I had to call down because the hairdryer was not working properly but they sent me one right away and it was great. Highly recommended!

Atendimento ao cliente interessante, pessoas pouco prestativas. Áreas do hotel limpas, área de lazer piscina em obras, horário inaceitável de uso da piscina depois das 12h e até as 18h. Absurdo e pleno verão europeu, você não poder curtir o sol e a única área de lazer do hotel. Acredito que deveria ser revisto esta situação.

This is a very clean newly constructed hotel with quiet ventilation system and huge closet space for large or small luggage. We were traveling for a month for ATP tennis tournaments so welcomed the closet space! A ten minute brisk walk thru a park area to historic Alcara with lots of restaurants and pastry shop. When we didn’t feel like going out would allow us to bring our hot food up on trays. Huge grocery market a block away in quiet residential area . Beautiful sunsets on west side

There was no mini fridge in the room. No conditioner, just shampoo-body wash all in one. The wall paper was coming away from the wall. You can tell the hotel gets a lot of wear and tear. Very quiet. Comfy bed. Expensive for what's offered. Fine not amazing.

Location is far. The reception for checking in was not in welcome mood. We booked 3 persons room. It's not bad, clean and nice view. But the towel handle is broken. NO kettle is provided😟 and the fridge is broken down. Another reception came (luckily the checked-in one is off duty) to checking. David upgraded us to the suite room after our negotiation. It was much better although there is one socket is out of order, there are plenty sockets to use. But we couldn't go to swimming due to the problems delay, the pool is closed. David is nice and very helpful. Beware there is no kettle provided on normal room. The lobby is nice. There is a big supermarket nearby but closed on Sunday.

This is a very clean newly constructed hotel with quiet ventilation system and huge closet space for large or small luggage. El hotel es bastante nuevo. No nos gustó la distribución de la habitación, con la cama en medio. Está un poco alejado del centro histórico (10 min caminando), pero a cambio es muy fácil aparcar y no sufres el ruido del centro

Hotel molto comodo per chi soggiorna ad Alcala'. Dal centro di Madrid si deve prendere taxi (costo medio euro 40). Si può raggiungere madrid anche in treno, ma risulta complicato soprattutto con bambini: dall'hotel alla stazione di alcalà sono 20-25 minuti a piedi e poi con 3,40 a persona in trenta minuti si arriva alla stazione centrale di Madrid. Hotel consigliato per pulizia, colazione e confort ma non comodo al centro di Madrid.

Personnel pas du tout aimable rare un bonjour/bonsoir. Nous avons eu une très grosse fuite d’eau à cause de la baignoire, ils nous ont changé de chambre mais dans une chambre moins bien que ce qu’on avait déjà. (Aucun geste de l’établissement). Pommeau de douche cassé et salle de bain pas en tres bonne état. Petit déjeuner plus que moyen car toujours pareil et trop industriel (croissant pas bon).

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es bonito y muy cómodo. Sin embargo, tuvimos un incidente.. sonó la alarma de incendios en medio de la noche y no sabían informarnos de qué ocurría ! Tardaron más de una hora en solucionarlo y no nos dieron ningún tipo de compensación . En el desayuno, al no funcionar la máquina de café , se lo comenté al una empleada y me contestó con mala cara diciendo que tenía que reponer la comida ( cuando encima no había ya caso gente porque era tarde )
