The hotel was fine, but I was disappointed with the handling of the breakfast charge. I did not have breakfast, yet it was registered that I had and I was asked to pay for it. The hotel needs better oversight and more accurate registration to avoid charging guests for services they did not use.

I stayed at this 4 star hotel in Cáceres and, unfortunately, I left feeling a bit disappointed. The bathroom was not as clean as expected, as I found hair left behind from previous guests. The bath towels also looked quite old and worn out. What disappointed me the most, however, was that the hotel did not have an iron available for guests to borrow. Instead, the only option was to pay for a separate ironing service, even if you just wanted to quickly iron a T-shirt. For a 4star hotel, I found this surprising and inconvenient.Overall, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness and better guest amenities for a hotel in this category.
