When I booked this hotel through Expedia I mainly booked it because when looking at the pictures, there was a hot tub in the pool area. When we walked in to stay the night we asked again about the hot tub but was told there was none. Someone needs to update the pictures so they are correct and true to what you are selling. The hotel is nice and pretty well updated, but you need to fix your pictures otherwise you are misadvertising your hotel.

Very clean, new updates clearly, nice lighting, close to grocery and a few restaurants. The daytime manager was very courteous and helpful. When I let them know our TV and microwave stopped working and has extended our stay, they did our best to find us another room right away so we did not have to wait to “recheck in.” The gym and pool were small but very clean and functioning well.

Breakfast options were amazing Beds were comfy - 4 pillows too!! Pool was absolutely freezing - very disappointed in that. Front desk just said, “ We follow the guidelines as per the state of WI” and also, “Well, there is kids swimming in it.” The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel and we were not able to enjoy it.

We were in the area for work and ended up leaving the Baymont by Wyndham in Delavan because it was terrible. It was late and we chose the Hampton because we had limited options but let me tell you, it was amazing! Beautiful, clean room, pleasant staff, convenient location, breakfast was DELICIOUS, coffee was awesome, parking was easy, just wonderful!

The property was under construction, heat wasn’t working in the rooms, pool and jacuzzi was out of order and that’s Why we took the kids. I didn’t even stay at the hotel I have a newborn baby in the heat without the rooms are freezing. We left and had to drive home that night with our children. did not get a refund, we told about all the policies and rules to why we can’t gt a refund even though we aren’t staying, etc. but we weren’t refunded for none of the amenities were available, hotel was dirty, dusty without heat and unlivable for a family like mine.

The hotel is being renovated. Some rooms are done so I specifically called the hotel to ask for a renovated room after reading some of the reviews. After checking in and walking in to our room, we knew immediately this room had not been touched. The bathroom counter was filthy, missing trim in bathroom, wallpaper falling off the wall, the beds did not look like they had been changed. The furniture was falling apart. The toilet barely flushed. Needless to say, this was not a renovated room. I talked to the manager who was very nice and accommodating, and he moved us to another room. Unfortunately, this room wasn’t much better. We could also hear everything going on above, below and next to us. Plus, it was a lot to pay for the condition of the room.

Our room was very modern and immaculate. Beds were comfortable with big fluffy pillows. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Didn't try the breakfast, which included hot options as well as cereal and fruit, but the coffee was good. All in all a very pleasant stay.

This is a wonderful, clean and quiet hotel. Not weird smells. Front desk phenomenal (night shift man was the best! So friendly! ). Breakfast was amazing and the woman who prepared the waffles as well. Small snack area up front to purchase things. Hot water, tea and coffee always available.

Bed was too stiff for me, entire building is cold. Otherwise everything else was spectacular, hardly anyone was there but you can hear everything that goes on so not a place I'd want to stay if it was busy. I could hear children running and screaming at the end of the building opposite of me while laying in bed.

Hotel was okay, beds were not very comfortable. The hallway heater was broken leaving the whole third floor very cold. The room heating unit worked heavily throughout the night to compensate. The unit was very loud and was disruptive for the whole night. Less than desirable experience, but understand that things happen.

Nice little location. Biggest complaints are not being able to keep the fan running for the AC at night. The walls are EXTREMELY thin. I was at the end of the hallway so I heard every door, people walking in the stairway, and eventually the person in the adjacent room snoring loudly all night.

Heater in pool not up to full capacity so couldn’t use the pool, which was kind of my whole purpose. Breakfast was just ok. Had to stand in long line to check in while worker was off fixing some emergency. Could hear doors closing and water running all night

Very nice hotel to stay. Clean, quiet, and accessible from highway. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was quite expensive for two nights, but there was a concert Saturday night so it’s to be expected. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
