It was okay it wasn't great but it wasn't bad parking was a little hard lots of big electric trucks couldn't get the TV to work I didn't call the desk because I was already in my night clothes and didn't want to be bothered

I had a great stay. Nice cozy room. Heat and air works great. Staff was nice and very sweet.only thing that wasn't working was the ice machine. I just went to the store across the road and grabbed a bag no biggy.

First thing we saw when we went to our room was a cockroach by the side of our bedsheet. We found bugs an roaches during our stay. There’s cobwebs behind the night stand. We have to buy and spray Lysol the entire room.

Blanket wasn't changed it was dirty. Shower, toilet caked on grime so nasty. The doors haven't ever been cleaned disgusting. The lamps hadn't been cleaned covered in excess dust. Really looked like the housekeeper just made the bed and vacuumed. I always expect laziness so i take my own cleaners and gloves to clean before i even bring in my stuff. Convenient to several restaurants, can walk if you prefer. No one bothered me, guests weren't loud. I stayed one night and asked for later checkout they told me they could give me until 1pm. I needed 5pm, so they made me book 2 nights though i needed only 1. When i did checkout at 5pm, i asked if I'd receive any credit for not staying the next night. She said no bcz it was after 3pm so different stories.

We checked out a day early as it was so uncomfortable and dirty. Dirty towels were left hanging in the back of the bathroom door when we arrived a soapy ring around the bathtub, so we could not feel comfortable and checked out early Horrible

This place is dated. The TV in the room is as basic as they come. The filter in AC unit was filthy. The room had a funky smell as soon as we walked in. I would rather not stay here again.

When initially walking into the room there was a very strong cigarette smoke smell and the whole hotel is non smoking, the TV service was not working and kept blinking in and out, the front desk didn’t mention their tv service was messing up until after I had checked in. The heater in the room was extremely loud and I found marijuana remnants in the drawer of the nightstand.

Very clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. We didn’t do the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Was close to Wendy’s and a short drive to McDonald’s and Waffle House. Area was not walkable. I would stay here again.

Most of the people at the front desk didn't understand english very well. The continental breakfast was a joke. 4 days no yogurt. On the condition of excepting the room I asked that no one be booked next door for it was a joining room. And it did get booked one night and i could hear them very easily through the a joining door. Walls are not sound proof as stated in hotel description. And the tv had a very bad reception. This place was not worth $114 a night. I did rough it and stayed 6 nights. For work purposes.

Room was average condition. Bed mattress was horrible. Mattress wasn’t flat. Felt like the area where your head was lower than your feet. The pillows were soooo small! Pillows looked about 16”x 16” square. Not a good nights sleep for sure. Breakfast was almost non existent. Only a few apples and toast. Coffee was available but tasted funny.

The room was clean. The check in and front desk person was very nice. The room TV was not working. The breakfast was not prepared. There were no napkins and trash was overflowing (at 745 am). There was no waffle syrup and the dining room was a mess with chairs scattered all over the room.

The room was clean. Easily accessible with a pet. Front desk Heather & I think his name is Ron, friendly, helpful, 10 out of 10 for them. Location was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. The only problem was when the Choice corp who runs this hotel, held up a $704.00 “authorization” fee in which I knew NOTHING about when scheduling this week visit. This “fee” would be “released” 3-5 business days. NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I will NOT be staying at another hotel run by Choice hotels. That was my vacation money, therefore, I was LIMITED as to how much I could spend. Customer service through Choice, not the hotel, was not helpful. They were almost clueless.

It's a regular place for me to stay when I visit western NC. I have family there and I do some business there a few times per year. Nice upgrades and the staff is pretty accommodating. It would be nice if they would advertise the security deposit. It's a surprise when you show up at check-in.

Property manager denied our early check even though I asked for it 24 hrs in advance. Breakfast was a joke , seating was very limited, and front desk was very unfriendly. Never saw a maid to change out our linen. Would not recommend this hotel. Spend a little extra and stay some place that offers more

Did not look like the way the pictures looked. The hotel is more money hungry than customer focused. The carpet is old, and smells old. The bathtub did not drain out after taking a shower either so the next shower we took was like a bath for our feet. Driving around this area at night is pretty scary.

This was a great little motel. I can tell they work hard to make it a great place. The cleanest room I have stayed in for a long time! Friendly staff. The breakfast was very limited though and since I stayed there 4 nights it would have been nice to have more variety and maybe protein choice like peanut butter or Greek yogurt or even cream cheese. The fruit was limited but fresh. Coffee not so great but I’m from Seattle area so I like good coffee lol. I would stay here again

Man at the desk for check-in was very nice but he hadn’t washed his hair in a long time which was offensive to me and the room smelled like dirty socks. The breakfast was not up to the standards of most Quality Inns.
