The rooms are very clean and tidy. The beds are super comfortable. Breakfast is great. There is everything you need for an overnight stay. Staff are very nice and friendly. The outside areas are tired and in need of a bit of an upgrade (lawns, tennis court, pool, indoor squash/basketball court). The restaurant at night is actually the pub just across the walkway which is a bit rowdy for families with young children. Overall, the hotel was really good and what we needed.

We had a three bedroom apartment for three nights. The room was fantastic with so much space for our family of five. The tennis court, huge swimming pool and indoor multi court were a huge hit with the kids! Location is fantastic - far enough back from the road that it is not noisy but close to Nowra city centre and only a short drive to the beach! The price was really fantastic and also included a buffet breakfast each day! Can’t rate highly enough!! Was a fantastic stay and will definitely be our note of choice when we visit Nowra!

a lot of amenities on the premises, but poor customer service property maintenance and professionalism pool dysfunctional, toaster shortcircuted the room, took 24 hours to fix, no power to charge mobiles, TV and fridge off, no replacement given. Breakfast was well done good work

The room was dirty when we arrived . The manager said she would get someone to clean but they came in at 9.30 pm Our room was ready close to 11pm. I have small children and. they needed to sleep. Have contacted hotel for a refund. The staff have been very nice and very apologetic. not there fault room should not have been booked dirty. Hotel fully booked so could switch riooms.

Absolutely loved my room. Huge comfortable bed, yet the room was very spacious. Decor was very nice and the room had a lovely feel about it. Bathroom with separate toilet were clean and the again, the decor was very good, very clean. Everything needed was provided, toiletries, tea, coffee, water. Breakfast was included although on this occasion I did not have breakfast. I did get a meal with room service on checking in during inclement weather which arrived neatly foil on a plate and a fast and friendly gentleman delivered it. It was delicious. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Some reviews complained about the noise from the highway but I was in a room on the opposite end so that didn't apply to me but I could hear when other guests walk or drove past so sound insulation isn't great. For dinner, motel guests got a 10% discount at the pub (same management/staff) which was great but the food took a long time (over an hour) to come. Breakfast was provided which was nice and the variety was good - both hot and cold food. There was also a tennis court and pool available but being winter, we did not make use of these. Overall, happy to come back but would skip the pub dinner and go look elsewhere otherwise everything was good

The key lock was broken when we arrived. The room had not been cleaned and was reported to us by staff as being in a “disgusting condition”. There was hotel no other room at the hotel or in Nowra for the night. The hotel has not been in contact with us to apologize - when I contracted the hotel all they could say was that they were having difficulties and and issues across the hotel.

This was a great find by my wife. We stayed here as we were playing golf in the area. The room was nice, staff friendly and the breakfast was sensational. We also had a meal at the hotel bistro, again the food was great, we received a complimentary drink each and discount on our meal as we were guests of the hotel. Would highly recommend.

The outside needed a clean as the stairs to the room had cigarette buts and was generally dirty. Breakfast, maybe skip the option as when we had breakfast, the food was hours old (7 am) and was uneatable; plenty of options in Nowra.
