Staff were all great and friendly from the start right until the end of the stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet are both great with amazing an selection, I was surprised to see that the menu would change too! I was however disappointed to see that the jacuzzi and other facilities were only provided as a surcharge, €15 for 30 minutes, a timed thing! You can't just enjoy the relaxation knowing that the longer you stay in the more expensive it will be.

Las instalaciones estan anticuadas, los armarios rotos, las duchas en mal estado, los lavabos pierden agua, cerradura de la puerta suelta... Los colchones estan pasados del uso, no son nada cómodos. Respecto a la limpieza, no es que esten sucias las habitaciones pero como todo esta tan viejo nada se ve limpio y faltaria una mano se pintura en todo el hotel. El trato del personal sobre todo del comedor ha sido excelente, destacando a Ivan, muy atento con todos los comensales.

Greit og billig hotell. Har overnattet her flere ganger PGA beliggenhet ski in ski out og enkel parkering som du kan ha til du er ferdig på ski siste dagen ikke som flere andre i nærheten som parkering gjelder bare til du sjekker ut, det som er blitt mye bedre siden forrige gand er maten. Frokost og middag er blitt veldig bra har steget flere nivå siden sist.

Hotel a solo 240 metros del Telesilla de acceso a Pradollano. Antiguo pero bien cuidado. Excelentes vistas de las pistas de esquí desde mi habitación. Personal de recepción muy amables. Buen buffet libre incluido en el precio, aunque los zumos de maquina son malos, mientras que el café estaba muy bien. Tiene vestuario y taquilla ya que se accede a pista desde el propio hotel. Una pena que haya ido en temporada baja y no pudiera probarlo. Me hubiera encantado.

Helt greit hotell. Veldig bra at du kan la bilen stå på parkeringsplassen til 17:00 den dagen du reiser. Veldig pluss for ski in/out. Greie priser og maten er helt ok.

A lovely old hotel, which while slightly crumbling on the outside, was beautifully maintained inside. Unbeatable views over the town and ski-slopes from the rooms and from the terrace bar. The hotel is close to a chair-lift for transport into the centre of Pradollano. The hotel beds are comfortable and the rooms are kept spotless by hard-working staff. The buffet-style food service in the restaurant offers plenty of options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay over Christmas 2022 (family group of 7 in 3 rooms). The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Terrible hotel. Do not book. Filthy dirty, in desperate need of a refurb or maybe even knocking down and starting again. Because it’s such a hole, it’s used for school trips so we were on a floor with about 50 teenagers banging and crashing around, out of control by their teachers, running around the corridors and shouting until late at night. Everything about this place is rough. I’d sleep in the car if this was the only option.

Es hotel está muy muy viejo… camas muy incómodas, almohadas finísimas y mantas del siglo pasado… Además, yo contraté una habitación con una cama de matrimonio y nos dieron una con dos camas… lo mejor, el desayuno… los sábados hay una divertida fiesta y el hotel se pone hasta arriba de gente, no clientes…

Personalen och servicen var utmärkt. Vi kunde hyra utrustning, köpa liftkort direkt i anslutning till entrén. Ställa in utrustningen i förvaringsskåp och parkera inomhus var bra. Rummen var väldigt lyhörda och mycket spring i korridoren. Lite slitet och behöver rustats upp inom snar framtid.

lo primero q el personal es muy atento tanto en recepción como los camareros, la comida esta muy bien es un buffet libre q tiene variedad no mucha pero esta muy muy bien tanto en el desayuno como en la cena le doy un 10/10 el hotel es un poco antiguo pero se conserva muy bien tiene muy buenas vista desde la habitación, como en el comedor y desde el bar. lo malo para mi fue la habitación la q nos tocó fue una habitación muy pequeña pero muy pequeña para meter 3 camas no teniamos espacio para nada y un poco descuidada la habitación fue la 203 fui con mi mujer embarazada y mi niño de 11 años y para el precio q pague muy incomoda para cambiarse o caminar, aunq tenia unas vista increibles desde mi ventana

Rummet var väldigt omodernt, sjaskigt och framförallt lyhört - vi hörde grannarna prata i samtalston, snyta sig mm. Även allt ljud från korridoren hördes in i rummet. Med anledning av detta sov vi oerhört dåligt och blev väckta flera gånger.

Staff were all great and friendly from the start right until the end of the stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet are both great with amazing an selection, I was surprised to see that the menu would change too! I was however disappointed to see that the jacuzzi and other facilities were only provided as a surcharge, €15 for 30 minutes, a timed thing! You can't just enjoy the relaxation knowing that the longer you stay in the more expensive it will be.

I was however disappointed to see that the jacuzzi and other facilities were only provided as a surcharge, €15 for 30 minutes, a timed thing! You can't just enjoy the relaxation knowing that the longer you stay in the more expensive it will be.

