Fint hotel. Små trange rom, men mange fine fellesområder. Hyggelig betjening og kort å gå til skiheisen. Veldig trivelig barneklubb med morsomme aktiviteter hver dag.

Super lækkert hotel, med perfekt beliggenhed, god service og fantastisk morgenbuffet. Selvom vi havde barn med, var det en super idet at det rigtig fine spaområde lukkede for adgang til børn kl 19.00. Lidt ris var værelset hvor vi havde betalt (næsten fuld pris) for en opredning til en stor knægt i et alt for lille værelse, efter nogen dialog blev vi dog flyttet til et nyt med mere plads. Også lidt undren over at den eneste restaurant kun serverede buffet til 40€ så skal man altså være pænt sulten ;) Der er også parkering til hotellet, hvilket vi desværre ikke opdagede før vi havde parkeret i den ellers fine store offentlige parkeringsplads.

Só não dei 5 estrelas por conta da falta de comunicação com o hotel. Tivemos um problema pois a estrada estava fechada devido ao mal tempo. Tentamos subir 3 vezes e continuava fechada. Não consegui contato com o hotel nem por telefone e nem por msg. O hoteis.com conseguiu contato, por a recepção informou que estava tudo normal, mas estava um caos a estrada. Tivemos q retornar para Granada e arcar com mais uma diária. Queríamos ao menos uma posição sobre o que fazer e não tivemos. Chegamos com um dia de atraso e o hotel não falou nada. Tivemos que chegar por um outro caminho por causa da quantidade de neve na estrada. Paramos em um estavionamento publico longe do hotel. Comunicamoos isso na recepção, pois clmo faríamos para carregar as malas na neve e por um longo caminho? A recepcionista simplesmente não nos ajudou e fez uma cara de ok!!! A sorte é q um Sr do hotel viu o nosso desespero e nos ajudou qto a passar pela policia que estava travando a rua devido a neve, e nos orientou a parar no estacionamto do hotel. Achei um absurdo um hotel dessa categoria cobrar 26 euros por dia para estacionar! Absurdo tb cobrar 8 euros por chinelos e touca p o uso da piscina. Absurdo cobrar tb para usar sinuca e jogos. Além disso, quando fiz a reserva comuniquei que estaria comemorando meu aniversário lá e eles nem responderam. Sempre comemoro meu aniversário viajando e todos os hoteis swmpre deixam um “mimo”. Achei uma indelicadeza nem responder… A

Positives - breakfast choice was amazing, spa great, rooms lovely size, staff friendly, parking on site and location for the slopes perfect. Negatives - check-in process was about 30 mins and I’d checked in on-line. This may well have been due to extra precautions of our group and COVID ! Mask were an absolute must.

Rent och fräscht rum, kändes nyrenoverat. Hela hotellet kändes fräscht men de bör göra något i matsalen på kvällen, alldeles för upplyst så den mysiga kvällskänslan man önskar vid middagen blev istället en skollunchkänsla. i efterhand hade jag inte bokat med kvällsmat utan ätit ute på fler olika restauranger.

Food overall was very good. This was the best element of the hotel. The wait staff and cleaners were very good, friendly and helpful. Male supervisors in restaurant only moderately friendly, this is my second time there and they haven't changed. Reception staff ok, not particularly friendly. When I was checking out they didn't even ask me if I enjoyed my stay! Nobody at any stage asked could they help with anything which makes me think they have become too comfortable and need a serious staff refresh. Obviously a great location to the slopes. Worst part was I had booked a family room. This was my choice, however I did explain that it would be myself and 3 children aged 20, 19 and 17 and that they were tall people. I was told the room would be adequate. This was not correct. They converted a couch into bunkbeds which were not particularly comfortable, not for adults. The room is the same size as a room for 2. I asked did they have second room. I was informed on my first night March 1st they did not. It became very obvious that many rooms became available on the following nights ( Plastic stickers on doors) but we were never offered one even though I was willing to pay the difference. So we had an uncomfortable stay at the Hotel Melia which unfortunately took away from what should have been an excellent holiday and as I was not even asked how our stay was when checking out I was unable to give them this feedback.

