awkward. As a guest to your property it’s nice to be greeted when I come in and not just be looked at until I say something to you. Otherwise the renovations are coming along nicely and the property looks great.

The service from beginning to end was excellent! Anthony at the front desk was amazing. He made us feel welcome and met our needs before we knew what we needed. The staff at the restaurant was fun and friendly. And the omelet bar in the morning was delicious. This property is being remodeled. Our room was one of the old rooms. It definitely needed work. However, the room was VERY clean. I only gave 4 stars because of the noise. We were in a room that had a door into the room beside us. You could hear the couples conversation next door. I will say, I would stay here again since I know the only things I didnt care for will likely be different my next trip through town.

The motel was undergoing major renovations but still the lobby and breakfast areas were clean. Neither area felt uncomfortable in spite of much being only temporary. The rooms had also been updated and were very comfortable and clean. Check-in was easy and the staff uber friendly.

Easy access right off I-80. Going through extensive remodel so, stairs closest to my room were blocked off. My remodeled room was spacious, clean, furniture was nice, window opened & had a screen. Bed was nice also, but i prefer a bit firmer. Staff that i interacted with were great. The breakfast options were excellent, omlete made to order, biscuits & gravy, sausage, waffles, hash browns, cereal, muffins, juices, coffee. No, didn't have it all, that's just what i saw, i may have missed something. I'd certainly stay again if passing through Rock Springs.

We've stayed before but now with the renovation it is looking great. The food at the restaurant was a little disappointing. I ordered Cesar salad and some hot wings. The dressing for the salad was so salty I was not able to eat too much of it. Same with the wings. The wings was not crispy either.

We booked our room an hour before we arrived and was a little worried when we saw the construction. But, don't let that fool you. We had a remodeled room that was spacious, clean and quiet. Exceptional customer service and the breakfast buffet was AMAZING! It was the best omelet. We will definitely stay here again.

Great value for the money. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. The bathroom could have been bigger but was in good condition. The breakfast was amazing. Omelets made to order, and several other hot options. We stayed here twice in one week and the service and accommodations were great both times. Close to restaurants and retail.

Chose hotel because it had restaurant and bar but the web site said it did on check in I found out otherwise and after I made reservations I couldn’t cancel even though all their digital data stated otherwise. UPDATE THE WEBSITE AS WELL AS THE HOTEL APP DESCRIPTION. item of note the hotel is “in the middle of upgrades”
