Cost too much for a room with 6 cable channels. The pool is never available.

Went for a concert so the stay was just one night, the one elevator was down so it was a long wait to get up and down. The check in took longer than it should’ve. The front doors to the hotel slammed every time some one would enter or leave. The Breakfast was not good

Nice and quite .Free parking awesome .

A lot of broken pieces. Poor water pressure. Breakfast wrongfully served. No restaurant although indicated on amenities available. Gym too small and horribly planned. Rooms were decent but had flaws. Best part was the bed

Pros: Friendly and courteous staff Common areas clean and welcoming Breakfast is a wonderful bonus Proximity to commanders stadium and metro to DC Ample free parking Nice area Quiet hallways/rooms Fridge and microwave in room Cons: Rooms were a bit dated, various long term stains in the bathtub, bed, walls, room window shade, etc Speaking of the window shade, it’s basically a sheer pull down and there are lots of lights outside so it’s pretty bright in the room, even at night No refillable water station/water fountain anywhere on site - major con because so many people travel with reusable water bottles Only one ice machine on 3rd floor, one on the 6th floor does not work Also no ice bucket provided in rooms so bring your own Had to request to additional supplies of toilet paper, shampoo, soap, hairdryer, etc. what is supplied initially is not sufficient One of two available elevators worked and it took a long time to get down to the lobby and vice versa back to your room, no matter the floor Overall if you need a room for a commanders event it’ll do, however I would encourage those who stay to bring your own supplies for your stay: bath supplies, hairdryer, ensure you bring enough water for your stay otherwise you’ll be hiking downstairs for a 6oz cup each time. Would highly encourage this location to get a water fountain or a refillable water station.

Only one elevator was functioning and none of the up down arrow buttons lite up when pressed. The AC unit and refrigerator was loud and kept me away when they turned on. The entertainment center was rotten and falling apart in the refrigerator compartment. There were not pens or paper on the desk. There is no ice machine and no vending machines. The back of the hotel where there use to be a restaurant looked like it had been abandoned for quite some time and was falling part. The staff on the other had was top notch very professional and helpful .

I booked on hotels.com. I picked this hotel because of location as well as it stated it had a pool. I get there the pool is closed. And no one stated that it was closed when checking in. But mentioned about breakfast etc.

The parking area had security circling all night. Completely safe. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I enjoy my stay. It was peaceful and quiet. The pool was clean and warm.

Of all the hotels that I’ve ever stayed in, and believe me there have been many as my children are in club travel sports, this was the dirtiest most disgusting one I have stayed in in years. If I could share pictures I would because I took some to share on Google. And I have never left a negative report or review About a hotel before. The first room smelled like smoke we had to be moved. The second room was missing towel hooks hairdryer holes in the baseboard pubic hair in the bathtub cracks on the corners of the wall. The list is endless. It was disgusting. I would never return , or suggest this location ever.

I came to this property because I was attending a Beyoncé concert. I give this property two stars because upon arrival they were playing Beyoncé‘s album in the lobby. However, I believe two stars is too high for the experience that I’ve encountered. The lobby area was clean no complaints there. When getting into our room, I noticed that there was a bathtub that wasn’t sanitized nor cleaned. It looked as if a group of people took a bath and left a ring around the tub that was never cleaned. We brought it to the front desk, attention, and the front desk clerk offered us to stay in another room, however told us that we would have to return to our original room the next day as they were booked for the Fourth of July, which was the next day. We get into the new room which is worse. The tub has paint chipping from it and foundation all over the walls. We returned to the original room and the clerk was nice enough to clean our tub as there was no house available. The clerk stated that the tub was in fact dirty and had not been cleaned. The walls are THIN! We had to call security on the group beside us because they decided to stay up till 3AM laughing, being loud and slamming the door. This property will not be recommended. Staff was kind though!

The room was clean enough. All the fire sprinklers were covered in spider webs and dust. The elevators are missing panels of the wall and ceiling. The bathroom had hair and dirt around the shower. No type of security, there was an hour long fight in the hallway outside my room.

