This was an excellent hotel , we had a family room , which consisted of a separate single bed and a king bed in the very large lounge area , and 2 separate bathrooms , the balconies looked out onto both the lake and sideways at the hills , the only thing it didn’t have was air conditioning, but they did provide fans in both rooms , it was over 30 degrees for our visit , so not sure if that’s normal , we used the restaurant for one evening meal and the food was lovely , and one member of staff went above and beyond , explaining in English what things were , not sure if her name . The receptionist that greeted us was also fantastic, even lent us an adapter as I did not realise Switzerland had a different plug adapter to the uk , the lake area had lots of sunloungers , a bar and you could swim in the lake from some steps ,would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See und bietet auch die Möglichkeit im See zu baden. Unser Zimmer hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf den See. Das Angebot an Speisen und Getränken ist sehr vielfältig und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Room was ok. Small and needed some updating. Beds weren't very comfortable and pillows are very flat and small. (most places we stayed were like that though). The balcony we had overlooked the lake (outdoor terrace was beneath us and sitting areas that you can use down near the lake. They had several lounge chairs and couches down near the water. Beautiful view from our room. Breakfast buffet (fruit/lox/breads/croissants, some sweets/jams/cereal/coldcuts/cheeses) was included and was very good. Love the coffee/expresso/cappuccino machines that all the hotels have. We walked around to the lake picnic area down the road (20 minutes). Went to Lucerne for the day. Everything closes early (stores, some restaurants) in Switzerland so start out early.

The food at the restaurant was fantastic; however, they closed the kitchen at 9:30 PM, even on weekends. Hotel guests would benefit greatly if they were given priority for reservations or dining at the restaurant, or if the kitchen hours were extended. Additionally, the hotel should invest in air conditioning for the rooms, as they tended to be warm during the night.

Zimmer war soweit gut, allerdings nicht 100% sauber. Leider waren die Bettdecken wenig atmungsaktiv, sodass ich beide Nächte trotz offenem Fenster ziemlich geschwitzt habe. Das Personal war top-freundlich und Frühstück war auch gut. Dass man für das Parkieren nicht extra zahlen muss, fand ich super. Gibt es selten in der Schweiz. Wunderschön ist auch die Lage am See und die Außenanlage. Fazit: Es gibt bei ein paar Punkten sicher Luft nach oben, allerdings ist das Hotel für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert!

The room was spotless clean. The mattress was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful.The restaurant and every inch of the Hotel was very ,very clean,and the grounds are beautiful. The free breakfast was great with delicous bread and cheese, fruit,meats,eggs ,yoghurt and other deliciousl swiss foods. The only negative comment I have is about the shower ,but it was managble. I highly recommend this hotel. It is in a very beautiful, quiet town with easy highway access.

Das Zimmer war total überhitzt. Es hat bis nach Mitternacht gedauert bis es annehmbar war und ab 6 Uhr waren wir dank des Straßenlärms wach. Die Sonne hat dann auch wieder direkt ihr bestes gegeben. Ohne Rolladen und ohne Klima sollten die Zimmer auf der Sonnenseite im Sommer nicht vermietet werden und für die Schläfer zur Straßenseite sollte man Ohropax zur Verfügung stellen. An sich war es sehr sauber aber die schimmligen Fugen in der Dusche sollten ausgebessert werden.

Stayed for 1 night. Had a late check-in due to flight but was still accommodated. Check-out was easy. Breakfast was delicious. The room was tidy and was spacious enough for two people with two large suitcases. The closet space was good. The bathroom was clean. Didn’t need heating not sure if it works. The view from the room and from the dining area is the best part. Hotel has elevators and stairs. Parking available out in front of hotel.

Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden, hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick 🔝 Das Frühstück gibt es von 7Uhr bis 10.30Uhr und ist sehr lecker. Verschiedenes frisches sehr gutes Brot, verschiedene Käse- und Wurstsorten und es gab sogar Lachs. Vielfältiges Müsliangebot, Rührei und warme hartgekochte Eier. Außerdem viel Obst usw usw. Und das beste im Restaurant/Wintergarten/Sonnenterrasse konnte man dies genießen Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und der Ausblick ein Traum Das Personal ist mega freundlich Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das Hotel Seerausch sofort wieder buchen. Gorgeous views of Lake Lucerne and a wonderful restaurant that we had a great dinner and breakfast. The only negative I have is we stayed there on a very warm night and with no air conditioning the rooms on the top floor were very warm. If we stayed there any other (cooler) night I probably give it a 5 star review.

Das Hotel steht an einem hervorragenden Standort mit guter Aussucht auf den See! Die Zimmerausstattung ist aber mindesten seit 10 Jahren veraltet. Badewannen als Dusche ist nicht mehr üblich sollte dringend mit grösseren Duschen ersetzt werden! Armaturen sind ebenfalls veraltet und teils schwer zu bedienen! Die Zimmer sollten etwas grösser sein damit auch ein Sofa mit Stühlen Platz hat! Küche ist allerdings hervorragend und die Speisen sehr gut zubereitet! Der Service ist ebenso sehr gut sehr speditiv und hilfsbereit!! Gratuliere

das Hotel befindet sich am See. Die Hotelzimmer auf die Seeseite sind ruhig; die Anderen kriegen Lärm ab vom Verkehr der Hauptstrasse, die vor dem Hotel vorbei führt. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln, ausser dass das Frühstück etwas reichhaltiger sein könnte!

As we came to the reception the lady that had her shift didn’t welcome us at all, she was very unfriendly. She didn’t even smiled towards us and were very rude. After some moments we came down and we saw the same lady welcomed other guests who were Europeans (blonde) with a huge smile on face and small talks, this is really a clear sign of discrimination and as we both were same guests someone doesn’t have right to handle guests differently based on their race or skin color, I am not satisfied as I just entered the hotel and had this first impression. I want some sort of compensation in this regard. I’ll surely put a review on this hotel about this behavior as well.

Fantastic location. Lake view room well worth a little extra. We went to Lucerne by us then train. Whole journey only 35 to 49 mins & cost 20euros each return….. Lucerne is fantastic. Staff at hotel very friendly & helpful. Excellent breakfast.

Location is in a quiet village. Dinner was good, service was excellent. Breakfast strange options and no toaster and was declined when asked if bread could be toasted. Service at breakfast no where near the evening g meal. Rooms not the largest and shower needs attention. View is amazing. A little pricey but this is Switzerland

Sehr gut Betten und die Ruhe der Zimmer zur Seeseite versprechen einen erholsamen Schlaf. Der Garten ist bei gutem Wetter eine Oase, sehr chhillig und wunderbar um sich nach der Anreise zu erholen. Bademöglichkeit im See. Wundervolles Frühstück, bei dem man merkt, dass Wert auf die Qualität gelegt wird. Hervorragendes, frisches Brot, feine Auswahl an Aufschnitt. Gutes Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Angebot, für deutsche ungewohnt hochpreisig. Die Zimmer sind recht eng, keine Klimaanlage, kein Kühlschrank, sonst aber abber da was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The hotel was great, the lake view beautiful, friendly staff, nice included breakfast. Dog friendly (we had our two fur babies with us). The only complaint was that being a vegan there were no vegan options on the menu. They did try to accommodate me with a pasta dish but it wasn’t good at all though I appreciated the effort. The restaurant and drink prices are quite high but Switzerland is expensive. You need a car for that location. All in all a nice stay.

Zimmer hatte nicht viel Charme, einfach und zweckmäßig. Super war die Seelounge zum verweilen und baden im See. Ansonsten ist der Ort Öde und langweilig. Frühstück hat uns nicht begeistert. Keine Brötchen. Nur 1 Kaffeeautomat Geringe Auswahl an Wurst und Käse
