Was a bit disappointed that in a 13 night stay room was only serviced once. Only few parking is a street away from motel as only 2 parking spots available at motel. Noisy if your room is located on the Ipswich road end. Small room with no laundry facilities and VERY limited cooking facilities for what was advertised as self contained

The accommodation was clean, the location was in a good area however it was very noisy as the property is right on a major road. There is limited (2) parking bays for the whole property, which is extremely expensive because u have to street park and pay.

This must be the noisiest accomodation I’ve ever stayed in. And I’ve been travelling for work for decades. The place is located on a busy intersection by traffic lights in a medical/hospital district with a derelict house next door. You will listen to noise, traffic, neighbours and sirens at all hours. What adds insult to injury is that they provide ear plugs. Which is almost laughable as they know how ridiculous it is. Do whatever you can to avoid this place if you want to sleep, or just want peace. If you like motorbikes, sirens and loud noises in the night - then this place is for you.

The location was great. It was close to the university of Queensland which was the purpose of our visit. A lot of street noise during the day but quieted down through the night. The room had most everything you need. Dishes, silverware etc. Fridge and microwave all worked out great for us. My only complaints are the shower had a shower wand that you had to hold onto. The mount was installed incorrectly and wouldn’t hold the shower head. There was no wash cloth in the bathroom. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Property close to bus stops, safe to walk at night, 24 hour grocery store and the manager Tim was very helpful. We would like to suggest however for the toilet seat cover to be replaced or fixed, it comes off and makes a loud sound each time you sit down (haha).

It was nice ,a lot of road noise ,, that was just the way it was ,, handy to buses supermarket,, green grocer ,a couple of Cafe hospitals ,,brissi just a short bus trip away we had a good stay ,, every thing we needed was there

The hospital is behind the studios so you can ocassionally hear the helicopter coming in but that's genuinly the knly negative. Really enjoyed our stay, staff are lovely, rooms are clean and large, would definitely stay again

My stay here was excellent, located near the large hospital in Brisbane with a small shopping centre across the road. This is a very well run hotel and, Tim, thank you so much, I wish I could have thanked you in person because your communication and your help was hugely appreciated by myself and my family, I re-booked with your lovely colleague, she was great as well.

Clean, comfortable and self contained little apartment close to shops, suited us perfectly. Only draw back is the noisy environment , for noise sensitive folk.

Great little studio unit, it had everything necessary for an overnight stay. There were shops just down the road, and a great coffee shop and marketplace across the road. It was right next to Ipswich Rd which i thought was going to be very noisy, but the double glazed windows cut out a lot of the noise, and there were earplugs supplied if we needed them. The checking was seamless and the host was very helpful, even letting us use his parking spot as we were leaving early the next day. We would definitely stay there again.

For the price and location being self-contained even with washing machine only downside it is noisy because of the traffic.

The self check in was easy, following emailed instructions from the managers. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable, located a few minutes from the PA Hospital (I was here to visit an unwell relative). It was also walking distance to many restaurants, supermarket, train station and bus stops.