I found the staff had a very odd attitude to being helpful. The area in front of the hotel was sheet ice - very dangerous. No one available at desk for check out. Bed very uncomfortable.

A lovely old hotel, which while slightly crumbling on the outside, was beautifully maintained inside. Unbeatable views over the town and ski-slopes from the rooms and from the terrace bar. The hotel is close to a chair-lift for transport into the centre of Pradollano. The hotel beds are comfortable and the rooms are kept spotless by hard-working staff. The buffet-style food service in the restaurant offers plenty of options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay over Christmas 2022 (family group of 7 in 3 rooms). The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Las instalaciones estan anticuadas, los armarios rotos, las duchas en mal estado, los lavabos pierden agua, cerradura de la puerta suelta... Los colchones estan pasados del uso, no son nada cómodos. Respecto a la limpieza, no es que esten sucias las habitaciones pero como todo esta tan viejo nada se ve limpio y faltaria una mano se pintura en todo el hotel. El trato del personal sobre todo del comedor ha sido excelente, destacando a Ivan, muy atento con todos los comensales.

Leuk, maar gedateerd hotel, 450 mtr van de gondel. wel in een helling van 60 graden haha, veel trappen Stoeltjeslift(Parador) op en neer kost 10€ per retour Enige hotel dat nog betaalbaar is. De anderen zijn zwaar overpriced omdat ze dichter bij de gondel staan en wellicht minder gedateerd zijn Leuk barpersoneel, receptie zou buiten mooi zijn naast Spaans ook een andere taal mogen spreken. Dan zou het wellicht mogelijk zijn om de gasten wegwijs te maken in het verkrijgen van skipassen Na voldoende tijd verkwist te hebben, heb ik maar afgezien van de mij toekomende korting en heb ik de volle mep betaald Misschien een idee om tegen gereduceerd tarief de stoeltjeslift bij de kamerprijs te begrijpen Ontbijt-en avond eten in buffetvorm, geen luxe maar noodzaak. We were super excited when we read “ski-in/ski-out hotel.” We went in February and there was not a ton of snow around the hotel. We were told to go to the city center to get on the lift to go snowboarding. We were told that you could snowboard back to the hotel but nobody was able to guide us once on the slopes. Pros: The hotel is well heated so you don’t have to wear a jacket around when you leave your room. Plenty of areas to sit outside of your room. Bar cafe is open until midnight. We got coffee and dessert after dinner. Room had a balcony and bathroom with separate toilet room. Staff was friendly, checked in online. Staff offered us the chance to take a shower when we returned from snowboarding although we had already checked out (were only going to pick up our stuff). They gave us a towel and let us use the spa bathrooms. Cons Hotel is kind of far from city center (plaza) if you are going by foot. It is all uphill if you have to carry luggage/equipment. Food was not good. We purchased the dinner and breakfast buffet. Drinks (even soft drinks) were not included with dinner which I did not realize ahead of time. Dinner was okay but breakfast not so much. There was variety but most things did not look or taste delicious (e.g. churros were not crispy brown and were soggy).

Great price. Very convenient for getting straight on the slopes. Breakfast is superb, if not a little busy. Hotel seems to be teeming with schoolkids. Parking cost is very acceptable compared to some other places. Not being able to check in until 5pm is a pain but often some rooms are ready early.

Hotel a solo 240 metros del Telesilla de acceso a Pradollano. Antiguo pero bien cuidado. Excelentes vistas de las pistas de esquí desde mi habitación. Personal de recepción muy amables. Buen buffet libre incluido en el precio, aunque los zumos de maquina son malos, mientras que el café estaba muy bien. Tiene vestuario y taquilla ya que se accede a pista desde el propio hotel. Una pena que haya ido en temporada baja y no pudiera probarlo. Me hubiera encantado.

Helt greit hotell. Veldig bra at du kan la bilen stå på parkeringsplassen til 17:00 den dagen du reiser. Veldig pluss for ski in/out. Greie priser og maten er helt ok.

Hotellet ligger på en fantastisk placering lige ved pisten. Værelserne er gamle men rene og i en god stand. Buffeten er dog ikke mere værd en den koster. Der er ikke et stort udvalg og det meste af den mad der skulle være varm, var kold / lunken. Man bliver mæt, men det er ikke en "restaurant" oplevelse.

Terrible hotel. Do not book. Filthy dirty, in desperate need of a refurb or maybe even knocking down and starting again. Because it’s such a hole, it’s used for school trips so we were on a floor with about 50 teenagers banging and crashing around, out of control by their teachers, running around the corridors and shouting until late at night. Everything about this place is rough. I’d sleep in the car if this was the only option.