The desk attendant was very helpful in making sure I got my room and was checked in promptly. The lobby has some slightly dated furniture yet very clean as well as the room and bathroom was very clean and orderly. There is a security officer on the premise in the lobby and parking lot so it feels very safe. I will surely consider this location for future visits.

The room was full of flies and found maggots at the junction of the floor and the wall. We asked for clean towels to replace the ones in our room because flies were crawling all over them. We were told there were no more towels. After returning to our room for night two, we found there were no towels in our room. There were more flies, even though we killed all the ones in the room before going out for the day. We requested towels for our room and were told we had to wait for some towels to be dried. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for the towels and the hotel worker was very rude. The room and furniture were in bad condition. The see-through window shade allowed abundant light to enter the room ensuring a sleepless morning after sunrise. We were glad to leave.

The property is outdated. The curtains are old and damaged. There was rust on the inside of the tub near the drainage area. The hotel needs to be remodeled. The staff was friendly and someone was constantly cleaning the surfaces and wiping down the furniture in the lounge area.

The hotel sits on a nice plot of land. The rooms/beds were clean but overall shabby, tiles were falling off the walls in the bathroom. There was a prior leak by the window that was not repaired, looked a bit moldy. Understandably the whole complex is under renovation but the dirty smelly hallway carpeting was disconcerting. Once the renovations are complete I am sure it will be lovely but as of now not worth the stay.

Overall my stay was good. The breakfast options were okay. My room and the hotel were very clean. My only complaint is I wish housekeeping would have made my bed and given me fresh linen. They left clean towels but I had a spill on my bed which was left untouched. The staff were extremely friendly. I would definitely stay again.

We are trying to get a refund for unused portion of our trip. Lack of hot water, and more critically, mold on walls, its disgusting. Lobby tried to put us in other rooms, I really hope they are able to cure it for health and safety of others.

Hotel could use a little refreshing. Paneling was torn in elevator, shower leaked, breakfast was on folding tables. Overall, not a bad experience but needs some updates and fixes.

I called in advance to ask for adjoining rooms with the king beds and sleeping sofas. They said that they will honor my request but at check in was told that no such option existed. There a spot lights on the property yet they don't have blackout curtains. Rooms were in definite need to maintenance and breakfast could have fresh fruit. Areas is up and coming so there is potential with this property. Staff at checkin was nice.

stayed here for the beyoncé concert on 7/4 and wasnt that impressed with the room, however, because i booked early and got a decent rate i cant complain that much. i was a bit puzzled at the extra $150 fee that was charged but it didnt stick, so i’ll let that animosity go too. room was a bit outdated and did not have carpet as shown in the pics. showering was my least favorite thing to do in the room as there was a rust stain in the tub. again, it was ok for what i paid, but probably would not stay again. front desk worker was amazing!!!

First there was no signage at the hotel. It was situated near another hotel and I needed to drive to the other biilding to differentiate the two. The facility itself was sufficient for my needs. The staff was adequate but not friendly. My room was clean and I had no issue with it except the heat/AC unit was very loud and it sounded like I had a diesel truck running in my room. It kicked on and off all night and I did not get a very good night's rest.

Was there for two nights. The check in was quick and easy. The rooms are comfortable and decent.The pool was clean and warm.

The service and the employees at this location were very nice and did their jobs well. My stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. My only complaint is on checking out I did not receive a copy of my final bill, as IU was advised by the desk clerk that I would receive it from the booking agent. I to date still have received it.

Everything during my stay at the Comfort Inn in Largo has been great! The staff is awesome 💯

I was immediately met with confusion at the front desk during check in. The staff was confused about if I reserved one room or two and again confused on if I paid or did not yet pay. The elevator was old and missing buttons. One elevator was completely unable to access the 3rd floor. The doors were chipping and difficult to open. Room service did not clean during our stay. Security seemed inadequate to handle a beeping alarm.

