The bar and restaurant at the lobby offers great options for food and beverage, good flavor and quality and competitive prices. The main elevator was out of service so there was very inconvenient to use the secondary elevator because to reach it you needed yo go through 7 or so steps, being very difficult if you have luggage. We found a live cockroach in the bathroom.

Här fanns bara en stor tjockkudde vilket renderade i nackbesvär dagen efter tyvärr. Hotellet rekommenderas att erbjuda två kuddval, stor och liten.

Muchos años de fidelidad en este hotel y bastante contento siempre, pero está vez los suspendo por qué no puede ser que se tarde en darnos dos habitaciones más de media hora de reloj. La chica que nos atendió muy muy muy muy lenta (puede ser que sea nueva) en ese caso tiene perdón. Por lo general un buen hotel de tres estrellas con la cama muy cómoda y aseo amplio y muy bien. Al entrar mucha olor a tabaco y la verdad no fui a quejarme por la lentitud de la chica. En general bastante bien

La habitación estaba bien, las almohadas eran incómodas no tenían un buen relleno. El servicio de cafetería no nos gustó el café frío y caro, el servicio de buffet libre era 6€ pero nos dijeron que duraba hasta las 11:30 él sábado y luego era hasta las 10:30 él café y un croissant en cafetería nos costó prácticamente lo mismo y no estaba bueno. Resultó más cara la noche que cuando reservamos y no me gustó que me cobrasen nada más llegar al hotel.

This is our 4th stay at IBIS Garena and we are never disappointed. Helpful, friendly staff always happy to help, comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. Free parking a bonus with covered section if you're early. We stayed 2 nights and took the train into Madrid (30 mins) for the day and in the evening wandered down the mile-long street in Alcara de Henares full of shops, restaurants and people enjoying the space. Ideal stopover point between Santander and Almeria. Highly recommended - even has a Lidl next door for convenience shopping!

Quarto limpo, tamanho padrão para o Ibis, com um ótimo atendimento. Boas vagas no estacionamento. Não tomei o café da manhã no buffet, mas pedi no cardápio e achei justo o valor cobrado. Ótimo chuveiro. Restaurantes próximos (consegue ir a pé), e um supermercado ao lado do hotel.

The bar and restaurant at the lobby offers great options for food and beverage, good flavor and quality and competitive prices. The main elevator was out of service so there was very inconvenient to use the secondary elevator because to reach it you needed yo go through 7 or so steps, being very difficult if you have luggage. We found a live cockroach in the bathroom.

This is our 4th stay at IBIS Garena and we are never disappointed. Helpful, friendly staff always happy to help, comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. Free parking a bonus with covered section if you're early. La habitación estaba bien, las almohadas eran incómodas no tenían un buen relleno. El servicio de cafetería no nos gustó el café frío y caro, el servicio de buffet libre era 6€ pero nos dijeron que duraba hasta las 11:30 él sábado y luego era hasta las 10:30 él café y un croissant en cafetería nos costó prácticamente lo mismo y no estaba bueno. Resultó más cara la noche que cuando reservamos y no me gustó que me cobrasen nada más llegar al hotel.

La habitación estaba bien, las almohadas eran incómodas no tenían un buen relleno. El servicio de cafetería no nos gustó el café frío y caro, el servicio de buffet libre era 6€ pero nos dijeron que duraba hasta las 11:30 él sábado y luego era hasta las 10:30 él café y un croissant en cafetería nos costó prácticamente lo mismo y no estaba bueno. Resultó más cara la noche que cuando reservamos y no me gustó que me cobrasen nada más llegar al hotel.

La cama merece un sobresaliente. 💤 – Ropa de cama de buena calidad, tal como se espera de un Ibis “rojo”. – El desayuno es normalito; faltó variedad para arrancar con energía, – Parqueadero propio gratuito y cerrado: un lujo en Europa. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que necesite un lugar práctico, limpio y bien ubicado.

Hotel had plenty of parking and is a few kilometers out of Alcala, the walk into Alcala is quite pleasant through residential areas and parks. We had a lovely meal in the hotel during the evening we were there. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Dogs were not permitted in the restaurant area( not unusual in Spain) but there was an outside area and a lounge area where dogs were welcome.