Reservamos una habitación normal y estaba muy fea, no iba de acuerdo al hotel, la habitación estaba vieja y con poco mantenimiento. Tuvimos que hacer un upgrade a las habitaciones level y esa si estaba bien mantenida y moderna. Considero que es mucho lo que se paga por la habitación normal para el estado en la que estaba. El upgrade fue de 85 euros por noche lo cual se me hizo mucho

The experience was way below the expectations. For more than 400 euros we expected at least nice views and not a wall right outside the window, mountain decoration and not old furnitures and a relax eviorenment and not something similar to a hotel in Eurodisney with thousands of nosiy kids around the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location for skiing. It has great facilities and serves a great breakfast. The only downside was the bedroom was a bit dated, which would have been fine, but the online photos are misleading.

La chambre fournie ne correspondait pas aux spécifications mentionnées lors de la réservation, et la photo présentée était trompeuse. Reservamos una habitación normal y estaba muy fea, no iba de acuerdo al hotel, la habitación estaba vieja y con poco mantenimiento. Tuvimos que hacer un upgrade a las habitaciones level y esa si estaba bien mantenida y moderna. Considero que es mucho lo que se paga por la habitación normal para el estado en la que estaba. El upgrade fue de 85 euros por noche lo cual se me hizo mucho

The experience was way below the expectations. For more than 400 euros we expected at least nice views and not a wall right outside the window, mountain decoration and not old furnitures and a relax eviorenment and not something similar to a hotel in Eurodisney with thousands of nosiy kids around the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location for skiing. It has great facilities and serves a great breakfast. The only downside was the bedroom was a bit dated, which would have been fine, but the online photos are misleading.

El alojamiento está muy bien, cuenta con un buffet excelente tanto en la cena como en el desayuno. Las habitaciones cuentan con todos los detalles y las camas y almohadas son muy comodas. Lo único malo es que las puertas de las habitaciones no encajan bien y se oye ruido desde fuera de la habitación.

Food overall was very good. This was the best element of the hotel. The wait staff and cleaners were very good, friendly and helpful. Male supervisors in restaurant only moderately friendly, this is my second time there and they haven't changed. Reception staff ok, not particularly friendly. When I was checking out they didn't even ask me if I enjoyed my stay! Nobody at any stage asked could they help with anything which makes me think they have become too comfortable and need a serious staff refresh. Obviously a great location to the slopes. Worst part was I had booked a family room. This was my choice, however I did explain that it would be myself and 3 children aged 20, 19 and 17 and that they were tall people. I was told the room would be adequate. This was not correct. They converted a couch into bunkbeds which were not particularly comfortable, not for adults. The room is the same size as a room for 2. I asked did they have second room. I was informed on my first night March 1st they did not. It became very obvious that many rooms became available on the following nights ( Plastic stickers on doors) but we were never offered one even though I was willing to pay the difference. So we had an uncomfortable stay at the Hotel Melia which unfortunately took away from what should have been an excellent holiday and as I was not even asked how our stay was when checking out I was unable to give them this feedback.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel Meliá Sierra Nevada fue única. Mejor imposible. Recibimos un espléndido trato por parte de los empleados, en especial por parte de Carlos el recepcionista y las demás chicas. También por parte de Andrés y Mónica, que nos atendieron estupendamente en el buffet del desayuno, además de todos los demás trabajadores. Y sobretodo, el mejor trato que recibimos fue por parte de Laura, la masajista: una estupenda masajista que además nos recomendó los mejores sitios para comer y cenar en Sierra Nevada y nos atendió con total cercanía y amabilidad. En concreto recibimos el masaje muscular profundo porque lo necesitábamos después de esquiar (una maravilla, nos sentíamos totalmente descargados), pero si hubiéramos podido hubiéramos elegido otros masajes que ofrecían y que en ningún otro sitio he visto. El desayuno en el buffet fue inmejorable, todo buenísimo. El spa fue una experiencia muy reconfortante con cada uno de los servicios y con unas vistas preciosas de la Sierra (nos relajamos con los distintos chorros de agua caliente mientras admirábamos el paisaje). Las limpiadoras fueron muy amables en cada trato que recibimos. En el bar cenamos muy bien y estuvimos disfrutando de un magnífico concierto. Además, la comida en el restaurante que está anexado al hotel era una de las mejores en toda Sierra Nevada. Una experiencia de 10.

