We had a reservation for a king size bed and got 2 queen beds instead. The staff was just ok. The room was ok, my only complaint is that the doors are so heavy and slam very hard so you hear everyone on your floor entering & exiting their rooms. The gym is very small. The staff does not keep up with changing the water in the gym or the coffee pots that are left out all day…you have to always ask them to fill them.

The property had cigarette buds outside of designated areas. The pool was down, and they didnt give notice prior to the stay. We booked this hotel for the pool so our childern would have something to do. Then the peoperty double charged us. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!! Its the worst marriot Ive stayed at!

We loved our room - it was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good and the pool area was clean. Housekeeping came once, and didn’t make the bed, leaving an old towel on the end of it.

The personnel were terrific at check in and check out. The room, although designated as a handicap room (which we didn’t need) was VERY small. It was very narrow and all spaces and there would be no way a walker or wheelchair could have managed in that room. The workout room only had one working treadmill and both treadmills were close to end of life stage. The breakfast was ok.

The hotel was nice. Good place to stay if you need a night to sleep. However, I stayed 2 nights and for some reason the housekeeping did not come to clean. Good thing I don’t mind that too much but we did run out of towels quickly since there was only two in the bathroom and it was 3 of us. I had to go downstairs for more. someone who’s not as understanding could probably complain about this in the future, so I wanted to give a heads up. The pool was nice. There was leaves in the pool but that was because of the ugly weather. The staff were nice too. Great customer service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

It was fine overall. Staff was nice. The gym only had one working treadmill and was a little dirty. I’m a member of Marriott but only the basic. On the last night there, we stayed 5 nights, they made us re input the web information and a screen popped up for enhanced internet with letters that said free, I could not get out of it so pushed it. I did not use it because is was late, I just checked my email and went to bed. They charged me $35. I had to talk to the manager to get it taken off. I would most likely let it go if it was $5. So just be careful. It felt predatory

The breakfast was good, multiple different selections. Also the employees were very friendly. My biggest complaint is that the main reason i booked at this hotel is because online it says they have a hot tub, which technically they do, but it's not heated so it was a pretty cold tub when i went in February. The bed was pretty hard but i could of dealt with that. Overall i would not want to stay here again.

Ample parking. Room as expected but shower curtain too short for roll-in shower so entire bath gets wet! No hot water in shower! Told by front desk we were second party today with same issue. Bed was foam mattress way roo soft. Breakfast was scrambled eggs ham waffles and usual cold items.

When I first got into the room I noticed a dead roach on the wall then I tried to watch tv and the volume wasn’t working they had to have a maintenance person fix the issue but I feel as if that should’ve been done before they had anybody check in. The worst thing is the ac was not as cold as it should’ve been me and my family were sweating in our sleep it was the most uncomfortable sleep ever hence as to why we checked out so early.

Staff was friendly, however, the room was small. I didn't have anywhere to put my bags nor take my conference call on the tiny desk that was provided and eat at the same time. I had my laptop set and I had to eat in my lap on the bed. The A/C did not cool the room. I tossed and turned both nights I stayed there. It was my fault though, I did not report it. I should have. Again, no complaints with the staff, very friendly!

Great breakfast! Pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality of the complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and good condition. The bathroom was a little dated and the bathtub was clogged but otherwise all was good.

The front desk was nice during check in, check out, not so much. The hotel advertised as renovated and the room I was given was horrible and clearly not. The hotel was not full so pleanty of opportunities for a remodeled room if they existed. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the whole bathroom. The headboard for bed was coming apart. Four lamps and 2 chairs for a very small space. None of which match. Almost as if they had extra and just sprinkled them throughout without any thought. Paint touch up was wrong color as rest of the room. Poor patch job from where there was a leak. Stuffy smell, like old dirty smoke. The hotel was gross for being one of the most expensive on the block. The area is not safe. You can not walk to any restaurants for food. Uber Eats is the only way and that was even a disaster. I was very disappointed and couldn't wait to leave.

I booked 2 rooms and Room 105 Ac was not working properly. I mentioned to the from desk and that the room had a smell like wet carpet. I was tild that Maintenance came out while we were out and said ac worked. It never got over 79degrees at best. I was offered points for inconvenience. The hotel service and rooms are nice. Just the ac in one of my rooms. Bfast is nice as well.

I had booked 2 days and asked to stay another night to to hurricane conditions. I was threatened with having the police called if I refused to leave the hotel room. Later I was told I could stay in the room. Worse experience ever since I’m traveling alone and I have a serious cardiac condition, have back problems and I am asthmatic and have to be on constant nebulizer treatments.

The check in process took an extended amount of time with just one customer ahead of us. Upon check in, the person barely spoke to us, no welcome, no instructions, nothing about breakfast. When we got up to the room, our key did not work.

Did online precheckin but still had to wait in long line to get our room key. The tv in our room did not work and had to wait for the front desk person to come fix it. The breakfast food was all cold even the hot water for tea was only luke warm.

It was right off of the main highway and close to our destination. The staff was so nice and welcoming and every aspect of the hotel was clean! Will definitely stay again when in the Ft. Pierce area!

No problems. We had a busy weekend at the Fair Grounds. We used the bed and bathroom. Never turned the TV on but I'm sure it would have worked... The breakfast was a big plus. The bagel with cream cheese, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon(ham),breakfast sausages were nice. The Greek yogurt was good and I added chocolate chips and granola to it. My wife had coffee and I had OJ.. No problems with staff or other guests. There was a lot of College? baseball players staying there but they were quiet and respectful. We will stay at the Fairfield again next time we are in the area.
