The hotel has an absurd location with ski in - ski out facilities, but the building is outdated. The room size was ok, but the bathroom was a joke! It seemed like it was taken from a ship from the 80s! Think about and old, tight bathroom... It was so bad that we ended up taking showers at the onsen the three days we stayed at the hotel!

Very convenient for skiing Niseko. Facility is great and the staff at every level, the Front Desk, the Concierge team, the Restaurant staff and everyone in-between went above and beyond.

Highly disappointed especially paying so much for a skiing resort. From the breakfast to the sushi lunch was simply awful. Staff at Ezo restaurant cannot speak basic English and at Sisam, the female waitress served hot over a fence, not even thinking about health and safety. Lucky there was one staff member (Andy, a very pleasant and jolly lad) who asked how was our meal and saved the day, otherwise none of the staff even cared. There was a curly hair on the oranges at the breakfast buffet and the OJ was diluted!!! Simply unacceptable and we won’t be coming back.