Door lock did not work after three attempts by desk person to re-key; had to request and pickup additional towels from front desk; inadvertently left shoes after checkout and attempts to call the hotel was frustrating (kept getting the same recorded message over and over) after many attempts got through to a live person who said she wld check and get back to me. Never heard from her and was unable to reach her or any one else again. Finally gave up on ever seeing my shoes again.

The rooms had no hand towels or hairdryers, and when I asked for a hairdryer, it never came . The breakfast had no hot tea. If you didn’t like coffee, you didn’t get anything hot to drink. I tried to check in a little early and even by 3 o’clock I was told our room was not ready.

Had room from 5/12 to 5/14. 1st room, shower didn’t work, got soak and wet and had to take towels to get up water. Toilet roll was hanging from wall. Tub was dirty. Got move to 2nd room 308, front desk clerk move other guest to same room and three young men almost walked in while my family and I were sleep. Husband got up to stop them and was told the front desk gave them a key to the same room. Next day, went to room after long day, front desk clerk blamed housekeeping for giving up our room with out all of our belongings still in the room and it was the 5/13. Has valuables in the room, $30 was taken, and our food that was over $50, our drinks (juices, bottles of water) and a case of water was throw away and someone else was in the room. Housekeeper blamed front desk clerk. Had to spend $250 for another hotel. Comfort Inn refunded only $100, even though we paid more than $100 for one night. Found out the shower head was broken and water was running on the floor. Front Desk Clerk lied and said they didn’t have anymore rooms but a King. Manager found a Double Queen bed room, there was no hot water. My mom and niece had to take a cold shower.

The staff made many errors with my payments and receipts. I was given other guest receipt from Singapore with my UK address on it. Their payment machine debited me twice. This really affected my budget during my stay. I could not do any shopping because i was made to overpay them for over $1,200.

I think the hotel was in the middle of renovations. My particular room’s shower sucked but I’m sure they would of switched my room if I asked. Other than that my experience was fine. Only like a 1/4 mile from the metro and restaurants and a nice movie theater can’t beat the location

I booked this property for a week to see DC. It was a last minute trip and this place was reasonable and close to the metro. After reading reviews, I was a little nervous. The reviews seemed to be mixed good and bad. When I arrived, I was greeted by some of the nicest people! I was given my card and went to my room. I inspected the room for anything unwanted (like i do at every hotel) and everything was good. The bed was so comfortable, it was so nice after long days in dc. The room was clean, had a fridge, microwave, safe (didnt work though) there was also no iron or blow dryer. I take my own, so no issue there. Water was hot in the shower! Has a indoor pool that looked clean but was a little too cold for me. 10 min walk to metro, with bus stops along the way if you dont feel like walking. Breakfest was a good start for the day! I would book this place again! FYI if your going to go to the TJI fridays close by, read the reviews first.

We stayed here for one night for the Beyonce concert. Obviously, the place was sold out. I felt bad for the the front desk staff because their computers froze while there was a line of people checking in. Our room wasn't that great-kinda old, not many towels but it was fine for one night. You can walk from Northwest Stadium-about 2 miles.

Perfect spot! Close to a shopping center, train station /bus station and highway. Perfect for people traveling and need somewhere to stay

When we arrived our room was not ready. Check-in time was supposed to be 3 and that’s what time we arrived. We got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. At breakfast the food ran out and it took forever for them to bring out more food.

Place needs a lot of attention on the paint on on doors. Food for breakfast was same for 2 days no variety. No true shade for window just a satin shade so light came in from outside. Beds were soft and comfy only good point. For price the place was ok

The front desk person at check-in was very polite and the lady doing the complimentary breakfast. No curtains at the windows so awaken at 6 AM by the sun. Powered eggs not good. Could do a mix of real and Powered.

No real complaints to keep someone from booking again. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Close to the stadium we walked back from the event because of the traffic.

There were limited options for breakfast, but what was there was fine.