Só não dei 5 estrelas por conta da falta de comunicação com o hotel. Tivemos um problema pois a estrada estava fechada devido ao mal tempo. Tentamos subir 3 vezes e continuava fechada. Não consegui contato com o hotel nem por telefone e nem por msg. O hoteis.com conseguiu contato, por a recepção informou que estava tudo normal, mas estava um caos a estrada. Tivemos q retornar para Granada e arcar com mais uma diária. Queríamos ao menos uma posição sobre o que fazer e não tivemos. Chegamos com um dia de atraso e o hotel não falou nada. Tivemos que chegar por um outro caminho por causa da quantidade de neve na estrada. Paramos em um estavionamento publico longe do hotel. Comunicamoos isso na recepção, pois clmo faríamos para carregar as malas na neve e por um longo caminho? A recepcionista simplesmente não nos ajudou e fez uma cara de ok!!! A sorte é q um Sr do hotel viu o nosso desespero e nos ajudou qto a passar pela policia que estava travando a rua devido a neve, e nos orientou a parar no estacionamto do hotel. Achei um absurdo um hotel dessa categoria cobrar 26 euros por dia para estacionar! Absurdo tb cobrar 8 euros por chinelos e touca p o uso da piscina. Absurdo cobrar tb para usar sinuca e jogos. Além disso, quando fiz a reserva comuniquei que estaria comemorando meu aniversário lá e eles nem responderam. Sempre comemoro meu aniversário viajando e todos os hoteis swmpre deixam um “mimo”. Positives - breakfast choice was amazing, spa great, rooms lovely size, staff friendly, parking on site and location for the slopes perfect. Negatives - check-in process was about 30 mins and I’d checked in on-line. This may well have been due to extra precautions of our group and COVID ! Mask were an absolute must.

Super lækkert hotel, med perfekt beliggenhed, god service og fantastisk morgenbuffet. Selvom vi havde barn med, var det en super idet at det rigtig fine spaområde lukkede for adgang til børn kl 19.00. Lidt ris var værelset hvor vi havde betalt (næsten fuld pris) for en opredning til en stor knægt i et alt for lille værelse, efter nogen dialog blev vi dog flyttet til et nyt med mere plads. Også lidt undren over at den eneste restaurant kun serverede buffet til 40€ så skal man altså være pænt sulten ;) Der er også parkering til hotellet, hvilket vi desværre ikke opdagede før vi havde parkeret i den ellers fine store offentlige parkeringsplads.

Rent och fräscht rum, kändes nyrenoverat. Hela hotellet kändes fräscht men de bör göra något i matsalen på kvällen, alldeles för upplyst så den mysiga kvällskänslan man önskar vid middagen blev istället en skollunchkänsla. i efterhand hade jag inte bokat med kvällsmat utan ätit ute på fler olika restauranger.

Excellent location, very good staff and superb buffet for breakfast and dinner. Three restaurants on site and plenty of restaurants less than a minute walking. Located right on the village, near the lift for the ski slopes. Only drawbacks are that you can’t use a/c and is a little noisy if you open the windows; also small room for the high price paid. High clorine odor in the floor where spa is located. Would stay again.
